Abstract

Das palettenartige Untergestell (12) für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff und einem Außenmantel aus einem Metallgitter oder Blech ist zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichtet. Das Untergestell (12) ist mit einem dem Ablaufboden des Innenbehälters des Lagerbehälters angepaßten Boden (13) ausgerüstet, an dessen Unterseite (32) als Holzleisten (42) ausgebildete Auflageelemente (39) befestigt sind. Die Holzleisten (42) dienen zur Rutschsicherung des Untergestells (12) beim Transport auf den Greifarmen eines Transportgerätes und zur Versteifung des Untergestellbodens (13). <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein palettenartiges Untergestell für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff und einem Außenmantel aus einem Metallgitter oder Blech, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichtet ist und einen auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen stehenden Boden aus Blech zur Abstützung des mit einem verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem Entleerstutzen zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur ausgebildeten Innenbehälters ausweist, wobei der Innenbehälter einen Ablaufboden besitzt und der diesem angepaßte Boden des Untergestells von den Längsrändern in Richtung zur Bodenmittelachse und/oder vom hinteren Rand zum vorderen Rand abfällt oder der Boden des Untergestells mit einem dem flachen Boden des Innenbehälters angepaßten Flachboden ausgestattet ist.
Beim Transport von einem aus der DE 100 62 088 C2 bekannten Untergestell dieser Art zusammen mit dem auf diesem stehenden gefüllten oder leeren Flüssigkeitsbehälter mittels eines Gabelstaplers besteht die Gefahr, daß bei Kurvenfahrten, beim Abbremsen, beim Beladen von Transportfahrzeugen mit dem Behälter und Abladen des Behälters von Transportfahrzeugen sowie beim unbeabsichtigten Anstoßen an einem auf dem Fahrweg befindlichen Hindernis das Untergestell mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter von den Greifarmen des Gabelstaplers abrutscht und auf dem Boden aufschlägt. Dies kann besonders beim Transport von mehreren aufeinandergestapelten Transport- und Lagerbehältern mit einem Gabelstapler zu gefährlichen Situationen führen, wenn der von den Greifarmen des Gabelstaplers abrutschende Behälterstapel umstürzt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Transportsicherheit des gattungsgemäßen Untergestells für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten beim Transport mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmitteln zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch palettenartige Untergestelle gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1 und 15.
Die Unteransprüche beinhalten vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
Durch die Ausrüstung des palettenartigen Untergestells des erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und Lagerbehälters für Flüssigkeiten mit rutschhemmenden Auflageelementen, mit denen der Behälter beim Transport mittels eines Greifarme aufweisenden Transportmittels auf dessen Greifarmen aufliegt, und durch die gegenseitige Abstimmung des Herstellungsmaterials der Auflageelemente und des Herstellungsmaterials der Greifarme zur Erzielung eines möglichst großen Reibungskoeffizienten wird ein Abrutschen eines oder mehrerer gestapelter Flüssigkeitsbehälter im Füll- und Leerzustand beim Be- und Entladen von Transportfahrzeugen und beim Transport vermieden, so daß sich der Flüssigkeitsbehälter durch eine hohe Transportsicherheit auszeichnet. Diese Transportsicherheit des Flüssigkeitsbehälters kann auch durch eine vollflächige oder abschnittsweise Kunststoff- oder Gummibeschichtung der beim Transport auf den Greifarmen eines Transportmittels aufliegenden Unterseite des Untergestellboden des Flüssigkeitsbehälters erreicht werden.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

Der als Ein- und Mehrwegbehälter verwendete Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 für Flüssigkeiten weist als Hauptbauteile einen austauschbaren, quaderförmigen Innenbehälter 2 aus Kunststoff, der mit einem mit einem Deckel 4 verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen 3 im oberen Boden 5 und einem Entleerstutzen 6 im Bereich des unteren Bodens 7 zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur 8 ausgestattet ist, einen Außenmantel 9 aus sich kreuzenden waagerechten und senkrechten Gitterstäben 10, 11 aus Metall sowie ein palettenartiges Untergestell 12 mit euronormgerechten Längen- und Breitenabmessung auf, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichtet ist.
Das Untergestell 12 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 ist mit einem Boden 13 aus Blech zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters 2 ausgestattet. Der Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 steht auf vier Eckfüßen 14-17 und vier Mittelfüßen 18-21 aus Blech, die auf einem als Stahlrohrrahmen ausgebildeten Fußrahmen 22 befestigt sind.
Unter dem Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 ist mittig ein quer zur Bodenmittelachse 23-23 verlaufendes, brückenartig ausgebildetes Versteifungsblech 24 nach Art eines Unterzuges festgeschraubt, an dessen beiden Enden 24a, 24b die beiden Mittelfüße 19, 21 einteilig angeformt sind.
