Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insole, an insole or a shoe with such. They are essentially adapted to the profile of a human foot and in the metatarsal region, they have a dome-like, elastically deformable curvature facing the foot.
- An insole according to the preamble of claim 1 is made FR-A-2395719 known.
- Insoles especially insoles, for shoes have many functions. They improve the wearing comfort of shoes, e.g. by padding the foot underside facing bodies or the provision of damping elements. Also, they are used in the medical field to correct mistakes in the course of a person or to relax or stabilize the foot.
- JP-11032809A and JP-2000106908A the internal ventilation of shoes, with ventilation in both cases a pump, which is integrated in the insole, is effected.
- JP-2000106908A has the ventilation in addition to the
- EP-0 903 984 B1 shows an embodiment of a shoe inner ventilation, consisting of a shoe outsole, an insole and a corresponding midsole.
- the invention between the midsole and shoe outsole in the front foot air chambers on whose air is passed during movement through the deformation of these areas through holes in the insole in the front foot area in the shoe interior. Since it is a shoe insole is a mass-produced, it is particularly important to keep the technical and financial production costs of such an article as low as possible.
- the forces acting on it can be used particularly advantageously for the deformation of the curvature and thus for the air circulation (ventilation) in the shoe.
- the insole is an insole, since it may be replaced if damaged or heavily worn.
- the insole according to the invention has ventilation holes, through which air is guided into or removed from the interior of the shoe interior. Due to the deformation of the pronounced in the metatarsal area unfilled bulge of the insole, caused by walking, air is pumped through vents in the shoe interior.
- a large number of holes in the insole, preferably 30, has proven to be advantageous, since a particularly good ventilation of the shoe interior can be achieved through a multiplicity of holes.
- the grooves on the underside of the insole radiate from the bulge to the outer edges of the insole.
- the wearing comfort can be increased by the formation of a curvature on the insole and at the same time achieve a simple ventilation of the shoe interior without great material and financial expense.
- regions formed from a rubber mixture in the heel and ball area of the shoe sole may be provided.
- the insole Due to the advantageous properties for an insole, such as flexibility, resilience, etc., it makes sense to form the insole of a resilient plastic material or of another material that has the properties mentioned.
- the curvature can be additionally stabilized without reducing the ventilation effect.
- the insole can be provided with at least one web.
- the insole according to the invention can be used particularly effectively in a suitably adapted shoe. In this case, it makes sense for the shoe to control the circulation of the air inside the shoe, i. the supply and discharge of air, via the vent grooves in the insole supportive allows.
- air channels can be provided on a lateral outer wall of the shoe with which correspond to the grooves of the insole. Through the air ducts, the air ventilated by the grooves along the lateral outer wall of the shoe can be guided to the outside.
- a gas-permeable membrane has proved particularly advantageous at least at the points of the vent grooves ending in the shoe, which allows an air exchange of the inside of the shoe via the vent grooves.
- the membrane should prevent the ingress of liquids and dirt into the interior of the shoe and allow the fluid to pass out of the inside of the shoe.
- GORE-TEX-like materials are suitable for the membrane.
- the membrane is advantageously integrated in the outer material of the shoe.
- Fig. 1 shows an example of a view of the foot facing top of an insole according to the invention 1.
- the shape of the shoe sole is substantially adapted to the profile of a human foot.
- the insole 1 has in its center a curvature 2, with respect to Fig. 2 once more clearly described. Contour lines indicate the increase in the curvature 2.
- the curvature 2 has a plurality of vents 3, which are arranged transversely to the curvature surface 2 in the embodiment shown. Through the vent holes 3, the air can be pumped from the, formed by buckle 2 and shoe insole, air chamber in the shoe interior and air from the shoe interior in the vault.
- the vent holes 3 are formed in the embodiment shown by punched in the insole 1 holes.
- vent grooves 4 are formed at the curvature 2 .
