Claims (11)
- Falzapparat für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit zumindest einer Querfalzeinrichtung (26) zum Falzen von vereinzelten Signaturen (41 bis 44), wobei die Signaturen (41 bis 44) mittels einer Signaturweiche (10) in zwei Signaturenpfade (A; B) aufgeteilt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder dieser Signaturenpfade (A; B) als mit variabler Geschwindigkeit antreibbare Verzögerungsstrecke (13; 14) ausgebildet ist.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeiten der Verzögerungsstrecken (13; 14) gemeinsam steuerbar sind.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeiten der Verzögerungsstrecken (13; 14) einzeln steuerbar sind.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jedem Signaturenpfad (A; B) befindlichen Verzögerungsstrecken (13; 14) als mehrstufige Verzögerungsstrecken ausgebildet sind.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jedem Signaturenpfad (A; B) befindlichen Verzögerungsstrecken (13; 14) als einstufige Verzögerungsstrecken ausgebildet sind.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verzögerungsstrecken (13; 14) aus mit variabler Geschwindigkeit antreibbaren Bandsystemen (16, 17; 21, 22) bestehen.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schneidmesserabstände (c; d) jedes Schneidmesserzylinderpaares (4, 6; 53, 54) einer der Signaturweiche (10) vorgeschalteten Querschneideinrichtung (7) der variierbaren Abschnittslänge (c; d) der Signaturen (41 bis 44) anpaßbar zugeordnet sind.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Signaturweiche (10) eine Beschleunigungsstrecke (11, 11a; 12, 12a) für die Signaturen (41 bis 44) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschleunigungsstrecke (11; 12) jeweils aus einem antreibbaren Bandsystem (11, 11a; 12, 12a) besteht.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Signaturenpfad (A; B) eine Einrichtung (67; 68) zur Erfassung einer in Transportrichtung vorderen Kante jeder Signatur (41 bis 44) in Beziehung zur momentanen Winkelstellung des Zylinders (28; 29) aufweist, daß bei Abweichung der Winkelstellung ein Korrektursignal erzeugt wird, welches über einen Antriebsregler (58; 59) eine Korrektur der Motordrehzahl der Motore (M2; M3) auslöst.
- Falzapparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschneideinrichtung (7) einen eigenen Antriebsmotor (M1) aufweist, daß der Antriebsmotor (M1) mit einem Leitungsteil (56) eines Antriebsreglers (57) verbunden ist, daß ein Steuerteil (56) des Antriebsreglers (57) mit einem Istwertgeber (62) der Querschneideinrichtung (7) sowie mit einer einen Sollwert abgebenden Zentraleinheit (66) in Verbindung steht.
