Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Kompaktieren von textilen Warenbahnen (1) mita. einer Hauptwalze (2) ,b. einer Tuchumlenkwalze (3) ,c. einem Filztuch (4) , das eine mit der Warenbahn in Kontakt kommende Seite (4a) und eine von der Warenbahn abgewandte Seite (4b) aufweist, wobei das Filztuch (4) mit seiner der Warenbahn abgewandten Seite um die Tuchumlenkwalze (3) und mit seiner mit der Warenbahn in Kontakt kommenden Seite um die Hauptwalze (2) geführt ist,d. sowie eine Zufuhreinrichtung (5), die die Warenbahnl im Bereich der Tuchumlenkwalze (3) gegen das Filztuch drückt und die Warenbahn in den durch Filztuch (4) und Hauptwalze (2) gebildeten Zwickel führt, sodass die Warenbahn im weiteren Verlauf zwischen Filztuch (4) und Hauptwalze (2) geführt ist, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der Warenbahn im Bereich zwischen Zuführeinrichtung und Tuchumlenkwalze größer als im Bereich zwischen Filztuch und Hauptwalze ist,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftschicht (4d) eine Stärke von 1 bis 25mm, vorzugsweise 2 bis 15mm, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filztuch (4) als Endlosbahn ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filztuch (4) aus Wolle, Nomex, Polyester und/oder Acryl besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärke der Verfilzung auf der mit der Warenbahn (1) in Kontakt kommenden Seite (4a) des Filztuchs größer ist als auf der von der Warenbahn abgewandten Seite (4b).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftschicht (4d) bis 180°C temperaturbeständig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptwalze (2) beheizbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptwalze (2) elastisch ummantelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (5) verstellbar ausgebildet ist, um den Umschlingungswinkel (α) der Warenbahn (1) mit dem Filztuch4 im Bereich der Tuchumlenkwalze (3) zu verändern.
