Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen von insbesondere kompressiblem Packgut (11) wie Wellpappelagen od.dgl., mittels eines bandförmigen Umreifungsmittels (14), insbesondere eines thermoplastischen Kunststoffbandes, mit
einem Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12),
mindestens einem in einer Vertikalebene angeordneten Umreifungsmittel-Führungsrahmen,
einer Pressplatte (16) zur Komprimierung des Packguts (11),
Umreifungsmittel-Förderrollen (32) zum Straffen des Umreifungsmittels (14) um das Packgut (11),
einem Verschlussaggregat (18) für die Enden des um das Packgut (11) gestrafften Umreifungsmittels (14),
einem Umreifungsmittelspeicher (19) zur Vorhaltung einer Umreifungsmittelmenge für das Verschlussaggregat (18),
einer Umreifungsmittel-Einspeisung (27),
einer Umreifungsmittel-Zufördervorrichtung (25) zwischen dem Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) und der Umreifungsmittel-Einspeisung (27) und
einer Umreifungsmittelführung (28) zwischen dem Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) und dem Verschlussaggregat (18), wobei
das Verschlussaggregat (18) mit der Pressplatte (16) vertikalbeweglich angeordnet ist,
während der Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) bodennah seitlich außerhalb der Umreifungszone und der Pressplatte (16) angeordnet ist,
die Umreifungsmittelführung (28) wenigstens eine zum Verschlussaggregat (18) führende kanalartige Umreifungsmittel-Überleitung (30) umfasst, und
die Umreifungsmittel-Einspeisung (27) von der Außenseite der Vorrichtung her zugänglich ist, an der der Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) angeordnet ist, und einem unteren Abschnitt eines sich neben einem Pfosten (15) des Umreifungsrahmens vertikal erstreckenden Umreifungsmittel-Führungskanals (28) zugeordnet ist, längs dem eine Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkeinrichtung (29) zur Übergabe des Umreifungsmittels (14) in die Umreifungsmittel-Überleitung (30) synchron mit der Pressplatte (16) höhenverstellbar geführt ist und der Umreifungsmittel-Führungskanal (28) auf seiner zur Umreifungszone weisenden Seite durch die Bewegung der Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkeinrichtung (29) selbsttätig öffenbare Kanalverschlussmittel aufweist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dass die Umreifungsmittel-Zufördervorrichtung (25) zugleich die Umreifungsmittel-Förderrollen (32) umfasst und der Umreifungsmittelspeicher (19), dem Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) benachbart, bodennah seitlich außerhalb der Umreifungszone angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Zufördervorrichtung (25) das Umreifungsmittel (14) sowohl dem Verschlussaggregat (18) zuführt als auch durch dieses hindurch längs des Umreifungsmittel-Führungsrahmens (20-24) vorschiebt und es um das Packgut (11) strafft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Zufördervorrichtung (25) ein reversierbares Rollenpaar (32) umfasst, das alternativ als Umreifungsmittel-Einschuss-Rollenpaar oder als Umreifungsmittel-Rückzugs-Rollenpaar antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Überleitung (30) auf kürzestem Weg und unmittelbar das Umreifungsmittel (14) von der Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkeinrichtung (29) dem Verschlussaggregat (18) zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umreifungsmittelspeicher (19) - in Laufrichtung des Umreifungsmittels (28) betrachtet - zwischen dem Umreifungsmittelvorrat (12) und der Umreifungsmittel-Einspeisung (27) angeordnet ist und dass die Füllung des Umreifungsmittelspeichers (19) bei Umreifungsmittelrückzug mittels der Umreifungsmittel-Zufördervorrichtung (25) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkeinrichtung (29) eine Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkrolle (37) umfasst, die an der Pressplatte (16) drehbar gelagert ist und mittels eines an der Umreifungsmittelführung (28) längs verfahrbaren Schlittens (41) die aus in Schließrichtung federbelastete Klappen (40) gebildeten Kanalverschlussmittel seriell öffnet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit mindestens zwei in parallelen Vertikalebenen vorgesehenen Umreifungsmittel-Führungsrahmen, zwischen denen das Verschlussaggregat (18) verlagerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Überleitung (30) zwischen der Umreifungsmittel-Umlenkeinrichtung (29) und dem Verschlussaggregat (18) jeweils schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umreifungsmittel-Überleitung (30) zwangsweise schwenkbar mit dem Verschlussaggregat (18) gekuppelt ist.
