Claims (9)
- Temperaturfiihler für einen Strahlungsheizkörper (1), welcher Temperaturfühler (7) ein mit einem Gehäuse (10) eines Schalters (18) verbundenes Ausdehnungselement (8), z.B. ein Rohr (8), das mit einem weiteren Ausdehnungselement (9), z.B. ein Stab (9) im Bereich seines freien Endes (100) fest verbunden ist, wobei die beiden Ausdehnungselemente (8,9) verschiedene Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweisen, und der Schalter (18) mindestens eine gegen eine Stelle vorgespannte und einen Kontakt (14) tragende als Schnappfeder ausgebildete Kontaktfeder (11) aufweist und eines (8) der Ausdehnungselemente (8,9) von einer in dessen axialer Richtung wirkenden Feder (19) beaufschlagt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Kontaktfeder (11) einerseits der Stab (9) und andererseits die in axialer Richtung des Stabes (9) wirkende Feder (19) wirkt, wobei die Feder (19) gegen den Stab (9) über ein Auflager (21) wirkt.
- Temperaturfühler gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegen den Stab (9) wirkende Feder (19) an einem gehäusefesten Widerlager (17) abgestützt ist und über einen Federteller (20) auf das Auflager (21) einwirkt.
- Temperaturfühler gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegen den Stab (9) wirkende Feder (19) an einer mit dem Gehäuse (10) lösbar befestigten Federtellervariante (25) abgestützt ist und über den Federteller (20) auf das Auflager (21) einwirkt.
- Temperaturfiihler gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem zwei je einen Kontakt (14,14') tragende, als Schnappfedern ausgebildete Kontaktfedern (11, 11') vorgesehen sind und gegen je eine Stellung vorgespannt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kontaktfeder (11') über einen an dem Auflager (21) and dessen von dem im Rohr (8) geführten Stab (9) abgekehrten Seite anliegenden Stößel (22) gesteuert ist, der diese durchsetzt und mit einem mit der zweiten Kontaktfeder (11') zusammenwirkenden Hülse (23) verbunden ist.
- Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Bund der Hülse (23) eine Justierfeder (24) abgestützt ist, die weiters an dem Stößel (22) abgestützt ist.
- Temperaturfiihler nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflager (21) und/oder der Stößel (22) aus elektrisch nichtleitendem Material, insbesondere Keramik, hergestellt ist oder sind.
- Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (11) eine Linien-Auflage aufweist, wobei die Kontaktfeder (11) im Abschnitt zwischen dem Fühlerstab (9) und dem Auflager (21) vorzugsweise doppelwellenförmig oder als durchbrochene Welle mit Wellenbug (29) ausgeführt ist.
- Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich des Wellenbuges (29) durch einen zusätzlichen passenden Metallstab (26) vor Verformungen geschützt wird.
- Temperaturfiihler nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (11) eine Punkt-Auflage aufweist, wobei die Kontaktfeder (11) im Abschnitt zwischen Fühlerstab (9) und Auflager (21) vorzugsweise eingeprägte Druckpunkte (27) oder eine eingepresste Kugel (28) aufweist.