- the vent grooves run along the underside of the insole 1 toward the outer edge of the insole 1, as with reference to FIG Fig. 2 will be explained again.
- a ridge elevation 7 is provided on the outside of the insole 1, which extends substantially between the ball area and the heel area. The edge enhancement facilitates the insertion of the insole 1 in a shoe, if it is designed as an insole, and increases the comfort.
- a thin layer formed by a textile is attached to the upper side of the insole 1, which is indicated by the surface structure 8.
- Fig. 2 shows a side view of the insole 1 from Fig. 1 , In the bale or heel area, the attenuations 5, 6 can be seen. Furthermore, the vent grooves 4 are shown, which radiate from the buckle 2 to the insole edge. In the middle of the sole is the curvature 2, which is provided with numerous ventilation holes 3. Furthermore, the edge elevation 7 of the insole 1 is shown.
- Fig. 3 shows the shoe sole facing bottom of an insole Fig. 1
- Fig. 3 shows essentially the same elements that are in Fig. 1 are shown.
- the curvature 2 In the metatarsal region of the insole 1 is the curvature 2, which is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 3.
- the vault 2 In the vault 2 several contour lines are indicated, which indicate the orientation of the vault.
- Vents 4 Extending outward from the curvature 2 are several ventilation grooves 4. The number of ventilation grooves can be varied and should be selected accordingly.
- the damping 5 is formed and in the heel area a further damping 6.
- the dampings 5, 6 can be formed both on the top of the insole 1, as well as on its underside.
- a structure 9 is indicated which, for example, can serve to prevent slippage of the insole 1 in a shoe.
- the edge enhancement 7 can be seen.
- the foot facing buckle 2 forms at the bottom, facing the shoe, an air chamber.
- the air can be exchanged from the shoe interior with the shoe exterior. As a result, ventilation of the shoe interior is achieved.
- the grooves 4 are not deformed by a load by the human foot while walking so that no air exchange can be done by them. A certain rigidity of the grooves 4 is therefore provided. It should also be ensured in this context that reduces the possible comfort of a shoe 12 with insole 1 by any stiffening of the grooves 4.
- Fig. 4 shows a section of the insole 1 along the section line AA Fig. 3 , At the bottom of the insole 1 facing the shoe, the damping elements 5, 6 can be seen. At the top facing the foot, the curvature 2 with vent holes 3 can be seen in the middle of the sole. The bale area and the heel area towards the edge elevation 7 is formed.
- Fig. 5 shows a shoe with insole according to the invention according to the Fig. 1 to 4 ,
- the insole 1 is inserted into the shoe 12.
- Formed on the shoe or integrated into the shoe material is an area formed by a membrane 10, through which the air of the shoe interior can be exchanged with the outside air.
- the air in the air chamber formed by the curvature 2 is pumped through the ventilation grooves 4 to the outside of the insole 1.
- the membrane 10 the air derived from the interior of the shoe can be discharged to the outside.
- the air chamber formed by the bulge refills with air again.
- fresh air is passed through the membrane 10 from the outer region of the shoe 12 into the air chamber via the grooves 4 and supplied through the vent holes 3 located in the shoe interior air of the air chamber.
- the grooves must be formed so as not to be deformed by the pressure load by the human foot, so that the air transport through the grooves 4 is suppressed. Therefore, the plastic material must be selected at least in the region of the grooves so that the circulation of air between the interior of the shoe and the outside of the shoe is ensured.
- the membrane 10, which is mounted in the region of the grooves 4, is to be chosen accordingly so that it allows a circulation of air between the inside and outside of the shoe.
- Fig. 6 shows a detailed view Fig. 5 , which is denoted by D in this figure.
- D the insole 1 rests on the shoe sole 11, wherein through the grooves 4 venting or ventilation channels between the under the buckle 2 formed air chamber and the membrane 10 are formed. Furthermore, the vent holes 3 are shown.
