Description

Zigarettenträger für SB-Geschäfte
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zigarettenträger für SB-Geschäfte, mit einer Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von Zigarettenschachteln sowie mit einer Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von Zigarettenpackungen, wobei der Zigarettenträger durch wenigstens ein wahlweise elektromotorisch antreibbares Nerschlussgitter verschließbar ist.
Zigarettenträger dieser Art finden sich in den Kassenzonen von SB- Märkten. Sie sind dort an oder unmittelbar neben den Kassentischen angeordnet. Kunden können dort dem Zigarettenträger Zigarettenschachteln und Zigarettenpackungen entnehmen.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Zigarettenträger der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzuentwickeln, dass dieser, ohne in seiner bisherigen Breite oder Tiefe maßgeblich verändert zu werden, imstande ist, mehr Zigarettenschachteln und mehr Zigarettenpackungen aufzunehmen als dies bisher möglich war.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, dass die Einrichtung zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenpackungen tiefer angeordnet ist als die Einrichtung zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenschachteln und dass beide Einrichtungen so gestaltet und angeordnet sind, dass zum Zwecke der Entnahme der Zigarettenschachteln und der Zigarettenpackungen das Nachschieben der Zigarettenschachteln in horizontaler oder geneigter Richtung und das Nachschieben der Zigarettenpackungen in vertikaler Richtung erfolgt.
Der entscheidende Vorteil der Erfindung besteht, wie auch anhand der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, darin, dass der Zigarettenträger einen Raum zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenpackungen aufweist, dessen untere Begrenzung tiefer angeordnet ist als die Ebene des Bandes eines Kassentisches. Der Zigarettenträger nutzt somit einen Bereich, der bisher nie beansprucht worden war. Bei allen bekannten Zigarettenträgern endet nämlich die untere Begrenzung des Raumes zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenschachteln oder Zigarettenpackungen entweder auf Höhe des Bandes der Kassentische oder oberhalb des Bandes. Weil das Nachschieben der tiefer gelegenen Zigaret- tenpackungen von unten nach oben erfolgt, kann der Zigarettenträger mit einem seiner Wände auch neben einem Kassentisch platziert werden, siehe Zeichnung. Auch das ist ein großer Vorteil. Ist eine zum Antreiben des wenigstens einen Verschlussgitters bestimmte Antriebsvorrichtung vorgesehen, so erweist es sich ebenfalls als zweckmäßig, diese Antriebsvorrichtung unterhalb der Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben der Zigarettenpackungen vorzusehen. Auch dadurch wird ein bisher ungenutzter Raum oder Bereich beansprucht, ohne störend oder auftragend zu wirken. Insgesamt braucht somit der Zigarettenträger weder in seiner Breite noch in seiner Tiefe vergrößert werden. Trotzdem ist er in der Lage, mehr Zigaretten- schachteln und mehr Zigarettenpackungen aufzunehmen, als dies bei bekannten und vergleichbaren Zigarettenträgern möglich ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt einen Zigarettenträger 1 im Schnitt gezeichnet sowie an den Zigarettenträger 1 angrenzend einen üblichen Kassentisch 20. Der Zigarettenträger 1 ist am Boden 19 abgestellt. Er weist einen ersten Raum 2 auf, in dem sich eine Einrichtung 3 zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von in Stangenform vorliegenden Zigarettenpackungen 5 befindet. Oberhalb des ersten Raumes 2, also oberhalb der Einrichtung 3, ist ein zweiter Raum 6 vorgesehen, in dem sich eine Einrichtung 7 zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von in einzelner Form vorliegenden Zigarettenschachteln 10 befindet. Der gehäuseartige Zigarettenträger 1 weist in seinem oberen Bereich wenigstens eine Öffnung 13 auf, die sich durch wenigstens ein Verschluss- gitter 14 verschließen lässt. Im Beispiel sind zwei Öffnungen 13 vorgesehen. Die Öffnungen 13 gewähren einen Zugriff zu den