In der Ausführungsform der Figur 3 sind die Förderelemente 13 und 14 übereinander mit parallel verlaufenden Rotationsachsen 15, 16 angeordnet. Die Förderelemente 13, 14 sind gegensinnig angetrieben. Die vier parallelen Tabakdoppelstöcke werden an der Aufnahmeposition 20 in axialer Richtung mit Stranggeschwindigkeit vom Förderelement 13 von oben übernommen. Die Tabakdoppelstöcke werden, wie oben beschrieben, um 90° um die Achse 31 gedreht und mit Stranggeschwindigkeit an die Übemahmeposition 17 und werden dort an das Förderelement 14 übergeben. Die Übergabe der Tabakdoppelstöcke erfolgt segmentweise, wobei die vier Tabakdoppelstöcke in einem Muldensegment 22 nacheinander an das Muldensegment 27 abgegeben werden. Die Übergabe erfolgt mit Stranggeschwindigkeit, d.h. mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die in der Regel nicht zur Teilung der Muldensegmente 27 paßt. Die Anpassung der Geschwindigkeit erfolgt durch das Förderelement 14. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß die Muldensegmente 27 bei konstanter Drehzahl des Förderelementes 14 während des Transportwegs von ca. 180° (von der Übernahmeposition 17 an die Abgabeposition 25) von der Bahnkurve 19 auf eine andere Bahnkurve 30 bewegt werden. In diesem Fall ist der Radius der anderen Bahnkurve 30 geringer als der Radius der Bahnkurve 19. Dadurch wird die (Umfangs-)Geschwindigkeit der Tabakdoppelstöcke verringert, so daß die Teilung und die Geschwindigkeit der Tabakdoppelstöcke im Bereich der Abgabeposition 25 angepaßt sind. Pro Zeiteinheit wird daher eine konstante Anzahl von Tabakdoppelstöcken mit gleichbleibendem Teilungsabstand übergeben.
Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zur Übergabe stabförmiger Artikel (11), insbesondere Zigaretten, von einem Längsförderer zur längsaxialen Förderung der Artikel (11) auf einen Querförderer zur queraxialen Förderung der Artikel (11), umfassend ein Fördermittel (12) zur Aufnahme der Artikel (11) vom Längsförderer und zur Abgabe der Artikel an den Querförderer, wobei das Fördermittel (12) zum Drehen der Artikel (11) um einen vorgegebenen Winkel sowie zum Reduzieren der Fördergeschwindigkeit der Artikel (11) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fördermittel (12) mindestens zwei separate Förderelemente (13, 14) aufweist, die miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehen, wobei ein Fördererelement (13) zum Drehen der Artikel (11) um einen vorgegebenen Winkel und das andere Förderelement (14) zur Reduzierung der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Artikel (11) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Förderelemente (13, 14) in Transportrichtung der Artikel (11) hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei das in Transportrichtung der Artikel (11) erste Förderelement (13) zum Drehen der Artikel und das zweite Förderelement (14) zum Reduzieren der Transportgeschwindigkeit ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Förderelemente (13, 14) als Rotationskörper, nämlich z.B. als Trommel, Scheibe oder dergleichen, ausgebildet sind, die um eine Rotationsachse (15, 16) rotierend antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Förderelement (13, 14) Aufnahmeelemente (21, 26) zum Abnehmen bzw. Abgeben der Artikel (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, vorzugsweise vier Aufnahmeelemente (21, 26) zu einem Muldensegment (22, 27) zusammengefaßt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Förderelement (13) mehrere, vorzugsweise acht Muldensegmente (22) umfaßt, die jeweils um eine Schwenkachse (23) schwenkbar und um eine Achse (31) drehbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Förderelement (14) mehrere, vorzugsweise sechs Muldensegmente (27) umfaßt, die jeweils zur Veränderung des Radius bewegbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muldensegmente (27) an Schwenkhebeln (28, 29) oder dergleichen angeordnet sind, derart, daß die Muldensegmente (27) auf Bahnkurven (19, 30) mit unterschiedlichem Radius bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportweg der Artikel (11) innerhalb des Fördermittels (12) mindestens 360° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportweg zum Drehen der Artikel (11) und der Transportweg zur Reduzierung der Fördergeschwindigkeit der Artikel (11) jeweils mindestens 180° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachsen (15, 16) der Förderelemente (13, 14) parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachsen (15, 16) der Förderelemente (13, 14) quer zueinander verlaufen.
- Verfahren zur Übergabe stabförmiger Artikel (11), insbesondere Zigaretten, von einem Längsförderer zur längsaxialen Förderung der Artikel (11) auf einen Querförderer zur queraxialen Förderung der Artikel (11), gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Aufnehmen mehrerer stabförmiger Artikel (11) vom Längsförderer bei einer Stranggeschwindigkeit durch ein erstes Förderelement (13),Drehen der Artikel (11) um einen Winkel von 90° um eine Achse (31) ebenfalls durch das erste Förderelement (13),Übergeben der Artikel (11) vom ersten Förderelement (13) an ein zweites Förderelement (14),Abbremsen der Artikel (11) auf eine Geschwindigkeit, die kleiner als die Stranggeschwindigkeit ist, durch das zweite Förderelement (14), undAbgeben der Artikel (11) an den Querförderer.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehen der Artikel (11) während des Transports auf einem Transportweg von etwa 180° um eine Rotationsachse (15) des Förderelementes (13) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abbremsen der Artikel (11) während des Transports auf einem Transportweg von etwa 180° um eine Rotationsachse (16) des Förderelementes (14) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abbremsen der Artikel (11) durch Veränderungen im Radius des zweiten Förderelementes (14) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikel (11) mindestens im Bereich einer Aufnahmeposition (20) und einer Übernahmeposition (17) geführt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikel (11) zur Führung um eine Schwenkachse (23) verschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungen um die Rotationsachse (15) und/oder die Schwenkachse (23) und/oder die Achse (31) überlagert sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abbremsen der Artikel (11) durch eine überlagerte Bewegung der Artikel (11) zum Förderelement (14) erfolgt.