- Fig. 7 provides a detail view of the in Fig. 5 In the figure, the curved region 2, the membrane 10 and a plurality of grooves 4 are indicated.
- grooves 4 form the end or ventilation channels between the air chamber under the buckle 2 and the outside of the insole 1 in contact with the membrane 10.
- the arrows A, B and C indicate by way of example the air flow, which is formed by Ver- or recovery of the buckle 2 and thus the air chamber.
- the elastic deformation of the buckle 2 leads to the previously described ventilation effect and to exchange the air of the shoe interior with the outside of the shoe.
- the membrane When choosing the membrane 10, care should be taken to ensure that it is permeable to gas if possible and at the same time prevents the penetration of moisture or dirt into the interior of the shoe. At the same time, the membrane should allow the removal of moisture from the shoe interior to the shoe exterior.
- GORE-TEX materials or comparable materials can therefore be used advantageously.
- the membrane 10 may be formed only in the area surrounding the grooves 4 or for example, be part of the entire outer material of the shoe or even constitute only a part of the shoe material, in the latter case, it is useful if the shoe material into which the Membrane 10 is integrated, gas and moisture permeable.
- vent grooves 4 only openings in the shoe outer material are provided and the ventilated air can be passed through this, without passing through a membrane 10, to the shoe exterior.
- these holes can also be closed with a membrane 10.
- the configuration of the region of the shoe outer material adjacent to the ventilation grooves is corresponding to the properties (eg with regard to durability, Air permeability, liquid permeability, etc.) of the material and the nature of any membrane 10 to be used.
- air channels can also be provided in the lateral outer wall of the shoe 12 which correspond to the grooves 4 of the insole 1.
- the ventilated air of the grooves 4 engaging in them can be transported to the outside of the shoe.
- the outlet height of the ventilated air i. the distance from the floor to the outlet openings for the ventilated air on the shoe 12, be varied.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 show two exemplary embodiments of the buckle 2 of the insole 1 from Fig. 1 in front view. At both of the curvatures 2 shown are vent holes 3 are provided. As in Fig. 8 shown, the buckle 2 has no internal structure. The lower wall of the curvature 2 runs substantially parallel to those of the upper side. Here, the underside of the buckle 2, as well as this itself, is essentially of convex shape. This embodiment does not belong to the present invention.
- the walls of the buckle 2 on the underside of the insole 1 also have a structure.
- the dotted line indicates how the lateral walls 15, 16 converge toward one another in the form of a convex shape and are interrupted or hollowed out in the middle area of the curvature 2 by a recess 14.
- the indentation 14 is formed by two beveled walls, which run into a surface formed approximately parallel to the upper side of the curvature 2.
- the buckle 2 Depending on the structure used, the mechanical properties, i. in terms of stiffness and comfort, the buckle 2 vary. The ventilation mechanism of the curvature is not reduced thereby. Manufacturing-specific requirements also play an important role in the choice of the structure of the curvature 2 on its inner side.
- FIG. 10A and 10B an exemplary embodiment of the buckle 2 of the insole 1 in front view and side view, wherein the buckle 2 is stabilized with a plurality of webs 13.
- Fig. 10A shows the front view of the embodiment.
- the structure of the buckle 2 of the insole 1 at the bottom is similar to that in Fig. 9 shown.
- the curvature 2 in a recess 14 on the underside of the insole 1 a plurality of webs 13 which are transverse to Longitudinal direction of the insole 1 run.
- the webs 13 are selected in their number and embodiment, ie, for example, in their thickness, height, rigidity, course sighting (eg transversely or along the longitudinal axis of the insole 1), so that they meet the individual requirements for comfort, stiffness and / or production-specific requirements correspond.
- Fig. 10B shows a side view of the in Fig. 10A illustrated curvature 2.
- exemplary in the figure a possible arrangement of the webs 13 is shown in the curvature.

Fig. 2 noch einmal näher erläutert wird.
Fig. 10A und 10B dargestellten Stege 13 vorzusehen.
