Abstract

Semelle amovible pouvant être incluse dans des bottes, brodequins, chaussures sport. Elle est constituée d'un support 1 ou première réalisée en matière absorbante telle que cuir, croûte, liège, moquette, toile ou autre, découpée selon un périmètre donnant une bordure excédentaire pincée entre les deux parties constitutives 3 et 4 du moule. Le couvercle comporte une empreinte 5 en forme de voûte plantaire. Des bossages 6 réalisent des alvéoles 7 dans lesquelles débouchent des trous 8, sur ce support est vulcanisée une gomme micro-cellulaire, ou injectée une matière plastique telle que le polychloure de vinyle ou le polyuréthane. Un clinquant 9 peut être incorporé à la semelle à titre de protection. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication de toutes semelles amovibles.