Zigarettenschachteln 10 und zu den Zigarettenpackungen 5. Bei einer einfachen Ausführung lässt sich das wenigstens eine Verschlussgitter 14 von Hand bewegen. Bei einer „exklusiven" Ausführung, wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, befindet sich unterhalb des ersten Raumes 2 und somit unterhalb der Einrichtung 3 eine elektromotorisch wirkende Antriebsvorrichtung 15, die im Beispiel je ein Verschlussgitter 14 antreibt. Die Verschlussgitter 14 sind in mit Krümmungsbereichen 18 ausgestatteten Bahnen 17 geführt. Die mit dem wenig- stens einen Verschlussgitter 14 im Eingriff befindlichen Antriebsräder 16 der Antriebsvorrichtung 15 sind in Krümmungsbereichen 18 der Bahnen 17 angeordnet. Die Zigarettenpackungen 5 ruhen auf der mittels Federkraft wirkenden Einrichtung 3, welche die Zigarettenpackungen 5 immer dann um eine Packungsdicke vertikal nach oben schiebt, wenn oberhalb des För- derbandes 22 des Kassentisches 20 eine Zigarettenpackung 5 entnommen worden ist. Im Beispiel besitzt die Einrichtung 3 zwei Schubvorrichtungen 4, so dass Zigarettenpackungen sowohl an der Vorderseite 11 als auch an der Rückseite 12 des Zigarettenträgers 1 entnehmbar sind. Es kann auch nur eine Schubvorrichtung 4 vorgesehen sein. Umgekehrt lässt sich die Ein- richtung 3 auch von der Vorderseite 11 und von der Rückseite 12 aus bestücken. Die Einrichtung 7 zur Aufnahme und zum Nachschieben der Zigarettenschachteln 10 weist horizontal oder leicht schräg angeordnete Etagen 8 auf, die mit bekannten Schubvorrichtungen 9 ausgestattet sind, so dass das Nachschieben der Zigarettenschachteln 10 bei zuvor erfolgter Entnah- me in horizontaler oder geneigter Richtung erfolgt. Die Entnahme der Zigarettenschachteln 10 und auch das Nachbestücken erfolgt durch die Öffnungen 13, im Beispiel also von der Vorderseite 11 und von der Rückseite 12 des Zigarettenträgers 1 aus. Die Zeichnung vermittelt in deutlicher Weise, dass der Zigarettenträger 1 jenen Raum 21 ausnützt, der sich neben dem Kassentisch 20 befindet und der tiefer als das Förderband 22 des Kassentisches 20 gelegen ist.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Zigarettenträger (1) für SB-Geschäfte, mit einer Einrichtung (7) zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von Zigarettenschachteln (10) sowie mit einer Einrichtung (3) zum Aufnehmen und Nachschieben von Zigarettenpackungen (5), wobei der Zigarettenträger (1) durch wenigstens ein wahlweise elektromotorisch antreibbares Verschlussgitter (14) verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (3) zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenpackungen (5) tiefer angeordnet ist als die Einrichtung (7) zur Aufnahme der Zigarettenschachteln (10) und dass beide Einrichtungen (3, 7) so gestaltet und angeordnet sind, dass zum Zwecke der Entnahme der Zigarettenschachteln (10) und der Zigarettenpackungen (5) das Nachschieben der Zigarettenschachteln (10) in horizontaler oder geneigter Richtung und das Nachschieben der Zigarettenpackungen
(5) in vertikaler Richtung erfolgt.
2. Zigarettenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (3) mit wenigstens einer Schub Vorrichtung (4) ausgestattet ist, welche die Zigarettenpackungen (5) nach oben schiebt.
3. Zigarettenträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der Einrichtung (3) eine elektromotorisch wirkende Antriebsvorrichtung (15) zum Antreiben des wenigstens einen Verschlussgitters (14) vorgesehen ist.
4. Zigarettenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (15) mit Antriebsrädern (16) ausgestattet ist, die in Krümmungsbereichen (18) jener Bahnen (17) ange- ordnet sind, in welchen das wenigstens eine Verschlussgitter (14) geführt ist.
5. Zigarettenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Verschlussgitter (14) zum Verschlie- ßen von wenigstens einer Öffnung (13) bestimmt ist, durch welche die Zigarettenschachteln (10) und die Zigarettenpackungen (5) entnehmbar sind.
6. Zigarettenträger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an der Vorderseite (11) und an der Rückseite (12) je eine Öffnung (13) befindet.
