- eine Seitenansicht einer weiteren Ausführungsfornz der Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines beschichteten Schleifkörpers, der im Bereich eines mindestens ein Trennelement aufweisenden Trennmittels einer Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Tabak von einem Tabakkuchen zum Schleifen des Trennelementes angeordnet ist, im Schnitt, bei der der Schleifkörper orstfest ist.
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines mit kubischem Bornitrid beschichteten Schleifkörpers (14) innerhalb einer Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Tabak von einem Tabakkuchen, wobei der Schleifkörper (14) im Bereich eines mindestens ein Trennelement aufnehmenden Trennmittels zum Schleifen jedes Trennelementes angeordnet ist und im Bereich des Schleifkörpers (14) ein Mittel (16) zum Reinigen des Schleifkörpers (14) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (16) zum Reinigen des Schleifkörpers (14) als ein Strahlelement (17) zum Aufbringen eines Reinigungsstrahls (18) aus einem flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medium auf den Schleifkörper (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlelement (17) derart ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, daß das Reinigen des Schleifkörpers (14) parallel zum Trennen des Tabaks vom Tabakkuchen durchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlelement (17) zusammen mit dem Schleifkörper (14) innerhalb eines Gehäuses (20, 29) zur Bildung einer einen Reinigungsraum (19) definierenden Schleifeinheit (25) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifkörper (14) mindestes teilweise im Bereich einer Öffnung (22) aus dem Gehäuse (20, 29) ragt, derart, daß der Schleifkörper (14) mit seiner Umfangsfläche (15) in der durch das oder jedes Trennelement gebildeten Schneidebene (13) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifeinheit (25) schwenkbar ist, derart, daß der Schleifkörper (14) aus der Schneidebene (13) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (20) ein Schließelement (24) zum Schließen der Öffnung (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (10) bzw. die Schleifeinheit (25) an eine Steuerung zum Steuern des Reinigungsvorgangs angeschlossen ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen eines mit kubischem Bornitrid beschichteten Schleifkörpers (14) innerhalb einer Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Tabak von einem Tabakkuchen, umfassend die Schritte:a. Trennen des Tabaks vom Tabakkuchen mit mindestens einem Trennelement,b. Schleifen jedes Trennelementes mit dem beschichteten Schleifkörper (14),c. Reinigen des Schleifkörpers (14),
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigen des Schleifkörpers (14) parallel zum Trennen des Tabaks erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Reinigungsmedium Wasser oder Heißdampf verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsstrahl (18) aus Wasser oder aus Heißdampf mit Hochdruck auf den Schleifkörper (14) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigung des Schleifkörpers (14) in einem gegenüber der Schneidzone (21) abgeschotteten Reinigungsraum (19) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifkörper (14) zum Reinigen aus der durch die Trennelemente gebildeten Schneidebene (13) geschwenkt wird.
