Description

Dabei wird die Schleifvorrichtung 4 derart positioniert, daß jede Schleifscheibe 4.1 einem zu schleifenden Messer 3.3 gegenüberliegt. Der Antriebsmotor 4.3 setzt die Schleifscheiben 4.1 über das Kegelradgetriebe 4.4 und die Antriebswelle 4.2 in Umdrehung, und der Schrittmotor 4.5 fährt die gesamte Einheit in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles - in Fig. 3 gesehen - nach links, so daß die Umfangsflächen der Schleifscheiben 4.1 an den zu schleifenden Flächen der Messer 3.3 zum Anliegen kommen.
Claims (1)
- Vorrichtung zum Schleifen der Messer eines Messerringzerspaners dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung um ihre Achse schrittweise um Bogenstrecken entsprechend des Messerabstandes verdrehbar ist; mit mehreren Schleifwerkzeugen (4.1), die in Richtung der Messerringachse verfahrbar sind, um einzelne Messer (3) zu schleifen, und die bezüglich der Verfahrbewegung fest miteinander verbunden sind, so dass der Schliff des einzelnen Messers (3) das Ergebnis des Schleifens sämtlicher Schleifwerkzeuge (4.1) dieser Gruppe (4) von Schleifwerkzeugen (4.1) ist, wobei die den Schleifabtrag bestimmenden Parameter derart bemessen sind, daß der erwähnte Gesamt-Schleifabtrag erst mit dem im Umlaufsinne des Messerringes letzten Schleifwerkzeug (4.1) erreicht wird, und dass wenigstens eines der Schleifwerkzeuge (4.1) eine Topfscheibe ist.
