Abstract

Bastidor al modo de plataforma de carga para recipientes de transporte y almacén para líquidos, con un recipiente interior de plástico y un revestimiento exterior de una reja metálica o chapa, que está instalado para la manipulación por medio de carretilla elevadora, aparato de servicio de estantes o medios similares de transporte, y presenta un fondo de chapa que está en los pies de esquina y centrales para el apoyo del recipiente interior configurado con un tubo de llenado cerrable y un tubo de vaciado a la conexión de una guarnición de toma, poseyendo el recipiente interior un fondo de arranque, que se desprende de este fondo adaptado del bastidor desde los bordes longitudinales en dirección al eje central del fondo y/o desde el borde trasero al borde delantero, y en el transporte de un recipiente de transporte y almacén el fondo del bastidor puede estar apoyado sobre brazos de agarre con un medio de transporte equipado con brazos de transporte, caracterizado por elementos (39) de apoyoque agarran colocados sobre el lado inferior (32) del fondo (13) de bastidor (12) que presenta una pendiente, que frenan el resbalamiento, y que refuerzan el fondo (13) de bastidor, que están configurados como listones (42) de madera o plástico, estando los listones (42) orientados por un bisel del lado superior de los listones correspondiente a la inclinación del fondo (13) de bastidor, por acanaladuras (46) de fondo con una profundidad (47) creciente desde fuera hacia dentro o por partes de apoyo paralelas al plano de contacto del bastidor (12).

El invento se refiere a un bastidor al modo de plataforma de carga para recipientes de transporte y almacén para líquidos, con un recipiente interior de plástico y un revestimiento exterior de una reja metálica o chapa, que está instalado para la manipulación por medio de carretilla elevadora, aparato de servicio de estantes o medios similares de transporte, y presenta un fondo de chapa que está en los pies de esquina y centrales para el apoyo del recipiente interior configurado con un tubo de llenado cerrable y un tubo de vaciado a la conexión de una guarnición de toma, poseyendo el recipiente interior un fondo de arranque, que se desprende de este fondo adaptado del bastidor desde los bordes longitudinales en dirección al eje central del fondo y/o desde el borde trasero al borde delantero, y en el transporte de un recipiente de transporte y almacén el fondo del bastidor puede estar apoyado sobre brazos de agarre con un medio de transporte equipado con brazos de transporte.
En el transporte de un bastidor de este tipo conocido por el documento DE 94 07 343 U1 junto con el que está el recipiente de líquido lleno o vacío, por medio de un apilador de horquilla, existe el peligro de que en marchas por curvas, en frenazos, en la carga de vehículos de transporte con el recipiente y descarga del recipiente por los vehículos de transporte, así como en el choque no intencionado en un obstáculo que se encuentre en el recorrido el bastidor con el recipiente de líquido resbala de los brazos de agarre del apilador de horquilla y choca contra el suelo. Esto puede conducir a situaciones peligrosas, especialmente en el transporte de recipientes de transporte y almacén apilados uno sobre otro con un apilador de horquilla, si la pila del recipiente que resbala de los brazos de agarre del apilador de horquilla se derriba.
El documento US-A-5 868 080 describe una plataforma de carga plana de plástico con listones de plástico dispuestos sobre el lado inferior, que sirven para el refuerzo de la plataforma de carga y presentan una superficie que frena el resbalamiento para el apoyo de la plataforma de carga sobre los brazos de agarre de un medio de transporte, por ejemplo de un apilador de horquilla.
La misión del invento se vas en mejorar la seguridad de transporte del bastidor del género expuesto, para recipientes de transporte y almacén para líquidos en el transporte por medio de carretillas elevadoras, aparatos de servicio de estantes o medios de transporte similares, y las propiedades de resistencia del bastidor.
Esta misión se soluciona según el invento por un bastidor con las características de la reivindicación 1.
Las reivindicaciones subordinadas contienen perfeccionamientos ventajosos y convenientes del invento.
Por el equipamiento del bastidor al modo de plataforma de carga del recipiente de transporte y almacén según el invento para líquidos con listones o placas de madera o plástico que frenan el resbalamiento y refuerzan el fondo del bastidor, con los que el recipiente se apoya en el transporte sobre los brazos se agarre de un medio de transporte que presenta brazos de agarre, se evita, debido a los altos coeficientes de rozamiento del material de madera o plástico, un resbalamiento de uno o varios recipientes de líquido apilados, en el estado de carga y de vacío, en la carga y descarga de los vehículos de transporte, de modo que el recipiente de líquido se caracteriza por una alta seguridad de transporte.
Además, por los listones o placas, dispuestos sobre el lado inferior del fondo de bastidor, de madera o plástico, se mejora la capacidad de resistencia del bastidor frente a cargas estáticas por el peso del material líquido de llenado del recipiente interior, y frente a las cargas dinámicas por las oscilaciones de avenida del material de llenado que se presentan en el transporte.
El invento se explica en lo que sigue con la ayuda de figuras de dibujo, que representan lo siguiente:
la fig. 1 una representación en perspectiva de un recipiente de transporte y almacén con un bastidor al modo de plataforma de carga,
la fig. 2 una vista inferior en perspectiva de un fondo de bastidor con elementos de apoyo configurados como listones de madera, que están sujetos en el fondo por medio de bridas de retención,
la fig. 3 una vista inferior correspondiente a la fig. 2 de un fondo de bastidor con listones de madera remachados,
la fig. 4 la sujeción de un listón de madera en el fondo de bastidor con un remache hueco,
la fig. 5 un corte longitudinal de un listón de madera sujeto en el fondo de bastidor paralelo al plano de contacto del bastidor.
El recipiente 1 de transporte y almacén para líquidos empleado como recipiente de uno y varios recorridos, presenta como partes constructivas principales un recipiente exterior 2 de plástico de forma de cuadrilátero, intercambiable, que está equipado con un tubo 3 de llenado cerrable con una tapa 4 en el fondo superior 5, y un tubo 6 de vaciado en la zona del fondo inferior 7 para el cierre de una guarnición 8 de extracción, una cubierta exterior 9 de barras metálicas 10, 11 de reja que se cruzan horizontales y verticales, así como un bastidor 12 al modo de plataforma de carga con dimensiones de longitud y ancho ajustadas a la norma europea, que está establecido para la manipulación por medio de carretilla elevadora, aparato de servicio de estantes o medios de transporte similares.
El bastidor 12 del recipiente 1 de transporte y almacén está equipado con un fondo 13 de chapa para el apoyo del recipiente exterior 2. El fondo 13 del bastidor 12 está sobre cuatro pies 14-17 de esquina y cuatro pies centrales 18-21 de chapa, que están sujetos en un marco 22 de pie configurado como marco de tubos de acero.
Bajo el fondo 13 del bastidor 12 está atornillada firme una chapa 24 de refuerzo configurada al modo de puente, que discurre centrada transversal al eje central 23-23 de fondo, según el tipo de una jácina, en cuyos dos extremos 24a, 24b están conformados de una pieza los dos pies centrales 19, 21.
El fondo inferior 7 del recipiente interior 2 está conformado como fondo en declive con un surco plano 25 en declive, centrado, que discurre con una ligera inclinación desde la pared posterior 26 al tubo 6 de vaciado dispuesto en la pared delantera 27 del recipiente interior 2. El fondo 13 del bastidor 12 adaptado al fondo inferior 7 del recipiente interior 2 forma declive desde los bordes longitudinales 28, 29 al eje central 23-23 del fondo y desde el borde trasero 30 al borde delantero 31.
La fig. 2 muestra un bastidor 12 con un fondo 13 adaptado al fondo 7 en declive del recipiente interior 2 de un recipiente 1 de transporte y almacén, en el que están sujetos elementos 39 de apoyo, configurados como listones 42 de madera, con bridas 43 de retención, que están soldadas en el lado inferior 32 del fondo 13. Los listones 42 de madera sirven para el seguro contra resbalamiento del bastidor 12 en el transporte sobre los brazos 36, 37 de agarre de un aparato de transporte y para el refuerzo del fondo 13 de bastidor.
En lugar de los listones de madera se pueden emplear también listones de plástico con una superficie rugosa como elementos de apoyo que frenan el resbalamiento para el bastidor de recipiente.
De las figuras 3 y 4 resulta una sujeción de los listones 42 de madera en el fondo 13 del bastidor 12 por medio de remaches huecos 44.
Los listones 42 de madera están orientados en una forma de cuadrilátero concéntrica a la zona central 45 del bastidor 13. De este modo está garantizado, que el bastidor 12 al modo de plataforma de carga del recipiente 1 de transporte y almacén pueda ser recorrido por debajo por todos los cuatro lados por los brazos 36, 37 de agarre de un aparato de transporte, y que en el alzamiento del recipiente 1 de líquido el fondo 13 de bastidor se apoye con los listones 42 de madera sobre los brazos 36, 37 de agarre del aparato de transporte.
Según la fig. 5 los listones 42 de madera se sujetan horizontales y paralelos al plano de contacto del lado inferior 32 del fondo 13.
La fig. 5 aclara que se alcanza una orientación paralela de los listones 42 de madera por una sujeción de los mismos en las correspondientes acanaladuras 46 del fondo 13 de bastidor, cuya profundidad 47 disminuye desde fuera hacia dentro y de ese modo la base 48 de acanaladura discurre horizontal.
Una orientación horizontal de los listones de madera puede además efectuarse por una inclinación del fondo de bastidor correspondiente al bisel del lado superior de listones que ajusta en el lado inferior del fondo o correspondiente a las partes de apoyo inferiores.

