Description
Diese Kräuselmaschine ist durch die DE 44 24 423 A1 bekannt. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Falschzwirnkräuselmaschine.
Bei einer besonderen Ausführung kann die Transporteinrichtung aus einer Säule von vertikal übereinander angeordneten Ablageplätzen mit von beiden Seiten jeweils zu diesen Ablageplätzen führenden Ablageschienen bestehen, die in jeder Etage nur einen Ablageplatz aufweist. Aus mehreren dieser Transporteinrichtungen können dann Züge unterschiedlicher, an die jeweils gleichzeitig abzuräumende Anzahl von Säulen vertikal angeordneter Aufwickeleinrichtungen angepaßter Länge zusammengestellt werden.

- Kräuselmaschine (1) zum Kräuseln einer Vielzahl synthetischer Fäden (39) mit Aufwickeleinrichtungen (48-50), die jeweils einem Fadenlauf zugeordnet sind und welche fluchtend und parallel zur Maschinenlängsachse in Maschinenlängsrichtung in Reihen nebeneinander und in Säulen senkrecht übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Aufwickeleinrichtung (48-50) zwei Ablaufschienen (31) zugeordnet sind, die sich mit einem Abstand, der geringfügig kleiner ist als eine Hülsenlänge, mit Neigung senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsachse erstrecken und auf denen die fertig gewickelten Spulen (18) der Aufwickeleinrichtung (48-50) mit ihren Hülsenenden (17) abgelegt werden können und zu einer Wartestellung abrollen,mit jeweils einem Warteanschlag (52), der jeder der Ablaufschienen (31) zugeordnet ist und in die Abrollbahn des jeweiligen Hülsenendes (17) hineinragt, undmit einer Transporteinrichtung (11, 22), die längs der Maschine (1) verfahrbar ist und Ablageplätze (53) enthält, die senkrecht übereinander angeordnet und in ihrem senkrechten Abstand jeweils einer Wartestellung der Kräuselmaschine (1) zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßjeder Warteanschlag (52) durch das freie Greifende eines Greifarms (4) gebildet ist, wobei jeweils ein Greifarm (4) parallel zu einer der Ablaufschienen (31) liegt,daß das Greifende jedes Greifarms (4) dem jeweiligen Hülsenende (17) der anrollenden Spule (18) mit einer U-förmigen Klaue (35) zugewandt ist, wobei die Flanken der Klaue (35) eine Neigung haben, die gleichgerichtet zur Neigung der Ablaufschienen (31) oder gleich Null ist,daß die beiden einer Aufwickeleinrichtung (48-50) zugeordneten Greifarme (4) als Greiferpaarung mit ihrem Schwenkende synchron um eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse (6) schwenkbar sind, daß die Schwenkachse (6) parallel zur Maschinenlängsrichtung und derart an der Kräuselmaschine (1) angeordnet ist, daß die Greifenden (35) der Greifarme (4) in einer über die Schwenkachse (6) hinwegführenden Schwenkbahn zwischen der Wartestellung (52) und einer Spulenübergabestellung im Bereich der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) schwenkbar sind. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schwenkbahn zwei geneigte Ablageschienen (19) schneidet, welche an der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) angeordnet sind und einen etwas größeren oder kleiner Abstand derart haben, daß sie die Hülsenenden (17) untergreifen, und welche im gleichen Sinne wie die Ablaufschienen (31) geneigt sind und in dem Ablageplatz (53) enden sowie derart ausichtbar sind, daß sie mit den Ablaufschienen (31) fluchten. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie U-förmige Klaue (35) eine Flanke besitzt, welche in der Übergabestellung die Ablageschiene (19) derart unter einem spitzen Winkel kreuzt, daß die Flanke das Hülsenende (17) aus der Klaue (35) herausdrängt. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie beiden Greifarme (4) der einer Aufwickeleinrichtung (48-50) zugeordneten Greiferpaarung an einer Schwenkwelle (6) drehfest befestigt sind und bevorzugt die Schwenkwelle (6) mit einem Schwenkhebel (5) drehfest verbunden ist,daß an das freie Ende des Schwenkhebels (5) eine Schubstange (8) angelenkt ist, die mit dem Schwenkhebel (5) einen von 180° abweichenden Winkel bildet, unddaß die Schubstange (8) in ihrer Längsrichtung im Sinne einer Verschwenkung des Schwenkhebels (5) durch einen Schwenkantrieb (9, 10) verschiebbar ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schwenkhebel (5) mehrerer in einer Säule vertikal angeordneter Aufwickeleinrichtungen (48-50) in einer gemeinsamen vertikalen Ebene zueinander stehen und durch die gemeinsame, im wesentlichen vertikale Schubstange (8) mit dem gemeinsamen Schwenkantrieb (9, 10) verbunden sind. