Claims (12)
- Werkzeugmaschine zur Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mittels eines Hochdruckwasserstrahls, wobei das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auf einem rost- oder gitterartigen Auflager über oder in einem zumindest im oberen Bereich quaderförmigen Wasserbecken gelagert ist und durch wenigstens einen aus wenigstens einer Düse austretenden Wasserstrahl beaufschlagt wird, wobei diese Düse zumindest in einer Horizontalebene (X,Y) numerisch in ihrer Lage gesteuert wird und der Abstand zwischen dem Werkstück und der Düse zumindest annähernd konstant gehalten oder in der Vertikalrichtung (Z) gesteuert wird und wobei im Bereich des Wasserbeckens ein Ausgleichsbehälter vorgesehen ist, über welchen das Niveau im Wasserbecken eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Wasserbecken (9) wenigstens eine Seitenwand (22,22') partiell abhebbar oder abklappbar ausgestaltet ist und dass zumindest an den zu dieser Seitenwand (22,22') angrenzenden, feststehenden Seitenwänden (35) Gleitorgane (100) angeordnet sind, welche das Ein- und Ausfahren eines Rahmens (42,42') mit auf dessen Werkstück-Auflagern (10) positionierten Werkstücken (W0, W1) erlaubt.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserhalb der abhebbaren oder abklappbaren Seitenwand (22a), dem Wasserbecken (9) vorgelagert, zumindest ein Rahmen (42,42') mit Werkstück-Auflagern (10) vorgesehen ist, der über eine Hubeinrichtung (14a,14b) in seiner Höhenlage einstellbar und durch eine Horizontalverschiebung über die Gleitorgane (43,49) in das Wasserbecken (9) einschiebbar ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oder unterhalb des Wasserbeckens (9) ein mit diesem kommunizierender Ausgleichsbehälter (34) angeordnet ist, der durch eine Druckluftquelle (101) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckluftquelle (101) ein Seitenkanalverdichter ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der abhebbaren oder abklappbaren Seitenwand (22,22') eine Reinigungsstation (40) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsstation (40) Wasserdüsen (41) und/oder Druckluftdüsen (42) enthält.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckluftdüsen (42) an die an den Ausgleichsbehälter (34) angeschlossene Druckluftquelle (101) angeschlossen sind.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (42,42') mit den Werkstück-Auflagern (10) durch einen Kettenantrieb (21) in das Wasserbecken (9) einschieb- und ausziehbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Werkzeugmaschine zur Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mittels eines Hochdruckwasserstrahls, wobei das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auf einem rost- oder gitterartigen Auflager über oder in einem zumindest im oberen Bereich quaderförmigen Wasserbecken gelagert und durch wenigstens einen aus wenigstens einer Düse austretenden Wasserstrahl beaufschlagt wird, wobei diese Düse zumindest in einer Horizontalebene (X,Y) numerisch in ihrer Lage gesteuert wird und der Abstand zwischen dem Werkstück und der Düse zumindest annähernd konstant gehalten oder in der Vertikalrichtung (Z) gesteuert wird und wobei im Bereich des Wasserbeckens ein Ausgleichsbehälter vorgesehen ist, über welchen das Niveau im Wasserbecken eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt das Wasserbecken auf ein unteres Niveau (N2) gefüllt wird, dass bei geöffneter seitlicher Klappe in einem zweiten Schritt ein mit Werkstücken bestückter Rahmen horizontal eingefahren wird, dass in einem dritten Schritt die Klappe dicht geschlossen wird und das Wasser in das Wasserbecken eingelassen wird, bis sich ein höheres Niveau (N1) einstellt, dass in einem vierten Schritt die Wasserstrahlbearbeitung erfolgt, dass in einem fünften Schritt das Wasser auf das tiefere Niveau (N2) abgelassen und anschliessend die Klappe geöffnet wird, bis sie sich in horizontaler Stellung befindet, das in einem sechsten Schritt der Rahmen horizontal aus dem Wasserbecken herausgefahren wird und dass in einem siebten Schritt ein weiterer, mit Werkstücken bestückter Rahmen horizontal in das Wasserbecken eingefahren wird und die Klappe erneut dicht geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Wasserbehälter das oberer Niveau (N1) durch eine an einen geschlossenen Ausgleichsbehälter angeschlossene Druckluftquelle eingestellt wird und dass das untere Niveau (N2) durch Abschalten dieser Quelle eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bearbeiteten Werkstücke beim Herausfahren des Rahmens unter einer Reinigungsstation hindurchgeführt werden und mit Wasser und/oder Druckluft gereinigt und/oder getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Bearbeitung der Werkstücke vorbereiteten Rahmen untereinander oder übereinander höhenverschieblich gestapelt werden.
