Claims (4)
- Falzapparat mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52), die gemeinsam einen Körper des Zylinders bilden, die relativ zueinander drehbar sind und von denen jeder eine erste bzw. zweite Gruppe von über den Umfang des Zylinders verteilten Funktionselementen trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51, 52) ein eigener Antriebsmotor (03, 04; 04, 06; 07, 08; 17, 26) zum Drehantreiben des Teilzylinders (01, 02; 39, 40; 51, 52) zugeordnet ist.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzapparat mindestens einen Teilzylinder (39, 40) aufweisenden Sammelzylinder (36) einen Falzklappenzylinder (37) und einen Schneidzylinder (35) aufweist.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidmesserzylinder (35) und der Sammelzylinder (36), von einem gemeinsamen Elektromotor (03) angetrieben sind.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Falzapparates mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52), die gemeinsam einen Körper des Zylinders bilden, die relativ zueinander drehbar sind und von denen jeder eine erste bzw. zweite Gruppe von über den Umfang des Zylinders verteilten Funktionselementen trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während einer Phasenverstellung der beiden Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52) zueinander mindestens ein Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52) von einem eigenen winkellagegeregelten Motor (04; 06; 07; 08; 51; 52) angetrieben wird, dass nach der Verstellung die beiden Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52) relativ zueinander mechanisch gekoppelt werden und dass die beiden Teilzylinder (01, 02; 39, 40; 51; 52) gemeinsam von mindestens einem winkellagegeregeltem Motor (04; 06; 07; 08; 51; 52) angetrieben werden.
