Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Beschneiden von Druckprodukten (2), wie Buchblocks, Broschuren u. dgl., mithilfe eines ziehenden Messerschnitts, bei dem die Druckprodukte (2) gegen ein stehendes Schneidmesser (17) bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidvorgang in zwei aufeinander folgenden Arbeitsgängen erfolgt, wobei die zu beschneidende Seite der Druckprodukte (2) in einem ersten Arbeitsgang durch einen Vorbeschnitt (13) bis nahe dem endgültigen Beschnittmaß abgetrennt und in einem zweiten Arbeitsgang durch einen Glättungs- bzw. Endbeschnitt (16) mittels des ziehenden Messerschnitts endbeschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorbeschnitt (13) mit einem rotierenden Werkzeug (15) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorbeschnitt (13) durch ein spanendes Verfahren, wie dem Fräsen oder Sägen, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Glättungs- bzw. Endbeschnitt (16) ein dünner Schnittspan (t) von wenigen zehntel Millimetem Dicke vom Druckprodukt (2) abgeschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Glättungs- bzw. Endbeschnitt (16) ein Schnittspan (t) von ca. 0,5 mm Dicke vom Druckprodukt (2) abgeschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (2) während des Schneidvorgangs mit Vorbeschnitt (13) und Glättungs- bzw. Endbeschnitt (16) von Transportmitteln (10, 11) ständig gehalten und geführt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (2) zwischen endlosen Transportmitteln, wie Pressband, Rollenkette mit Klemmplatten (10, 11), Zahnriemen o. dgl., eingespannt gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (2) zum Beschneiden ungetaktet, d.h. nicht in konstanten gegenseitigen Abständen, transportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (2) im Schuppenstrom beschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Durchführung eines Dreiseitenbeschnitts die Druckprodukte (2) zunächst an der Vorderseite (6) oder an der Kopf- (3) und der Fußseite (4) in zwei Arbeitsgängen beschnitten werden, die Druckprodukte (2) bezüglich ihrer Förderrichtung um 90° umorientiert werden und die Druckprodukte (2) abschließend an der Kopf- (3) und der Fußseite (4) bzw. an der Vorderseite (6) in wiederum zwei Arbeitsgängen beschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in zwei Arbeitsgängen (13, 16) erfolgende Schneidverfahren beim Klebebinden angewendet wird zur Rückenbearbeitung von Buchblocks.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücken der Buchblocks nach dem Endbeschnitt (16) aufgerauht und/oder gekerbt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zum Beschneiden von Druckprodukten (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 mit einem Transportsystem (10, 11) zum eingespannten Halten und Führen der Druckprodukte (2) zumindest während des Schneidvorgangs und mit einem Schneidsystem mit einem stehenden Messer (17), an dem die Druckprodukte (2) zur Durchführung eines ziehenden Messerschnittes vorbeigeführt werden, gekennzeichnet durch eine erste Schneidstation (13) mit einem rotierend angetriebenen Schneidwerkzeug (15) zum Vorbeschneiden und eine zweite Schneidstation (16) mit einem stehenden Messer (17) zum glatten Endbeschneiden, wobei die beiden Schneidstationen (13, 16) zu einem Schneidmodul (9, 26, 27) zusammengefasst sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidwerkzeug der ersten Schneidstation (13) als Fräs- oder Sägemesser (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem stehenden Messer (17) der zweiten Schneidstation (16) eine Stützrolle (18) zugeordnet ist, gegen die das stehende Messer (17) angestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem gebildet ist aus endlosen, oberen und unteren, sich über die beiden Schneidstationen (13, 16) hinweg erstreckenden Transportmitteln, wie Pressband, Rollenkette mit Klemmplatten (10, 11), Zahnriemen o. dgl., zwischen denen die Druckprodukte (2) wenigstens in den zu beschneidenden Randbereichen eingespannt gefördert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dreischneider (1) gebildet ist durch die serielle Anordnung von einem Schneidmodul (9 in S1) für den Frontbeschnitt und von zwei, zueinander parallel angeordneten Schneidmodulen (26 und 27 in S2) für den Kopf-/Fußbeschnitt, wobei zwischen den Schneidmodulen für den Kopf-/Fußbeschnitt und dem Frontbeschnitt eine der Umorientierung der Druckprodukte dienende Fördereinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist, derart dass sich beim jeweiligen Schneidvorgang die jeweils zu beschneidenden Seiten längs der Förderrichtung befinden.