Claims (4)

1. Bastidor al modo de plataforma de carga para recipientes de transporte y almacén para líquidos, con un recipiente interior de plástico y un revestimiento exterior de una reja metálica o chapa, que está instalado para la manipulación por medio de carretilla elevadora, aparato de servicio de estantes o medios similares de transporte, y presenta un fondo de chapa que está en los pies de esquina y centrales para el apoyo del recipiente interior configurado con un tubo de llenado cerrable y un tubo de vaciado a la conexión de una guarnición de toma, poseyendo el recipiente interior un fondo de arranque, que se desprende de este fondo adaptado del bastidor desde los bordes longitudinales en dirección al eje central del fondo y/o desde el borde trasero al borde delantero, y en el transporte de un recipiente de transporte y almacén el fondo del bastidor puede estar apoyado sobre brazos de agarre con un medio de transporte equipado con brazos de transporte, caracterizado por elementos (39) de apoyo que agarran colocados sobre el lado inferior (32) del fondo (13) de bastidor (12) que presenta una pendiente, que frenan el resbalamiento, y que refuerzan el fondo (13) de bastidor, que están configurados como listones (42) de madera o plástico, estando los listones (42) orientados por un bisel del lado superior de los listones correspondiente a la inclinación del fondo (13) de bastidor, por acanaladuras (46) de fondo con una profundidad (47) creciente desde fuera hacia dentro o por partes de apoyo paralelas al plano de contacto del bastidor (12).
2. Bastidor según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los listones (42) están orientados en una forma de cuadrilátero concéntrica a la zona central (15) del fondo (13) de bastidor.
3. Bastidor según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado por una sujeción de los listones (42) con bridas (43) de retención en el fondo (13) del bastidor (12).
4. Bastidor según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 2, caracterizado porque los listones (42) están remachados con el fondo (13) del bastidor (12).
