Claims (12)
- Dispositif de serrage (02) pour fixer une plaque (03) à la périphérie d'un cylindre (01), le dispositif de serrage (02) comprenant un premier élément de serrage (04), un deuxième élément de serrage (06) monté pivotant, une partie ressort (07) et un élément tensioneur (08) sous forme d'une broche (08) pivotante, qui est déplaçable entre une position serrée dans laquelle il maintient la plaque (03) serrée entre les éléments de serrage (04, 06), et une position relâchée, dans laquelle les éléments de serrage (04, 06) relâchent la plaque (03), caractérisé en ce que la broche (08) est montée dans une gorge (24) de manière à pouvoir tourner, que la broche (08) est logée dans un espace entre la partie ressort (07) et le deuxième élément de serrage (06), que dans la position serrée, la broche (08) est appliquée par la partie ressort (07) contre le deuxième élément de serrage (06), et en ce que dans la position relâchée le dispositif de serrage (02) présente un jeu dans l'espace entre la partie ressort (07) et le deuxième élément de serrage (06).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie ressort (07) comprend au moins un ressort à disques (09).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (02) est disposé dans une gorge (11) longiligne dans le cylindre (01).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (02) est déplaçable dans la gorge (11).
- Dispositif de serrage (02) selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments de serrage (04, 06) est une baguette parallèle à la gorge (11).
- Dispositif de serrage (02) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'un des côtés du premier élément de serrage (04), par lequel le premier élément de serrage (04) serre la plaque (03), présente un profil courbe en section transversale par rapport à l'axe du cylindre (01).
- Dispositif de serrage (02) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la broche (08) est agencée parallèlement à la gorge (11).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la broche (8) présente une section transversale en forme de segment circulaire avec un premier aplatissement (12).
- Dispositif de serrage (02) selon la revendication 8 caractérisé par un deuxième aplatissement (13) et un troisième aplatissement (14), qui sont agencés diamétralement l'un par rapport à l'autre sur la broche (08) et en ce que dans la position serrée le deuxième aplatissement (13) appuie contre le deuxième élément de serrage (6) et que le troisième aplatissement (14) est poussé par la partie ressort (07).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'un des éléments de serrage (04, 06) présente des tenons (16) auxquels la plaque (03) est accrochée.
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (01) est disposé dans une machine d'impression rotative.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la broche (08) présente des portions excentrées.
