Abstract
Description
Eine andere Ausführungsform einer derartigen Umreifungsmaschine geht aus der EP 0 596 303 B1 hervor. Hier sind die beiden Rahmenteile aus der Schließposition, in der sie oberhalb der Auflagefläche das Packgut umgreifen, in eine Öffnungsposition unterhalb der Auflagefläche beweglich, ohne dabei seitlich verschwenkt zu werden. In der Schließposition befindet sich der durch die beiden Rahmenteile gebildete Bandführungskanal in der Umreifungsebene, in der das Umreifungsband um das Packstück herumgeführt wird. Beim Absenken der Rahmenteile werden diese durch ein komplexes Hebelgestänge, im wesentlichen translatorisch, in die vertikale Richtung nach unten bewegt und dabei um einen gewissen Winkel verschwenkt, so daß sie sich ähnlich einer Zange öffnen, um beim Absenken an dem Packstück vorbei bewegt werden zu können. Um eine Kollision der beiden Rahmenteile mit den in der Umreifungsebene unterhalb der Auflagefläche befindlichen Maschinenteilen, insbesondere dem Verschlußaggregat, zu vermeiden, werden die Rahmenteile relativ zur Umreifungsebene derart quer verlagert, daß sie ihre Ruheposition parallel zu und neben den genannten, in der Umreifungsebene befindlichen Maschinenteilen finden. Diese entsprechend der genannten Druckschrift notwendige, äußerst kurze Transversalbewegung ergibt sich aus dem hier verwendeten Hebelantrieb für die Rahmenteile und der durch die Rahmenteile durchlaufenden Bewegungsbahn. Diese Bewegungsbahn verläuft entlang großen Flächen unterhalb des Auflagetisches, so daß sie nur neben der Umreifungsebene mit den Maschinenteilen, wie dem Verschlußaggregat erfolgen kann.

Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen von Packstücken (5) mit einem Bandvorrat für ein bandförmiges Umreifungsmittel, mit einem Bandführungskanal zum Hindurchführen des Umreifungsmittels und mit einem Verschlußaggregat (3) zum Verschließen der durch das Umreifungsmittel gebildeten und das Packstück (5) umgebenden Schlaufe (9), wobei der Bandführungskanal an einem Rahmen (6) angeordnet ist, der aus zwei bogenförmigen Rahmenteilen (7,8) besteht, die aus einer Ruheposition unterhalb einer Auflagefläche (4) für das Packgut (5) in eine Schließposition oberhalb der Auflagefläche (4) und zurück bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rahmenteil (7,8) unterhalb der Auflagefläche (4) durch mindestens eine Führungsvorrichtung entlang seiner bogenförmigen Mittellinie verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rahmenteil (7,8) kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsvorrichtung für ein Rahmenteil (7,8) aus zwei Führungsrollenpaaren (14,16; und 15,17;bzw. 18,20; und19,21;) besteht, wobei jedes Führungsrollenpaar zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Führungsrollen aufweist, die an den bogenförmig gekrümmten Oberflächen des Rahmenteils (7;8) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (22,23) aufweist, die gegen eine Oberfläche mindestens eines Rahmenteils (7,8) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegen jedes Rahmenteil (7,8) eine Antriebsrolle (22,23) anliegt, welche von einem Elektromotor (24,25) angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsrolle (22,23) an ihrem Umfang einen Reibbelag aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Rahmenteile (7,8) in zwei zueinander versetzten Ebenen angeordnet sind und daß an beiden einander zugewandten Flächen der Rahmenteile (7,8) ein Teil (26,27) zur Bildung des Bandführungskanals befestigt ist, wobei diese Teile (26,27) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile (26,27) des Bandführungskanals an den Rahmenteilen (7,8) quer zur Umreifungsebene verschiebbar befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum Ausrichten der Stirnflächen der Teile (26,27) des Bandführungskanals an oder nahe den genannten Stirnflächen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtmittel von einer an dem ersten Rahmenteil (8) befestigten konischen Bohrung (32) und einem an dem zweiten Rahmenteil (7) befestigten kegelförmigen Dorn (31) gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Sensor zum Erfassen der Schließposition der Rahmenteile (7,8) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Steuervorrichtung umfaßt, die die Zufuhr des Umreifungsbandes freigibt, wenn der Sensor ein die Schließposition der Rahmenteile (7,8) repräsentierendes Signal abgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Sensor zur Erfassung der auf die Rahmenteile (7,8) wirkenden Antriebskraft aufweist, der bei zu hoher Antriebskraft den Antrieb für die Rahmenteile (7,8) deaktiviert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rahmenteil (7,8) im wesentlichen die Form eines halben Kreisringes und jedes an einem Rahmenteil (7,8) befestigte Teil (26,27) des Bandführungskanals die Form eines Viertels eines Kreisrings aufweist,
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an einem Tragrahmen befestigt ist, der zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwangen (11,12) und eine sich zwischen den Seitenwangen (11,12) erstreckende Tragfläche (13) aufweist, wobei an jeder Seitenwange (11,12) eines der Rahmenteile (7,8) des Bandführungskanals beweglich befestigt ist und wobei die Tragfläche (13) das Verschlußaggregat (3) trägt.
- Bandführungsvorrichtung für eine Umreifungsmaschine mit einem Bandführungskanal, der an einem Rahmen bestehend aus zwei bogenförmigen Rahmenteilen (7,8) angeordnet ist,
gekennzeichnet durch mindesten eine Führungsvorrichtung unterhalb einer Auflagefläche (4) für das zu umreifende Packgut zur Führung jedes Rahmenteiles (7,8) entlang der bogenförmigen Mittellinie des jeweiligen Rahmenteiles (7,8). - Bandführungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenteile (7,8) aus einer Ruheposition unterhalb einer Auflagefläche (4) für das Packgut (5) in eine Schließposition oberhalb der Auflagefläche (4) und zurück bewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Bandführungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner einen Bandvorrat für ein bandförmiges Umreifungsmittel und ein Verschlußaggregat (3) zum Verschließen der durch das Umreifungsmittel gebildeten und das Packstück (5) umgebenden Schlaufe (9) aufweist.
