- Ausfahren des wenigstens einen Endes der Oberführung und
- Fixieren eines lösbar fixierbaren Halteelements.

Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Öffnen einer Oberführung (101), die an einer Förderbahn (100) einer Verpackungseinrichtung zum Verpacken von stabförmigen Elementen der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Lösen eines lösbar fixierbaren Halteelements (104, 116),Einziehen wenigstens eines Endes (121, 122) der Oberführung (101), so daß eine Kollision mit der Förderbahn (100) vor- und/oder nachgeordneten Elementen (102, 103) der Verpackungseinrichtung vermieden wird, undWegschwenken der Oberführung (101) von der Förderbahn (100).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Enden (121, 122) der Oberführung (101) eingezogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (122) weiter eingezogen wird als das andere Ende (121) der zwei Enden der Oberführung (101).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst beide Enden (121, 122) gleichzeitig gleich weit eingezogen werden und daß danach eines der zwei Enden weiter eingezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lösen des lösbar fixierbaren Halteelements (104, 116) durch Verschwenken wenigstens eines Teils des Halteelements und dadurch eines Lösens einer kraftschlüssigen Fixierung (117) geschieht.
- Verfahren zum Schließen einer Oberführung (101), die an einer Förderbahn (100) einer Verpackungseinrichtung zum Verpacken von stabförmigen Elementen der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Hinschwenken der Oberführung (101) zu der Förderbahn (100), wobei wenigstens ein Ende (121, 122) der Oberführung (101) eingezogen ist, so daß eine Kollision mit der Förderbahn (110) vor- und/oder nachgeordneten Elementen (102, 103) der Verpackungseinrichtung vermieden wird,Ausfahren des wenigstens einen Endes (121, 122) der Oberführung undFixieren eines lösbar fixierbaren Halteelements (104, 116).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung eine gleitpassende und/oder kraftschlüssige Fixierung (117) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 und/oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Enden (121, 122) der Oberführung (101) ausgefahren werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (122) weiter ausgefahren wird als das andere Ende (121) der zwei Enden der Oberführung (101).
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens das Lösen oder Fixieren des Halteelements (104, 116) manuell geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Lösen oder vor dem Fixieren des Halteelements (104, 116) wenigstens teilweise das Einziehen oder Ausfahren wenigstens eines Endes (121, 122) der Oberführung (101) automatisch geschieht.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschwenken einer Oberführung (101), die an einer Förderbahn (100) einer Verpackungseinrichtung zum Verpacken von stabförmigen Elementen der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie angeordnet ist, wobei die Oberführung (101) ein Halteelement (104, 116) und zwei Enden (121, 122) umfaßt, von denen wenigstens ein Ende mit einem der Förderbahn (100) vor- oder nachgeordneten Element (102, 103) kollidieren kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine Ende (121, 122) einem ersten Schlitten (107, 108) zugeordnet ist, der nach Lösen des Halteelements (104, 116) linear, insbesondere in Förderrichtung der Förderbahn oder entgegengesetzt dazu, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende (122, 121) der zwei Enden der Oberführung (101) einem zweiten Schlitten (108, 107) zugeordnet ist, der nach Lösen des Halteelements (104, 116) linear, insbesondere in Förderrichtung der Förderbahn oder entgegengesetzt dazu, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 und/oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Schlitten (107, 108) mittels eines Kraftelements (110) bewegbar ist, das den Schlitten in die Richtung zur Mitte einer Längsachse der Oberführung zieht oder drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Schlitten (107, 108) mittels des Kraftelements (110) gleichzeitig mit dem gleichen Hub in entgegengesetzte Richtung bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftelement (110) eine Zugfeder ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstandshalteelement (112) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstandshalteelement (112) ein im wesentlichen längenstabiles Band ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Langloch (109) vorgesehen ist, in dem das Halteelement (104, 116), das mit einem der Schlitten (107, 108) verbunden ist, verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (104, 116) manuell betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement einen Griff (104) umfaßt, der von einer Feststellposition in eine Löseposition verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement einen Exzenter (116) umfaßt, der in der Feststellposition eine gleitpassende und/oder kraftschlüssige Fixierung ermöglicht.