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet daßdie Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) sich in Maschinenlängsrichtung über mehrere Aufwickeleinrichtungen (48-50) erstreckt und eine entsprechende Anordnung von Ablageplätzen enthält, unddaß an der Schwenkwelle (6) eine entsprechende Anzahl von Greifarmpaarungen befestigt ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schubstange (8) durch einen Kurbelantrieb (9, 10) in Längsrichtung verschiebbar ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Transporteinrichtung (22) zu einer parallel zur Maschinenfront verlaufenden senkrechten Ebene spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist derart,daß die Transporteinrichtung (22) von beiden Seiten aus in gleicher Weise beladbar ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) ein Hängegatter ist, das über Kopf aufgehängt ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßan der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) und an der Kräuselmaschine (1) zusammenwirkende Koppeleinrichtungen (15, 16; 26-30; 54-58) vorgesehen sind, durch welche die Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) zur Ausrichtung der Ablageschienen (19) mit den Ablaufschienen (31) in Bezug auf die Kräuselmaschine (1) justier- und festlegbar ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Koppeleinrichtung aus einer an der Kräuselmaschine (1) im Bereich der Greiferpaarung durch die Schwenkwelle (6) antreibbaren Fangeinrichtung (16) und einer an der Transporteinrichtung (11, 22) vorgesehenen Rasteinrichtung (15) besteht. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Fangeinrichtung ein zur Maschinenlängsrichtung paralleler Bolzen (16) ist, welcher derart parallel zu sich selbst verschiebbar ist, daß der Bolzen (16) in eine an der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) angebrachte Nut (15), welche sich annähernd in der Schwenkbahn des Fangbolzens (16) erstreckt, eingreift. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßals Koppeleinrichtung entlang der Maschinenfront der Kräuselmaschine (1) mindestens in einigen Bereichen eine horizontal ausgerichtete Führungsschiene (27) und seitlich an der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) Koppelglieder (26) vorgesehen sind, die beim Einfahren der Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) in die Spulenübernahmeposition an der Kräuselmaschine (1) in die Führungsschienen (27) eingreifen. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Koppelglieder (26) der spiegelsymmetrisch aufgebauten Transporteinrichtung (22) jeweils aus einer an deren Unterseite befestigten, lotrecht zur Maschinenfront und horizontal ausgerichteten Traverse (28) und zwei an den Enden der Traverse (28) befestigten Führungsköpfen (29) bestehen. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßan jeder Führungsschiene (27), auf die Länge einer Transporteinrichtung (22) bzw. eines Zuges von Transporteinrichtungen (22) bezogen, mindestens eine Arretierplatte (30) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein an der Justiereinrichtung (26) vorgesehener, die Transporteinrichtung(en) (22) in ihrer Lage zu den Ablaufschienen (31) ausrichtender Stopsensor zusammenwirkt. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßim Bereich jeder Maschinenteilung eine Arretierplatte (30) vorgesehen ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Stopsensoren mechanisch, magnetisch, elektrisch oder elektronisch wirksam sind. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Koppeleinrichtung aus einer an der Maschinenfront der Kräuselmaschine (1) angeordneten Fangeinrichtung (55-57) und einer am freien Ende der Transporteinrichtung (11) angeordneten Rasteinrichtung (54) besteht, wobei die Fangeinrichtung (55-57) mittels einem Kraftgeber (58) antreibbar ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Fangeinrichtung ein an einer Schwenkachse (57) befestigtes Fangblech (55) aufweist und daß das Fangblech (55) eine Fangöffnung (56) besitzt, wobei die Rasteinrichtung ein Fangdorn (54) ist, der im ausgeschwenkten Zustand des Fangbleches (55) in die Fangöffnung (56) eingreift. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schwenkachse (57) mittels einer Kolbenzylindereinheit (58) verschwenkt wird. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 19 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schwenkachse (57) sich über die gesamte Länge der Maschine erstreckt und jeder Aufwickeleinrichtung ein Fangblech (55) zugeordnet ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Transporteinrichtung (11; 22) über die untere Spulenaufnahme (14) hinaus soweit nach unten verlängert ist, daß an der Unterseite angebrachte Bahnführungen (21) in eine zur Maschinenfront ausgerichtete Schiene (20) im Boden eingreifen können. - Kräuselmaschine nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Zentriervorrichtung (60) zur Ausrichtung der Transporteinrichtung (11) in der Spulenübergabestellung vorgesehen ist. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 9 und 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Zentriervorrichtung (60) im Bereich der Hängebahnführung (12) angebracht ist, daß die Zentriervorrichtung (60) in einem Drehgelenk verbundene Zentrierarme (61) aufweist, die V-förmig in einer Ebene zueinander stehen und mittels Kraftgeber (64) aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Zentrierstellung zueinander bewegbar sind, wobei die Transporteinrichtung (11) einen mit der Hängebahnführung (12) verbundenen Zapfen (62) aufweist und der Zapfen (62) die Bewegungsebene der Zentrierarme (61) im Bereich zwischen der Ruhestellung und der Zentrierstellung durchdringt. - Kräuselmaschine nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Zentrierarme (61) jeweils am Drehgelenk (63) befestigt sind und mittels einer Verzahnung (65) und dem Kraftgeber (64) zueinander bewegbar sind.
