Vorrichtung zum Kompaktieren von textilen Warenbahnen (1) mit a. einer Hauptwalze (2) , b. einer Tuchumlenkwalze (3) , c. einem Filztuch (4) , das eine mit der Warenbahn in Kontakt kommende Seite (4a) und eine von der Warenbahn abgewandte Seite (4b) aufweist, wobei das Filztuch (4) mit seiner der Warenbahn abgewandten Seite um die Tuchumlenkwalze (3) und mit seiner mit der Warenbahn in Kontakt kommenden Seite um die Hauptwalze (2) geführt ist, d. sowie eine Zufuhreinrichtung (5), die die Warenbahnl im Bereich der Tuchumlenkwalze (3) gegen das Filztuch drückt und die Warenbahn in den durch Filztuch (4) und Hauptwalze (2) gebildeten Zwickel führt, sodass die Warenbahn im weiteren Verlauf zwischen Filztuch (4) und Hauptwalze (2) geführt ist, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der Warenbahn im Bereich zwischen Zuführeinrichtung und Tuchumlenkwalze größer als im Bereich zwischen Filztuch und Hauptwalze ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Warenbahn (1) in Kontakt kommende Seite (4a) des Filztuchs (4) mit einer Haftschicht (4d) , insbesondere einer Silikonschicht, beschichtet ist.Device for compacting textile webs (1) with a. a main roller (2), b. a cloth deflecting roller (3), c. a felt cloth (4) which has a side (4a) coming into contact with the web and a side (4b) facing away from the web, the felt cloth (4) with its side facing away from the web around the cloth deflection roller (3) and with its side coming into contact with the material web is guided around the main roller (2), d. and a feed device (5), which presses the web in the area of the cloth deflecting roller (3) against the felt cloth and guides the web into the gusset formed by felt cloth (4) and main roll (2), so that the web continues between felt cloth (4 ) and main roller (2) is guided, the speed of the web in the area between the feed device and the cloth deflection roller being greater than in the area between the felt cloth and the main roll, characterized in that the side (4a) of the felt cloth (4) coming into contact with the material web (1) is coated with an adhesive layer (4d), in particular a silicone layer.
