Claims (13)
- Zungenvorrichtung in Regelschienen einer Rillenschienenweiche (1), bestehend aus einem ein- oder mehrteiligen, ein Zungenbett (13) beinhaltendes Zungenlager (9) zur Aufnahme einer mit dem Zungenlager (9) auswechselbar verbundenen Zunge (10), wobei die Verbindung dergestalt herbeigeführt wird, dass das unbewegliche Ende der Zunge (10) durch den Zungenfuß (22) mit dem Zungenlager (9) verschraubt (11') ist.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zungenlager (9) aus einem Block erzeugt ist.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zungenlager (9) aus einem Block mit bainitischem Gefüge und einer Güte von mindestens 1200 N/mm2 besteht, wobei das Zungenbett (13) aus dem Block herausgefräst ist, so dass die Zunge (10) gleitplattenfrei auf der Gleitfläche (14) des Zungenbettes (13) bewegbar ist.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zungenlager (9) aus einem das Zungenbett (13) beinhaltenden Schienenstahl besteht, wobei im Bereich der Zungenbettes (13) eine Gleitplatte aus einem verschleißfestem Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Hardox, mit einer Güte von mindestens 1200 N/mm2 eingelassen ist.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Zungenlagers (9), insbesondere unterhalb des Zungenbettes (13) eine Heizkammer (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei außerhalb der Heizkammer (15) zungenbettseitig Ablaufbereiche (18,19) für in das Zungenbett (13) eingedrungenes Wasser vorgesehen sind.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikal angeordneten Schrauben (11') unterhalb eines abnehmbaren Deckels (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Zunge für eine Flach- oder Tiefbett- Rillenschienenweiche (1) mit einem stationären sowie einem verschiebbaren Bereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der stationäre Bereich zur Aufnahme von Befestigungselementen (11') mit einem etwa vertikale Durchgangsöffnungen (23) aufweisenden Zungenfuß (22) versehen ist.
- Zunge nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des stationären Bereiches etwa L-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Zunge nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontal verlaufende Schenkel (21) so lang ausgebildet ist, dass er den Kopf von Befestigungselementen (11') vollständig aufnimmt.
- Zunge nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Horizontalschenkel (21) in Richtung der Fahrkantenseite (24) weist.
- Zunge nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vertiaklschenkel (26) zur Anschlagseite (27) weist.
- Zunge nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (10) aus einem Schienenstahl oder einem Mangan-Hartstahl besteht.
- Zunge nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil der Zunge (10) durch Gießen oder Walzen oder Strangpressen erzeugbar ist.
