Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire termination element according to the preamble of the attached Claim 1, as it is known from DIN 18082, December 1991 edition. Furthermore The invention relates to a method for producing such a fire termination.
- Fire protection closures are generally in the DIN 4102, Part 5 and in the corresponding European standards defined. Under "fire protection element" is intended Here is an independent part of such fire protection, such as a door leaf or a frame or a frame spar of a fire door, a door leaf or a frame of a Fireproof gates or a frame or a frame spar of a fixed glazing or to be understood.
- DIN 4102 are the requirements for such fire protection specified.
- Fire safety closures must be for a certain period, e.g. Withstand 30, 60 or 90 minutes of unilateral fire exposure.
- Fire Barriers need a construction supervisory approval in most states. To the Obtaining this approval are fire tests, e.g. described in DIN 4102, perform. It is expressly referred to the standards mentioned for more details directed.
- the DIN 18082 describes and shows as part of this construction a door leaf with the features of the preamble of the appended claim 1.
- This door leaf has a steel sheet formed Coat, here called door box. Two steel sheets are doing a closed on all sides box-shaped door leaf (called door leaf) together.
- the door panels include a cavity, which is formed by an insulating material forming the insulation is filled in the form of a mineral fiber board according to DIN 18089.
- insulating materials for such fire termination elements are widely used insulating Mineral fiber wool such as glass wool or rock wool used.
- the plates are up available on the market. You will be tailored to the particular measure to the Door manufacturer supplied.
- the mineral fiber boards available on the market are also provided with a coolant; usually aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, or other materials that release moisture when the temperature rises. Especially the evaporation of the moisture delivered contributes to the cooling of the fire protection element helps to ensure that the maximum temperatures required by DIN 4102 on the non-branded side are not exceeded and that others disadvantages caused by high temperatures are avoided.
- the mineral fiber boards have a homogenous insulation density and coolant density. If a higher fire resistance to be achieved, are mineral fiber boards with correspondingly higher material density and / or correspondingly higher coolant density selected, which are correspondingly more expensive to manufacture and therefore more expensive.
- the object of the invention is to provide a fire termination element according to the preamble of the attached Claim 1, without affecting the fire resistance or even with increased fire resistance, more cost-effective and resource and environmentally friendly is in production. In addition, a method for its production be specified.
- the invention proposes a region-optimized insulation, preferably Mineral or glass fiber materials.
- the invention is based on the finding that in Fire and in this simulated fire test no uniform temperature stress prevails.
- general physical principles heat goes up
- the areas of the fire protection element are each equipped according to temperature stress. This is as explained along the height different, but can also be different along the width. You watch The largest temperature load usually in one or both upper corners of the Fire protection closure element.
- the fire protection closure element with different materials, especially with regard to the height and / or width seen equipped differently trained insulating or insulating materials. areas which are generally burdened in the fire test with higher temperature, are with accordingly provided more complex equipped insulation, areas with lesser Temperature load with correspondingly lower. This can be used in mass production save significant amounts of insulation or coolant without this impairs the fire resistance of the fire termination element. Also you can with only little extra effort (for example, more insulation material or coolant only in a narrow upper area or only in the upper corner areas) achieve a higher fire resistance. Since mineral wool is also considered a hazardous substance, which is by the invention achievable a saving of the same also from environmental and health political Reasons desirable.
- the different distribution of insulating material or coolant or the other area by area Different insulation properties can be achieved in different ways to reach. It would be conceivable, the insulating material in the same with the same locally to provide different characteristics. Easier and with today on the market However, according to one embodiment, the invention according to one embodiment can be realized by that the range optimization is done by a denomination of the deposit.
- the insulation can be customized according to the idea of "tailored blanks". To the For example, depending on the location insulation board pieces, such as strips inserted. Each individual piece is indeed homogeneous in itself as before. Various pieces however, have mutually different material properties.
- Fire protection element For example may be in the (designated use) upper portion of a door panel or the like Fire protection element a first strip of one for high fire resistance laid first mineral or glass fiber mat, in a middle area, adjacent at the first strip, a second strip from one for a medium fire resistance designed second mineral or glass fiber mat and in one (in the intended Use) lower area, preferably free of play adjacent to the second strip, a third strip of one designed for a low fire resistance third Glass or mineral fiber mat are arranged.
