Description

- während der anschließenden 360°-Drehung der Wendetrommel werden die mit jeweils mindestens zwei zu wendenden stabförmigen Gegenständen besetzten Wendesegmente jeweils um 180° gedreht, wobei sich benachbarte Wendesegmente in entgegengesetzter Richtung drehen, und wobei ein Wendesegment seine Drehung erst dann beginnt, wenn ein benachbartes Wendesegment mindestens eine Drehung von 135° ausgeführt hat.

Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zum Wenden von stabförmigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Zigaretten,
mit einer Wendetrommel (2), die die zu wendenden stabförmigen Gegenstände (11) in dafür vorgesehene Aufnahmen (10, 10', 10'') aufnimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendetrommel (2) mindestens einen Wendeabschnitt (4a, 4b) aufweist, der mindestens zwei zu wendende stabförmige Gegenstände (11) parallel zueinander wendet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
wobei der Wendeabschnitt durch ein am Umfang der Wendetrommel (2) vorgesehenes, relativ zur Wendetrommel (2) bewegliches Wendesegment (4a, 4b) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Drehachse (6a, 6b) des Wendeabschnittes (4a, 4b) radial bezüglich der Wendetrommel (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Wendeabschnitt (4a, 4b) zwei Gruppen von Aufnahmen (10, 10', 10'') aufweist, die zu beiden Seiten einer durch die Drehachse (6a, 6b) verlaufenden Ebene angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,

bei der das Zufördermittel (62) eine Zufördertrommel ist, die die Aufnahmen (64) auf ihrem Außenumfang aufweist, wobei in Förderrichtung der Zufördertrommel nur jede zweite Aufnahme mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (11) besetzt ist, so daß die in einer der Bahnen angeordneten, zu wendenden stabförmigen Gegenstände (11) nach dem Wenden durch die Wendetrommel (2) von der Wendetrommel (2) in der gleichen Bahn, in der sich auch die nicht von der Wendetrommel (2) übernommenen stabförmigen Gegenstände (11) befinden, in den in dieser Bahn unbesetzten Aufnahmen (64) absetzbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (12a, 12b, 14a, 14b, 16a, 16b, 18a, 18b, 22a, 24a, 28a, 34a, 36a, 38a, 38b, 40a, 40b) für die Wendeabschnitte (4a, 4b),
wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (12a, 12b, 14a, 14b, 16a, 16b, 18a, 18b, 22a, 24a, 28a, 34a, 36a, 38a, 38b, 40a, 40b) als Kurbeltrieb ausgebildet ist, der mit einer mit dem Wendeabschnitt (4a, 4b) verbundenen Welle (12a, 12b) derart in Wirkverbindung steht, daß er während der Drehung der Wendetrommel (2) über die Welle (12a, 12b) eine Drehung des Wendeabschnittes (4a, 4b) verursacht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
wobei der Kurbeltrieb mindestens einen parallel zur Drehachse (6a, 6b) der Wendetrommel (2) verlaufenden Stößel (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) aufweist, der während der Drehung der Wendetrommel (2) auf einer raumfesten Kurve (40a, 40b) derart abläuft, daß die Welle (12a, 12b) in Drehung versetzt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
wobei der Stößel (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) über mindestens einen Lenker (34a) mit einer Kurbelwelle (22a) verbunden ist, die wiederum mit der Welle (12a, 12b) in Wirkverbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
wobei die Drehung der Kurbelwelle (22a) über Zahnräder im Verhältnis 2:1 in die Drehung der Welle (12a, 12b) übersetzt wird, so daß sich die Welle (12a, 12b) bei einer vollen Umdrehung der Wendetrommel (2) um 180° dreht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche der 16 oder 17,
mit mindestens zwei parallel angeordneten Stößeln (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b),
wobei die jeweiligen Lenker (34a) an der Kurbelwelle (22a) exzentrisch und um etwa 120° versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18,
wobei die Stößel (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) mit Hilfe von Druckfedern (42a), die dieser zugeordnet sind, gegen die Kurven (40a, 40b) vorgespannt werden. - Zigarettenherstellungsmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zum Wenden und Überführen von Filterzigaretten (11) einer ersten Reihe in die Lücken einer benachbarten zweiten Reihe von Filterzigaretten (11), deren Filterzigaretten (11) axial fluchtend in spiegelbildlicher Anordnung zu den Filterzigaretten (11) der ersten Reihe entlang einer ersten Förderband zugeführt werden mit den Schritten:a) die Filterzigaretten (11) der ersten Reihe werden auf eine geschlossene zweite Förderbahn überführt;b) Gruppen aus mindestens zwei benachbarten Filterzigaretten (11) werden senkrecht zu ihrer Längsachse um 180° gleichzeitig gewendet;c) die Filterzigaretten (11) werden in ihrer Achsrichtung um ihre Länge versetzt;d) die Filterzigaretten (11) werden in Förderrichtung entsprechend einer halben Teilung (T/2) versetzt;e) die umorientierten Filterzigaretten (11) werden im Bereich der Überführung auf die geschlossene Förderbahn von dieser in die Lücken in der zweiten Reihe von Filterzigaretten (11) abgegeben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
wobei die Schritte b) und c) gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
wobei die Schritte c) und d) gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
wobei die Schritte b) und d) gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
wobei die Schritte b), c) und d) gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25,
wobei die aus mindestens zwei benachbarten Filterzigaretten bestehenden Gruppen in entgegengesetzter Richtung zu einer sich in Förderrichtung neben einer solchen Gruppe befindenden weiteren Gruppe gewendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 26,
wobei das Wenden einer Gruppe unmittelbar nach dem Überführen auf die geschlossene Förderbahn beginnt, und wobei das Wenden einer dieser Gruppe auf der Förderbahn nachfolgenden Gruppe erst nach Durchlaufen eines Drehwinkels der Gruppe von etwa 135° beginnt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 27,
wobei das Wenden einer jeden Gruppe während des Durchlaufens eines Drehwinkels von etwa 180° auf der geschlossenen Förderbahn erfolgt.
