Definitions
- the invention relates to a soundproofing element and a noise barrier, especially for roads, highways, railways u. like.
- Noise barriers, noise barriers or noise barriers are everywhere Used where citizens are protected from noise, especially traffic noise should be. Noise barriers can, however, due to the large space requirement not be heaped up everywhere. Just on the edge of roads, highways and railways is the one available for noise control Space often low. In these places can only narrow noise barriers or noise barriers. At noise barriers will be high demands. You need to absorb the sound in the best possible way, weatherproof, robust against falling rocks or vandalism and inexpensive be. At the same time, the visual impression is important. inner city Areas should not be spoiled by concrete walls, and also Motorists and train passengers should not be completely excluded from the environment become. Noise barriers therefore become at least partially transparent executed.
- From DE 42 30 786 A1 discloses a soundproofing element for a noise barrier known.
- the soundproofing element described there has two posts holding a sound-absorbing insert made of transparent material.
- a soundproofing element in which waived cross member becomes.
- the soundproofing element itself consists only of a self-supporting, transparent, sound-absorbing insert.
- For the construction of a noise protection wall several of these soundproofing elements are lined up and connected with each other. Posts are provided at the ends of the noise barrier for holding the respective edge sound insulation elements serve.
- the present invention is based on the problem of a soundproofing element to improve the type in question in terms of sound absorption and with it to achieve a pleasant visual impression. accompanying This should also be noise barriers optimized.
- a basic idea of the present invention resides in the soundproofing element in addition to an inherently transparent, sound-absorbing insert to provide a sound absorption structure. This However, it is arranged so that it only a part of the sound-absorbing Deposit covers.
- the additional sound absorption structure the sound absorbing insert covering peripherally circumferentially. This leaves the middle region of the soundproofing element transparent.
- the additional Sound absorption structure having a core of absorber material this is surrounded by a moisture protection cover at least on the sides, which are exposed to the weather, and provided an outer support member is, at the same time as a holder of the absorber material and as protection against Rockfall or vandalism serves.
- the free area thus formed should be about 60% to about 90% of the total area preferably about 70% to about 80%, so that the Sound waves can penetrate into the absorber material.
- the sound-absorbing, transparent insert made of acrylic glass. This is unbreakable, weatherproof and lightweight manageable.
- Fig. 1 shows a soundproofing element 1 for a noise barrier.
- the soundproofing element 1 has a dimensionally stable profile frame 2 and one of the Profile frame 2 held, sound-absorbing insert 3.
- the sound-absorbing Insert 3 is made of transparent material.
- a sound absorption structure 4 is provided in addition to the Sound-absorbing insert 3 .
- the sound absorption structure 4 is here and preferably arranged so that he covers the sound-absorbing insert 3 peripherally circumferentially. critical for all versions is that the sound absorption structure 4 maximum covers a part of the sound-absorbing insert 3. For edge-side arrangement of the sound absorption structure 4, this the insert 3 also edge overhang, so at least partially arranged next to the insert 3 be. But the sound absorption structure 4 can also completely beside the be arranged sound-absorbing insert 3. In this arrangement, the Sound-absorbing insert 3 also not part of the sound absorption structure 4 covered.
- the sound absorption structure 4 here and preferably has a core of absorber material 5, a moisture protection sleeve 6 and an outer support element 7.
- the absorber material 5 is designed here as a mineral fiber material, which is particularly well suited to absorb sound.
- the absorber material 5 has a density of about 80 kg / m 3 to about 120 kg / m 3 .
- the density is preferably about 90 kg / m 3 to about 110 kg / m 3 .
- the moisture protection cover 6 is arranged so that here the absorber material 5 from all sides, which are exposed to the weather is covered. in the In the present case these are two sides 8, 9.
- the moisture protection cover 6 can cover the absorber material 5 but also from all sides. This can be advantageous in automated production of the soundproofing element 1.
- the moisture protection cover 6 as Glasvlieskaschtechnik executed.
- the outer support member 7 serves to attach the absorber material 5. It includes the absorber material 5 and thus the moisture protection cover 6 at at least two sides 8, 9. It is also possible that the outer support element 7 includes the absorber material from other sides. The outer Support element 7 thus serves at the same time to protect the absorber material. 5 against falling rocks, vandalism or similar.
- sound passage openings 7 ' are provided so that the sound waves can penetrate into the absorber material 5 and not only reflected back become.
- the free surface formed by the sound passage openings 7 ' is about 60% to about 90%, preferably about 70% to about 80%.
- the outer support member 7 may be as expanded metal mesh, perforated plate or plastic mesh element be executed. Preferably, the outer support member 7 as Perforated plate made of aluminum.
- the free area in the outer Support element also loosens the visual impression of the soundproofing element 1 on. It does not seem so massive.
