Claims (29)

  1. Appareil électroménager, notamment machine à laver, séchoir à linge ou bien lave-vaisselle, avec au moins un dispositif de commande (10, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80), auquel est associé au moins un dispositif d'affichage (15) avec une source de lumière (16, 66, 76, 86) servant à informer l'utilisateur de manière optique, où le dispositif de commande est constitué au moins en partie d'un matériau de recouvrement, lequel est essentiellement imperméable à la lumière pour une épaisseur standard de matériau (14), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande présente dans une zone prévue pour le dispositif d'affichage au moins un domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85), où l'épaisseur du matériau de recouvrement est réduite par rapport à l'épaisseur standard de matériau de manière que le domaine de transillumination soit perméable à la lumière provenant de la source de lumière (16).
  2. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la source de lumière (16, 66, 76, 86) est disposée à la face arrière du dispositif de commande (10, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80), en face du domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85).
  3. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de recouvrement est une matière plastique, notamment une résine ABS.
  4. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85) du dispositif de commande (10, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80) est constitué pendant la fabrication du dispositif de commande par un procédé de moulage par injection.
  5. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur standard de matériau (14) comporte approximativement une valeur supérieure à 1 mm, et notamment au moins de 2 mm.
  6. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur standard de matériau dans le domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85) comporte, au moins dans certaines zones, une valeur approximative inférieure à 0,8 mm, notamment inférieure à peu près à 0,5 mm et préférablement à peu près entre 0,3 mm et 0,5 mm.
  7. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface antérieure (12) du dispositif de commande orientée vers l'utilisateur est fermée dans le domaine du dispositif d'affichage (15) et/ou qu'elle est essentiellement lisse.
  8. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface antérieure (12) du dispositif de commande orientée vers l'utilisateur présente à proximité et/ou dans le domaine de transillumination un marquage (25), de préférence toujours visible, pour une fonctionnalité associée à la source de lumière.
  9. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface arrière (13, 43, 53) du dispositif de commande orientée ou orientable vers la source de lumière présente dans le domaine de transillumination (20) une structuration macroscopique de la surface.
  10. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la structuration de la surface est réalisée de manière à diffuser la lumière de la source de lumière (16).
  11. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la structure de la surface présente un certain nombre de rainures (21) et de sections en saillie (22), sachant que le matériau de recouvrement est perméable à la lumière au moins dans certaines zones du domaine des rainures.
  12. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs additionnels modifiant ou conduisant la lumière sont disposés dans le domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85), sachant que ceux-ci sont constitués de pièces distinctes en elles-mêmes.
  13. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs sont colorés, et qu'il s'agit notamment de disques colorés.
  14. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé par au moins un dispositif du groupe suivant :
    conducteurs de lumière, diffuseurs de lumière, renvois de lumière, concentrateurs, lentilles, prismes ; sachant que de préférence pour les éléments conduisant la lumière, la source de lumière (16) peut être plus éloignée du domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60, 63, 75, 85).
  15. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications de 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif modifiant ou conduisant la lumière (65) est raccordé solidement et de manière indétachable au dispositif de commande à proximité ou directement auprès du domaine de transillumination (63), en étant notamment injecté par un procédé à plusieurs constituants.
  16. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications de 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif modifiant ou conduisant la lumière (77, 87) est fixé de manière détachable au dispositif de commande, en étant de préférence vissé ou fixé à déclic.
  17. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (50) présente dans le domaine de transillumination (60) au moins un évidement sous forme d'affichage à plusieurs segments, notamment sous forme d'affichage sept segments.
  18. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source de lumière présente au moins une diode électroluminescente (16, 66, 76, 86).
  19. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'actionnement (30, 32) est associé au domaine de transillumination (20) pour l'actionnement d'une fonction ou d'un dispositif fonctionnel de l'appareil électroménager, sachant que de préférence le dispositif d'actionnement ne présente aucune pièce mobile.
  20. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement présente un dispositif de détection (30, 32) pour produire des signaux de commutation en tant que réaction à un rapprochement ou à un contact d'un domaine comprenant le domaine de transillumination, sachant que de préférence le dispositif de détection est réalisé sous forme de dispositif de détection capacitif.
  21. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement présente au moins un élément de détection (30) qui est appliqué au verso du dispositif de commande et qui entoure au moins certaines sections du domaine de transillumination (20).
  22. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est un cadre (10), qui est disposé notamment de manière fixe à l'appareil électroménager, sachant que le matériau de recouvrement est le matériau du cadre et que d'autres dispositifs de commande, comme des dispositifs de détection (30, 32) ou similaires sont associés à la commande.
  23. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications de 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (79, 80) est movible et qu'il est disposé d'un côté de l'appareil électroménager, par exemple d'un cadre (71, 81), sachant que la commande de l'appareil électroménager est déterminée par la direction et/ou le degré du mouvement.
  24. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est une poignée (70, 80) avec une direction de mouvement dans un plan parallèle à la face de l'appareil électroménager, de préférence un bouton tournant.
  25. Appareil électroménager d'après la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est une touche avec une direction de mouvement vers l'intérieur de la face de l'appareil électroménager, de préférence un bouton-poussoir.
  26. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source de lumière (16, 66, 76, 86) saille au moins en partie à l'intérieur du dispositif de commande, en étant de préférence disposée à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
  27. Appareil électroménager d'après une des revendications de 1 à 25, caractérisé en ce que la source de lumière (16, 66, 76, 86) est disposée dans l'appareil électroménager hors du dispositif de commande, en présentant de préférence un conduit photoconducteur de la source de lumière jusqu'au domaine de transillumination, sachant que le conduit photoconducteur est notamment un guide optique.
  28. Dispositif de commande, notamment cadre (10, 40, 50) pour la fixation à un appareil électrique, notamment à une machine à laver, à un séchoir à linge ou bien à une lave-vaisselle, sachant que le dispositif de commande est constitué au moins en partie d'un matériau de recouvrement, qui est essentiellement imperméable à la lumière pour une épaisseur standard de matériau (14) choisie pour le dispositif de commande, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande présente dans un domaine prévu pour l'information optique de l'utilisateur par un dispositif d'affichage au moins un domaine de transillumination (20, 35, 41, 46, 60), dans lequel l'épaisseur du matériau de recouvrement est réduite par rapport à l'épaisseur standard de matériau de manière que le domaine de transillumination puisse être traversé au moins dans certaines zones par la lumière provenant de la source de lumière, qui est disposée en face du verso du dispositif de commande.
  29. Dispositif de commande d'après la revendication 28, caractérisé par les caractéristiques de la pièce caractéristique d'au moins une des revendications de 2 à 27.
