Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof window, in particular a swing-wing skylight, with one Frame and a sash, which means articulated subframe profiles arranged on it a swing axis is pivotally mounted, the swing axis horizontal and approximately in central area on the casement, and with on at least one of the longitudinal spars of the casement arranged guide element, which is at Swinging opening of the casement along an Frame trained guideway moves, as well with at least one as a rocking aid Spring device.
- swing wing skylights There are windows under the swing-wing skylight understand whose frame is built into the roof skin are and the sash frame by about in the axis of the sash frame is swingable are.
- Such swing wing skylights have the advantage that they can be used, for example, to clean the Outside of the glazing around the swing axis in such a way can be pivoted far that the outer glass surface can be cleaned from the interior.
- the swing axis therefore not only offers the possibility the ventilation position, but further also a simple exterior glass cleaning.
- roof windows especially residential roof windows, known, which is designed as a hinged window are, that is, the window sash is in the area of the upper frame cross-section pivotally mounted. While with a swing window as a result of arrangement of the swing axis close to the center of gravity Open a not too large torque applied must be due to a hinged window of the weight of the casement Torque a correspondingly greater force for a Opening the window necessary.
- swing windows that are known both a folding movement and a swinging movement of the casement.
- the one here Invention is concerned with swing windows or with hinged swing windows. This means, the sash is about one in its middle Swing axis in the area is movably supported.
- German utility model 1 818 630 known that the trained as a sliding bolt Guide element laterally along a groove moved in the frame of the roof window. Disadvantageous this construction is the relatively complex one Manufacturing, due to the formation of the grooves. Furthermore, the assembly is difficult and expensive because when attaching the wing the guide elements in the grooves must be made.
- the kind of Sash suspension requires a sash frame with a relatively large thickness and deep intervention of the casement into the frame.
- German patent application 31 21 322 is a Swing-wing skylight known, in which the designed as a sliding pin guide element the swing opening movement along a guideway along the surface of the frame emotional. Furthermore, this known roof window a spring device on the swing opening movement supported. Are on the frame spring-loaded swivel arms attached to their free ends wear rollers, which are on the casement support and in this way the Support the oscillation process. The guideway on each string of the frame is in the upper one Half and the associated spring-loaded Swivel arm in the lower half of the frame, so that the two elements do not interfere.
- the invention has for its object a roof window indicate that a spring-assisted Swing opening allows, the swing aid should be designed as inconspicuously as possible and preferably relatively narrow side rails of the frame can be used.
- the spring device is telescopic and with one end on the casement is pivotally attached and with her other, free end with a holder on the frame releasably cooperates, and that the recording one Passierweg has for the guide element.
- the telescopic design of the spring device is a vibration aid that is unobtrusive and is easy to implement.
- the spring device essentially a longitudinal extension, wherein one end swiveling on the casement is attached and its other end at one Support on the frame. This support takes place only in the swing opening phase of the casement. If the window is opened further, so lifts the free end from the recording.
- a preferred assigned to each longitudinal spar of the casement Guide element moves at the Swing opening or swing closing movement along a guideway on the frame, each preferred on the surface of the frame.
- a collision of the corresponding guide element with the associated spring device avoid, that is, to block the opening movement to prevent is according to the invention provided that with the free end of the spring device interacting shot of a footpath for the associated guide element. Therefore, the recording enables the support the spring device, however, the guide element the recording can happen without that the guide element from a certain swing position of the casement against the free end of the Spring device occurs and this way hinder the opening movement of the casement would.
- the recording one by accumulating the Guide element has displaceable area. Because of the relocatable area, its relocation movement by running up the guide element is done, is passing the guide element possible.
- the relocation is preferably carried out by forming a swivel axis.
- the The spring device is supported on the displaceable Area, where there is preferably a counter bearing, for example a well, is formed in the free end of the spring device can intervene.
- the guide element can preferably be used as a guide pin be trained.
- the swivel axis of the relocatable Area preferably runs parallel to Longitudinal extension of the central axis of the guide element, especially the pilot pin.
- the passage of the recording is designed as a passage channel.
- the recording is lateral Has groove or is designed as a U-profile, the guide element being the groove respectively the inside of the U-profile in the course of the sash movement happens.
- the groove or the inside of the U-profile thus forms the passage channel.
- the guideway is straightforward.
- This Displacement slope supports the evasive movement of the displaceable area so that the guide element can happen.
- the pass route can preferably be in opposite Passage directions from the guide element happens become, that is, during the opening movement of the The guideway will be in one direction and the closing movement in the opposite Go through direction. This is why it is advantageous if at least two bevels are provided, namely one to the Opening process of the roof window the guide element to let pass and another relocation slope, which during the closing movement of the Roof window comes into operation, i.e. when walking through of the guide element in the opposite direction also deflects the relocatable area, so that a passage is possible.
- clamp fixation enables the roof window to fix in swing opening position so that it -even with light wind pressure and so on- not the position changed uncontrollably.
- the clamp fixation can for example be formed on the recording be or in an area of the track spaced from the recording.
- the longitudinal extension of the guide element runs transverse to the longitudinal extension of the spring device. Due to the telescopic design of the spring device can speak of a longitudinal extension depending on the open position the roof window - for the longitudinal extension of the guide element, especially the pilot pin, included a different angle is.
