Die vorstehend genannten und die noch weiter aufgeführten Merkmale können erfindungsgemäß jeweils einzeln für sich oder zu mehreren beliebigen Kombinationen Verwendung finden. Die gezeigten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind als Schilderung der Erfindung zu verstehen.

Claims (15)
- Scharnierbeschlag für einen um eine vertikale und eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar an einem Blendrahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür gelagerten Flügel, bei dem ein Lagerbolzen (1) zur Bildung der vertikalen Achse (2) zumindest teilweise mit einem zylindrischen Abschnitt (3) in einem flügelrahmenseitigen Scharnierkörper (4) eintaucht und sich an einem blendrahmenseitigen Scharnierkörper (5) abstützt, wobei der Lagerbolzen (1) um die horizontale Achse (6) schwenkbar mit einem zweiten Abschnitt (7) in eine Aufnahme (8) des blendrahmenseitigen Scharnierkörpers (5) eintaucht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem zweiten Abschnitt (7) ein zu dem zylindrischen Abschnitt (3) radial verlaufender Ansatz (9) vorgesehen ist, dem eine Konsole (10) in der Aufnahme (8) zugeordnet ist und das sich der Lagerbolzen (1) an seinem unteren Ende (11) an einem die horizontale Achse (6) beschreibenden Widerlager (12) in der Aufnahme (8) abstützt. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aufnahme (8) eine Hülse (13) angeordnet ist, wobei die Hülse (13) in der Aufnahme (8) befestigt ist und das Widerlager (12) sowie eine seitliche Führung (14) des Lagerbolzens (1) bildet. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (13) sich an der Konsole (10) abstützt und der Lagerbolzen (1) mit einem Kragen (15) auf die Hülse (13) wirkt. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 2 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (13) an dem Querschnitt (16) der Aufnahme (8) angepasst ist und eine entlang der horizontalen Achse (17) asymmetrische Lage der Führung (14) hat. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (7) des Lagerbolzens (1) relativ zu dem ersten Abschnitt (3) geneigt verläuft. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Ansatz (9) ausschließlich auf der Hülse (13) oder der Konsole (10) abstützt, wenn der erste Abschnitt (3) des Lagerbolzens (1) lotrecht steht. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konsole (10) bezogen auf die vertikale Achse (2) mittig in der Aufnahme (8) angebracht ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der scheibenförmige Ansatz (9) des Lagerbolzens (1) sich auf der Unterseite (18) in Kipprichtung verjüngt. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (12) aus einem konkav verlaufenden Bogen (19) des Lagerbolzen (1) und einem konvex angeordneten Bogen (20) der Hülse (13) gebildet ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelpunkt (21) der Bögen (19,20) des Widerlagers (12) gleichzeitig die Drehachse des Lagerbolzens (1) ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (13) einen Verbindungssteg (22) für die seitliche Führung (14) aufweist, wobei der Verbindungssteg (22) auf der innen zum Lagerbolzen (1) gerichteten Begrenzungskante (23) dem abgewinkelten Verlauf des Lagerbolzens (1) angepasst ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerbolzen (1) und die Hülse (13) in einer formschlüssigen Verbindung zueinander stehen. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Absatz (26) des Bogens (19) vom Lagerbolzen (1) zwischen dem Bogen (20) der Hülse (13) und dem Verbindungssteg (22) der Hülse (13) angeordnet ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Ansatz (9) und dem zylindrischen Abschnitt (3) des Lagerbolzen (1) eine Kunststoffhülse (24) aufgesetzt ist. - Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (13) aus einem Druckgussteil gefertigt ist.