- the invention is particularly suitable for a door leaf, the box-like as in DIN 18082 All the other features of this DIN (with the exception of the homogeneous Insulation) can be fulfilled but need not be fulfilled. But also for others Fire-extinguishing elements, whether they be fixed partitions or glazing frames, be it door or gate leaves or frames such as Frames, the invention is suitable.
- the invention can in principle also be used in turning doors that rotate around one on the door leaf vertical axis of rotation by 180 ° either left or right-hinged usable.
- the insulation materials to the two horizontally arranged edge areas for a higher fire resistance designed as the insulation materials in the middle range are designed as the insulation materials in the middle range.
- Fig. 1 is designed as a fire protection door 1 with a frame 2 and a pivotally held door leaf 3 shown.
- the door leaf is 2 of a box plate 4 made of steel and a lid sheet 5 set thereon, also made of steel.
- the box plate 4 and the cover plate 5 enclose completely a cavity 6, which is filled with an insulation 7.
- the insulation 7 ⁇ lein is shown in plan view in Fig. 3.
- the insulation 7 - here along its height h - has three different areas 8, 9 and 10 with respect to the insulating and cooling properties.
- the area 8 arranged at the top in the intended use is designed for a higher temperature load than the middle area 9.
- the middle area 9 is designed for a higher temperature load than the lower area 10.
- the areas 8, 9, 10 are here made of strips 11, 12, 13 formed of different glass or mineral fiber mats.
- material bulk density and / or amount of coolants are a function of height h or, alternatively or additionally, in a non-illustrated embodiment of width b. Preferably, they increase with the height h.
- Fig. 4 shows only a fire protection closure element in the form of a glass frame door leaf 20 with a door leaf frame 21 and held therein a fire screen 22.
- the door leaf frame 22 is made of metal and in its interior with the insulation 7 filled.
- the insulation 7 is here in five superimposed different areas 23-27 divided, the material density and / or amount of coolant from below to climb up.
- a web 30 insulating material is shown. About the width x this web 30 decreases the material bulk density ⁇ and / or the density of coolant. This could by appropriately over the width of the manufacturing device modified addition of appropriate materials during manufacture. In the example of FIG. 5 decreases the density ⁇ in a curved curve 31 with increasing width x.
- Fire protection element would then correspond to a tailored piece 32, 33 or 34 of the web 30 so that the end 35 with the highest density pim in case of fire at the highest temperature end of the fire protection element - so usually above - comes to rest.
- Further examples of density distribution curves are shown in Figs. 6 to 8 reproduced. Basically, are gradual or gradual, i.e. stepless changes conceivable; you could also be in a fire test First, a temperature-altitude curve or temperature-width curve at the fire protection end element record and then the insulation or cooling materials accordingly to distribute.
- the procedure is as follows: One initially sets as a first part of the cavity enclosing the cavity 6, the box plate 4 available, for example, by a cold-formed steel sheet transformed accordingly. In the cavity formed by corresponding bends this box panel 4, the insulation 7 is inserted. For this purpose, by blanks from three different mineral wool mats, each with different Fire resistance quality the three strips 11, 12, 13 provided and on push placed side by side in the cavity 6. The box plate 4 is then through the before correspondingly cut and prepared cover plate 5 closed; especially welded to it.
- the web 30 is cut to the size of the cavity 6 and the relevant Piece 32 with the most compacted end 35 up into the box panel 4, which is then closed by the cover plate 5.
- a fire protection closure element (3, 2, 20) has been described with a a shell (4, 5) enclosing a cavity (6) and one inserted into the cavity (6) Insulation (7) for thermal insulation and / or cooling of the jacket (4, 5) in case of fire.
- Insulation (7) for thermal insulation and / or cooling of the jacket (4, 5) in case of fire.
- the insulation (7) to adapt to along the height (h) or width (b) of fire protection (1) seen different temperature stress Seen differently over the height (h) or width (b) of the fire protection closure (1) is trained.
