Claims (10)
- Handgefahrenmelder mit Meldergehäuse, Frontplatte (1 ), zerbrechlichem Element und einem Schalteinsatz mit einem Endschalter (5), einem Schaltelement und einem Alarmknopf (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltelement durch eine mit dem Alarmknopf (2) verbundene und zur Betätigung des Endschalters(5) vorgesehene Schaltkulisse (6) gebildet ist, welche in einer auf der Frontplatte (1) vorgesehenen Führung (16) geführt ist.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkulisse (6) an den Alarmknopf (2) angearbeitet und in Form eines Stegs ausgebildet und an ihren Längskanten von der schienenartig ausgebildeten Führung (16) umfasst ist.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkulisse (6) eine Schaltfläche (7) in Form eines Keils oder Doppelkeils aufweist, welche an ihrem Fuss am Endschalter (5) anliegt und diesen bei Verschiebung der Schaltkulisse (6) und damit des Alarmknopfs (2) betätigt.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen am Alarmknopf (2) an der der Schaltkulisse (6) gegenüber liegenden Seite angearbeiteten Führungssteg (18), welcher in einer auf der Frontplatte (1) vorgesehenen Führungsschiene (17) geführt ist.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schienenartige Führung (16) für die Schaltkulisse (6) und die Führungsschiene (17) für den Führungssteg (18) ein gemeinsames Führungsteil (14) bilden, in welchem das aus Alarmknopf (2), Schaltkulisse (6) und Führungssteg (18) gebildete Teil verdreh- und kippsicher geführt ist.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit der Frontplatte (1) verbundene, vorzugsweise verschraubte, Leiterplatte (4) auf welcher alle stromführenden Komponenten befestigt sind, und welche als Anschlag für eine auf den Alarmknopf (2) wirkende Feder (3) dient.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem der Alarmknopf (2) als Druckknopf ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkulisse (6) einen mit der Schaltfläche (7) fluchtenden Arretiervorsprung (8) aufweist, und dass ein im Betriebszustand des Melders an der Schaltkulisse (5) anliegender Arretierhebel (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arretierhebel (10) als zweiarmiger Schwenkhebel ausgebildet ist und am freien Ende seines an der Schaltkulisse (5) anliegenden einen Arms eine Arretiernase (9) aufweist, welche beim Hineindrücken des Alarmknopfs (2) hinter dem Arretiervorsprung (8) einrastet und den Alarmknopf (2) in seiner den Endschalter (5) betätigenden Stellung arretiert.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Arm des Arretierhebels (10) an seinem freien Ende (12) seitlich aus dem Gehäuse des Melders ragt.
- Handgefahrenmelder nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch ein dem Arretierhebel (10) zugeordnetes federndes Element (13), welches so auf den Arretierhebel (10) wirkt, dass die Arretiernase (9) gegen die Schaltkulisse (6) gedrückt wird.
