Definitions
- the invention relates to a sectional door with a longitudinally through a guide rail assembly predetermined path between a closed position and an open position movable door leaf, wherein the guide rail assembly two each two interconnected by an arcuate portion, approximately rectilinear Sections having and approximately parallel to each other guide rails and a guide arrangement for such a sectional door.
- Sectional doors of this type are, for example, in the form of garage doors or Hall gates used.
- the door leaf is generally in the closed position in one Vertical plane arranged and in the open position over head in a horizontal plane arranged.
- the movement of the door leaf between the closed position and the open position is guided by a guide rail arrangement with two guide rails, wherein each of the guide rails extending parallel to the door leaf in the open position horizontal section, one parallel to the Torblattt in the closed position extending vertical portion and an arcuate portion having this connects two rectilinear sections together.
- the movement of the door leaf along the arcuate portion is thereby made possible that it from a Plural of arranged along the predetermined path in a row and over vertical to the predetermined path extending hinge axes having joints with each other connected panels is formed.
- To obtain a full degree from the with the door leaf to be closed opening it is necessary that even at a Opening movement leading panel of the door leaf in the closed position in one Level is arranged with the remaining panels of the door leaf. That can, if the with the door leaf to be closed space has a sufficient height, thereby be achieved that the arcuate portion of the guide rails completely above the upper Edge of this opening is arranged, so that also in an opening movement leading panel completely leave the arcuate portion in the closed position Has.
- the guide rail arrangements can have additional guide rail sections, which exclusively for guiding the movement of the opening movement serve leading panel. These additional guide rail sections can be executed without an arcuate portion, because of the opening movement leading edge of the door leaf does not have to be completely deflected.
- Guide rail arrangements are specified, for example, in DE 39 38 021 C2 and FR 2 694 331 A1. With these guide rail arrangements, a reliable guidance of the Torblatt Gay can be reach between the open position and the closed position, wherein at the same time even with low ceiling height a complete completion of the door leaf to closing opening is ensured. However, the execution is appropriate Guide rail arrangements associated with a significant overhead, far additional guide rail section must be provided.
- this can be done during the opening movement leading panel upon reaching the closed position of the guide element and thus be moved away from the guide rail, so a complete completion of the opening to be closed with the door leaf, even if the arcuate portion of the guide rail in the region of the space opening is arranged.
- sectional doors of the type described last, it has been shown that in a long-term operation with numerous load cycles deformations of the guide rails and loosening of the attachment of the guide rail assembly occur. If also still a drive device leading to an opening during an opening movement Edge of the door leaf is coupled, in addition to the problem that occurs Safety reasons usually provided force limitation of the drive device when hitting the leading edge in a closing movement on an obstacle only becomes effective when the force acting on the obstacle is unacceptably high Value achieved. On the other hand, a lowering of the limit for the force limit to a lesser value often to an automatic response of the force limit also with force values, which occur with a conventional, hindemisfug door run.
- the Invention the object of the invention to provide a sectional door of the type described above, which has a high long-term reliability and also with a coupled to the leading edge in an opening movement of the door leaf Drive device is reliably operable.
- Such acceleration or deflection forces can in particular with the movable door panels equipped with movable guide elements reach a very high value, because by the movable attachment of the guide element to the door leaf additional degree of freedom is introduced for the movement of the door leaf, which at a closing movement leaving the predetermined path in the course of the arcuate Section allows and at a later time the closing movement too leads to an abrupt deflection of the trailing edge during the closing movement, which is associated with correspondingly high forces. Leaving the given Track along the arcuate portion of the guide rails occurs in particular then on when the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf in the course of Closing movement impinges on an obstacle.
- the inventively provided further guide arrangement can be constructive realize particularly simple if they are a fixedly arranged contact element having.
- This investment element for example, in the area of the fall of the with the Door leaf to be closed opening to be attached.
- the contact element a with the leading edge in an opening movement of the door leaf for guiding the Torblattiolo cooperating contact surface, which the arcuate Section of the predetermined path is modeled.
- the contact element in a vertically to the given path extending projection plane between the arcuate Section and the rectilinear sections and / or at least in sections along a secant of the arcuate section or parallel thereto Has contact surface.
- the contact surface is usually parallel to a secant of the arcuate Section and can in a plane perpendicular to the predetermined path projection plane completely outside of the arched section and the rectilinear one Be arranged portions of the guide rails enclosed area.
- the fixedly arranged contact element acts to guide the Torblattterrorism with the leading edge during the opening movement the door leaf together. This can damage the door leaf in the area of this Edge and / or an impairment of the Torblattterrorism in the course of the arcuate Section of the guide rails are avoided when the guide assembly a second at a leading in an opening movement, approximately perpendicular to the predetermined path extending edge arranged and during a closing movement Having applied to the first contact element conditioning element, which in a vertical extends to the Torblattebene direction over the door leaf and therefore in Appendix reaches the fixedly arranged contact element, even if this fixed arranged contact element is arranged so that the Torblattieri before conditioning the further contact element on the fixedly arranged contact element is not affected by the fixedly arranged contact element.
- An appropriate additional guide arrangement is essentially from a fixed in the region of the reveal of an opening first contact element and an edge of the leading edge during an opening movement Torblattes definable second contact element.
- a leading edge 12 during an opening movement is more comprehensive Part of a generally designated 10 door leaf of a sectional door shown.
- Fig. 1a the movement of the door leaf between an open position and a closed position guided by means of guide rails 20, which with a on the Panel 12 mounted guide member 14 cooperate.
- Fig. 1a to 3a shows that realized in the form of a guide roller Guide element 14 in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction with respect to the door leaf is movable, in which it respect. A perpendicular to the guide rail 20 extending axis is pivoted.
- the door leaf 10 via a on the one hand to the at Opening movement leading edge of the door leaf 10 and on the other hand to a in a Guide 32 recorded traction means hinged lever assembly 30 to a drive device coupled.
- the lever assembly 30 on the one hand at a on Opening movement leading edge of the door leaf 10 attached contact element the door leaf 10 and on the other hand to a driven by a drive device and in a traction profile 32 received traction means hinged.
- the invention is not based on the illustrated with reference to the drawing embodiment limited. Rather, it is also thought of the use of guide arrangements, which only have a fixedly arranged contact element, which directly with a The edge of the door leaf cooperates. Moreover, the invention can also with advantage so-called Sosekomaltoren be used, in which the door leaf along a total of horizontal extending guide rails between the open position and the closed position is moved. Furthermore, the invention is also advantageous in such sectional doors can be used in which no motor drive is provided, or the motor drive just a retrofit option.