Der untere Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 ist als Ablaufboden mit einer mittigen, flachen Ablaufrinne 25 gestaltet, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Rückwand 26 zu dem an der Vorderwand 27 des Innenbehälter 2 angeordneten Entleerstutzen 6 verläuft. Der dem unteren Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 angepaßte Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 fällt von den Längsrändern 28, 29 zur Bodenmittelachse 23-23 und vom hinteren Rand 30 zum vorderen Rand 31 ab.
Der Boden 13 des in Fig. 2 dargestellten Untergestells 12 weist zur Bodenunterseite 32 ausgeformte, in Richtung der und quer zur Bodenmittelachse 23-23 verlaufende Versteifungssicken 33, 34 auf, deren Sickengründe 35 in einer gemeinsamen horizontalen Ebene liegen, so daß der Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 horizontal auf den unter den Untergestellboden 13 geschobenen Greifarmen 36, 37 eines Gabelstaplers oder eines Regalbediengerätes aufliegt.
Auf der Unterseite 38a einer mittleren rinnenartigen Vertiefung 38 des Bodens 13 des Untergestells 12, den auf der Bodenunterseite 32 ausgeformten Versteifungssicken 34 und dem Versteifungsblech 24 sind rutschhemmende Auflageelemente 39 angebracht, mit denen der Untergestellboden 13 beim Transport eines Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 mit einem Gabelstapler auf dessen Greifarmen 36, 37 aufliegt. Die Auflageelemente 39 sind als flexible Scheiben 40 aus Kunststoff oder Gummi ausgebildet, die mit dem Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 verklebt sind und zur Vergrößerung des Reibungskoeffizienten eine strukturierte Oberfläche 41 aufweisen können.
Ferner können die Auflageelemente 39 des Untergestellbodens 13 aus einem Gewebematerial hergestellt werden.
Bei einer entsprechenden Dicke und Materialfestigkeit können die als Scheiben 40 ausgebildeten, rutschhemmenden Auflageelemente 39 mit dem Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 verschraubt oder vernietet werden.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein Untergestell 12 mit einem dem Ablaufboden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 eines Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 angepaßten Boden 13, an dem als Holzleisten 42 ausgebildete Auflageelemente 39 mit Haltelaschen 43 befestigt sind, die an der Unterseite 32 des Bodens 13 angeschweißt sind. Die Holzleisten 42 dienen zur Rutschsicherung des Untergestells 12 beim Transport auf den Greifarmen 36, 37 eines Transportgerätes und zur versteifung des Untergestellbodens 13. Anstatt der Holzleisten können auch Kunststoffleisten mit einer rauhen Oberfläche als rutschhemmende Auflageelemente für das Behälteruntergestell verwendet werden.
Aus den Fign. 4 und 5 geht eine Befestigung der Holzleisten 42 an dem Boden 13 des Untergestells 12 mittels Hohlnieten 44 hervor.
Die Holzleisten 42 sind in einer Viereckform konzentrisch zum Mittelbereich 45 des Untergestellbodens 13 ausgerichtet. Auf diese Weise ist gewährleistet, daß das palettenartige Untergestell 12 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 von allen vier Seiten von den Greifarmen 36, 37 eines Transportgerätes unterfahren werden kann und beim Anheben des Flüssigkeitsbehälters 1 der Untergestellboden 13 mit den Holzleisten 42 auf den Greifarmen 36, 37 des Transportgerätes aufliegt.
Gemäß Fig: 6 können die Holzleisten 42 mit einem dem Gefälle des Untergestellbodens 13 entsprechenden Gefälle oder entsprechend Fig. 7 horizontal bzw. parallel zur Aufstandsebene des Untergestells 12 an der Unterseite 32 des Bodens 13 befestigt werden.
Fig. 7 verdeutlicht, daß eine horizontale Ausrichtung der Holzleisten 42 durch eine Befestigung derselben an entsprechenden Sicken 46 des Untergestellbodens 13 erreicht wird, deren Tiefe 47 von außen nach innen abnimmt und dadurch der Sickengrund 48 horizontal verläuft.
Eine horizontale Ausrichtung der Holzleisten kann ferner durch eine dem Gefälle des Untergestellbodens entsprechende Abschrägung der an der Unterseite des Bodens anliegenden Leistenoberseite oder entsprechende Unterlegteile erfolgen.
Eine weitere Art der rutschhemmenden Ausbildung des Untergestells 12 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters für einen Transport mit Transportgeräten, die mit Greifarmen 36, 37 ausgestattet sind, besteht in einer vollflächigen oder abschnittsweisen Beschichtung der auf den Greifarmen 36, 37 aufliegenden Unterseite 32 des Untergestellbodens 13 mit einem Material wie Kunststoff oder Gummi zur Erzielung eines möglichst großen Reibungskoeffizienten zwischen Untergestellboden 13 und Greifarmen 36, 37.
