  • FIGS. 7a to 7c show an alternative to the mechanism of FIGS. 4a to 6b.
  • the Endverspannen is made by a lever 24, instead of by the rotation of the screw 6.
  • the screw 6 relative to the threaded sleeve 6b by operating the lever 24 moves and put under tension ,
  • the mechanism described above by means of the switch 21 is available.
  • FIG. 8b shows a perspective view of the clamping holder 101, which in the perspective view of FIG. 8a is clamped to a rod with a round cross-sectional profile 127.
  • the clamping bracket 101 has a base plate 120, on which two jaws 129 are fixedly arranged. Further, the clamping bracket 101 has three movable jaws 102, 103 and 104 which are rotatably attached to the jaws 129 via shafts 125 and 126.
  • the movable jaws 102, 103 and 104 each have a first profiled side 102a, 103a, 104a and a second profiled side 102b, 103b, 104b.
  • the profiles of the first and second sides preferably differ from one another.
  • the profiles of the first sides 102a, 103a and 104a are formed such that a device having a round cross-sectional profile can be clamped or clamped between the movable clamping jaws 102, 103 and 104 and the fixedly arranged clamping jaws 129.
  • the device is preferably a rod or tube with a round profile between about 10 mm and about 55 mm in diameter.
  • such a rod 127 is clamped with a relatively small diameter in the clamping bracket 101. This situation is shown in Figure 8c in side view.
  • Analog can be seen in Figure 8d in side view, as a rod 127a can be clamped with a much larger diameter.
  • the clamping or clamping different circular profiles is carried out in the illustrated preferred embodiment, characterized in that the movable jaws 102 and 104 to move to the movable jaw 103 and to move all three movable jaws on the fixed jaws 129. This is possible because the movable jaws 102, 103 and 104 can rotate about the axes 125 and 126 and that the ends of the movable jaws 102, 103 and 104 engage with a screw 106 via hinged threads 131 and 132. This can be seen in the sectional views of Figures 10a to 10d.
  • the screw 106 is preferably a double-threaded spindle or a threaded rod having at one end a right and at the other end a left-hand thread. In its center, the double-threaded spindle 106 is preferably fixed to the jaws 129. If now the threaded rod 106 is rotated by means of the rotary handle 106a, the upper thread 131 is simultaneously moved downwards and the lower thread 132 is moved upwards, as shown in the sequence of FIGS. 10a to 10d. The movable jaws 102, 103 and 104 are moved from the folded position of Figure 10a to the expanded position of Figure 10d.
  • an ordinary screw 106 may be used, with the threads 131 and 132 being right and left hand threads, respectively. In both cases, the use of different threads significantly reduces the necessary screw travel.
  • the second profiled sides 102b, 103b and 104b can be used for this purpose.
  • These second profiled sides 102b, 103b and 104b in the preferred embodiment shown, have projections or protuberances 128 which are shaped such that a rectangular profile can be clamped between these projections 128. This is shown in side view in Figures 9c and 9d for rectangular bars 130 and 130a, each having a different width.
  • the projections 128 and their spacing in the positions shown in Figures 9c and 9d dimensioned so that rectangular profiles of 10 mm x 25 mm, 10 mm x 30 mm and 10 mm x 35 mm can be clamped. It is clear from FIGS. 9c and 9d that a positive clamping of different rectangular profiles is difficult in this embodiment. Therefore, the projections 128 are preferably provided with an elastomeric layer, which facilitate a positive clamping.
  • FIGS. 11a and 11b show in perspective view a preferred alternative to the embodiment of FIGS. 8-10.
  • this embodiment there are two mutually displaceably arranged base plates 120 and 134.
  • the movable jaw 103 is mounted, whereas on the second base plate 134, the movable jaws 102 and 104 are mounted.
  • the clamping holder 101 of FIGS. 11a and 11b has a plate 133 for mounting the clamping holder or for attaching a device.
  • This plate 133 may, for example, be bolted or otherwise connected to a device.
  • the plate 133 is rotatable relative to the rest of the clamping bracket and in particular with respect to the base plates 120 and 134.
  • the rotatable plate 133 is guided via a central bolt 135 between the base plates 120 and 134. There is sufficient play on both sides, which is indicated by the gaps 136a and 136b in the detail view of FIG. 12b.
  • a further rotation of the screw 106 causes a force between the axes 125 and 126, so that the two axes 125 and 126 are pressed apart, as by the arrow indicated in Figure 12c.
  • This force causes the base plates 120 and 134 displaceable relative to one another to be displaced relative to one another.
  • the base plate 120 is slightly shifted downward, whereas the base plate 134 is slightly shifted upward.
  • the gaps 136a and 136b are closed and the central bolt 135 comes into direct contact with the base plates 120 and 134. This blocks the central bolt 135 and prevents further rotation of the plate 133.
  • the plate 133 can be fixed to the rest of the clamping bracket in any desired rotational position in which the clamping bracket is tense. That is, by turning the knob 106a of the screw 106 on the one hand clamped the profile to be clamped and on the other hand or at the same time fixed the rotatable plate 133. This allows a particularly simple and rapid handling of the clamping bracket according to the invention.
  • FIG. 13 and 14 An alternative to the embodiment of Figures 11 and 12 is shown in Figures 13 and 14.
  • the plate 133 is fixed relative to the rest of the clamping bracket 101 in any desired rotational position by the clamping bracket is deformed during clamping and thereby a frictional or positive fixation with respect to the plate 133 is achieved. If, in analogy to the mechanism described above, the screw 106 continues to be rotated after already clamping a round profile 127a (see FIG. 13b), a force is created which forces the two axes 125 and 126 apart. This causes deformation of the clamp mount, and particularly the base plates 120 and 134, as shown in Figure 13b (not to scale).
  • Figures 15a to 15d show a variant of the preferred embodiment of Figures 8 to 10, in which the screw 106 and the knob 106a can be blocked against undesired rotation.
  • the rotary knob 106a can be locked in rotation, in which the rotary knob 106a is movable between the two
  • Jaws 102 and 104 is clamped (see Figure 15d).
  • the fixation of the rotary head 106a can be fixed in the position shown in Figure 15d by either the knob 106a has a corresponding profiling or is provided with an elastomer which can be pressed between the jaws 102 and 104.
  • FIGS. 16a to 16c Another preferred variant is shown in FIGS. 16a to 16c.
  • the knob 106a is replaced by a handle 106a which is attached to the screw 106 via a hinge joint 139. By angling (see Figure 16c) can thus be transmitted to the screw 106, a larger torque.
  • the clamp mount 201 has a base plate 220 to which four supports 229 are rigidly mounted. On the carriers 229 three jaws 202, 203 and 204 are movably or rotatably supported via axles 225 and 226.