- the guide element up to the area of the recording, especially up to protrudes into the area of the counter bearing.
- This configuration allows the side rails of the roof window, especially the side rails of the frame, train very narrow, due to the collision between the spring device and guide element excluded is.
- the guide element can, for example protrude halfway into the area of the receptacle, that is, counter bearing and guide element overlap at least partially, due to the passage path does not block the opening movement he follows.
- the passage of the recording as Overflow survey for an overflow of the counter bearing is trained.
- This configuration enables the counter bearing, especially its training as Well, to design such that the free end of the spring device securely received is that the free end does not come from the counter bearing can slip out.
- the guideway of the Guide element overlaps the counter bearing, wherein invented an overflow survey is, it is possible to use the preferably cup-like To receive counter bearing in its shape, because the guideway at a different level, namely due to the overflow survey above the cup-like counter bearing is located.
- the overflow survey an ascent section and a descent section for the guide element that means that it moves during the opening movement Guide element along the ramp section, um to get to the higher level of overflow survey.
- the departure section happens first, that is, it works then as a ramp, and then will the section previously referred to as the drive-on section happens, this then as a departure section works.
- the roof window 1 shows a roof window 1 in side view, which is in the open swing position.
- the roof window 1 is a folding-swing-wing roof window educated. It points a frame 2 and a sash 3.
- frame 2 has two in parallel Longitudinal bars 4 spaced apart from one another and two also spaced parallel to each other extending crossbars 5.
- the sash is corresponding 3 spaced apart with two parallel to each other longitudinal spars 6 and with two parallel mutually spaced transverse bars 7 equipped.
- the two longitudinal spars 6 of the Casement 3 have in the area of their sections 9 subframe profiles 10 on the frame 2 in the area of the - in installation position - upper crossbar 5 around a horizontal axis 11 and on the casement 3 pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis 12 are.
- the subframe profiles 10 are parallel on the longitudinal spars 6 and are in this position fixed. If the operating handle 8 in the folding position pivoted, so the subframe profiles remain 10 coupled in parallel with the longitudinal spars 6, and it's a pivoting of the casement 3 possible about the axis 11 in the folding position. Becomes the operating handle 8 is placed in the oscillating position and the roof window 1 opened, the in Figure 1 taken position, in the a decoupling of the subframe profiles 10 from the Longitudinal bars 6 of the sash 3 is present, so that the subframe profiles 10 with respect to the longitudinal spars 6 pivot about the axis 12 into an angular position. At the same time, the overall arrangement pivots around axis 11.
- the axes 11 and 12 and the guide element 14 are as shown in FIG the swing opening position shown there on corner points of an imaginary triangle.
- the guide element 14 has an axis 12 Distance on.
- the axis 12 forms an oscillation axis, which allows the sash 3 to be about Rotate 180 °, creating the outside of the casement 3 facing the frame 2, so that for example the outside of the glazing from the room can be cleaned here.
- the Swinging axis an extremely wide window opening, like it emerges from FIG. 2.
- each spring device 17 is arranged, each one Vibration aid 18 when opening the roof window 1 forms.
- the spring device 17 is telescopic educated; it has a housing 19 in which a helical compression spring, not shown located with an axially displaceable actuating rod 20 interacts.
- a fixed support rod 21 is attached, the with a receptacle 22 fastened to the frame 2 can work together.
- the housing 19 then from the cylinder the gas spring and the operating rod 20 of the piston rod of the gas pressure spring are realized.
- the end of the actuating rod facing away from the housing 19 20 has an operating rod head 23 on the pivotable about the axis 16 on the Casement 3 is mounted.
- the Swivel angle by suitable, not shown Slings within a certain area limited to prevent wide open Window the spring device 17 in a rotational position arrives, in which the view from the side Window could hinder.
- the end 24 of the support rod 21 forms a free end 25 of the spring device 17.
- the receptacle 22 has a counter bearing 26 in the form of a receiving recess 27, into which the free end 25 of the spring device 17th can occur. In this way it supports itself the spring device 17 on the one hand on the frame 2 and on the other hand on the sash 3, so that -im Initial swing opening area of the window - one Opening aid takes place.
- the guide element moves 14 in the direction of that shown in FIG Arrow 28, that is, it gets into the area of the recording 22.
- the guide element 14 is shown in detail in FIG shown. It has a side out of the longitudinal spar 6 of the sash 3 protruding bolts 31 on which a sliding block 32 is arranged for rotation is.
- the sliding block 32 lies with one Support surface 33 on the guide track 30 of the frame 4, the material properties and -Embodiments are chosen so that a desired Friction value is achieved to prevent the window independently after spending in adjusted a desired opening position.
- Sides each have a displacement slope 34 or 35, which cooperate with the receptacle 22. This will be discussed in more detail below.
- the receptacle 22 a base plate 36 and one over the plane 37 of the base plate 36 elevating bracket 38. Da the receptacle 22 is symmetrical about a transverse center line 39 is formed, is only below dealt with half of this component. The the other half is designed accordingly.
- a step-shaped depression 40 of the side surface 41 of the bearing block 38 is a stud 42 arranged of a pivot axis 43 for a displaceable Area 44 of the receptacle 22 forms.