Die vorbeschriebene rutschhemmende Ausbildung des palettenartigen Untergestells für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten durch eine Ausstattung des Untergestellbodens mit Auflageelementen oder eine Beschichtung des Untergestellbodens zur Erzielung eines möglichst großen Reibungskoeffizienten zwischen der Unterseite des Untergestellbodens und der Auflagefläche der Greifarme eines Transportgerätes eignet sich in gleiche Weise für Untergestelle mit einem dem flachen Boden des Innenbehälters eines Transportund Lagerbehälters angepaßten Flachboden.

Claims (17)

  1. Palettenartiges Untergestell für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff und einem Außenmantel aus einem Metallgitter oder Blech, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichtet ist und einen auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen stehenden Boden aus Blech zur Abstützung des mit einem verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem Entleerstutzen zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur ausgebildeten Innenbehälters aufweist, wobei der Innenbehälter einen Ablaufboden besitzt und der diesem angepaßte Boden des Untergestells von den Längsrändern in Richtung zur Bodenmittelachse und/oder vom hinteren Rand zum vorderen Rand abfällt oder der Boden des Untergestells mit einem dem flachen Boden des Innenbehälters angepaßten Flachboden ausgestattet ist, gekennzeichnet durch auf der Unterseite (32) des Bodens (13) des Untergestells (12) angebrachte rutschhemmende Auflageelemente (39), mit denen der Untergestellboden (13) beim Transport eines Transport- und Lagerbehälters (1) mit einem mit Greifarmen (36, 37) ausgestatteten Transportmittel auf den Greifarmen aufliegt, wobei das Herstellungsmaterial der Auflageelemente (39) des Untergestellbodens (13) und das Herstellungsmaterial der Greifarme (36, 37) des Transportmittels zur Erzielung eines möglichst großen Reibungskoeffizienten aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
  2. Untergestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) als flexible oder feste Scheiben (40) oder Platten ausgebildet sind.
  3. Untergestell nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) des Bodens (13) aus Gummi oder Kunststoff bestehen.
  4. Untergestell nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) des Bodens (13) aus einem Gewebematerial hergestellt sind.
  5. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch Auflageelemente (39) des Bodens (13) mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche (41).
  6. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) mit dem Boden (13) des Untergestells (12) verschraubt oder vernietet sind.
  7. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) mit dem Boden (13) des Untergestells (12) verklebt sind.
  8. Untergestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (39) des Bodens (13) des Untergestells (12) als Leisten (42) oder Platten aus Holz oder Kunststoff ausgebildet sind.
  9. Untergestell nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Versteifung des Bodens (13) desselben durch die Leisten (42) oder die Platten.
  10. Untergestell nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Boden (13) desselben mit Gefälle die Leisten (42) mit einem entsprechenden Gefälle an der Bodenunterseite (32) befestigt sind.
  11. Untergestell nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Boden (13) desselben mit Gefälle die Leisten (42) durch eine dem Gefälle des Untergestellbodens entsprechende Abschrägung der Leistenoberseite, Bodensicken (46) mit einer von außen nach innen abnehmenden Tiefe (47) oder Unterlegeteile parallel zur Aufstandsebene des Untergestells (12) ausgerichtet sind.
  12. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (42) in einer Viereckform konzentrisch zum Mittelbereich (45) des Untergestellbodens (13) ausgerichtet sind.
  13. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (42) mit Hohlnieten (44) am Untergestellboden (13) befestigt sind.
  14. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Befestigung der Leisten (42) mit Haltelaschen (43) am Boden (13) des Untergestells (12).
  15. Palettenartiges Untergestell für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine vollflächige oder abschnittsweise rutschhemmende Beschichtung der beim Transport eines Lagerbehälters (1) für Flüssigkeiten mit einem mit Greifarmen (36, 37) ausgestatteten Transportgerät auf den Greifarmen (36, 37) aufliegenden Unterseite (32) des Bodens (13) des Untergestells (12), wobei das Beschichtungsmaterial des Untergestellbodens (13) und das Herstellungsmaterial der Greifarme (36, 37) des Transportmittels zur Erzielung eines möglichst großen Reibungskoeffizienten aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
  16. Untergestell nach Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine Beschichtung der Unterseite (32) des Bodens (13) des Untergestells (12) mit einem Material wie Kunststoff oder Gummi.
  17. Untergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (13) des Untergestells (12) Versteifungssicken (33, 34) aufweist.
