Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans, insbesondere eines Turmdrehkrans, umfassend: Ballastblöcke (3), die auf einem Basisgestell (39) des Krans stapelbar sind, sowie einen Greifer (2) zum Fördern der Ballastblöcke (3), wobei der Greifer (2) so ausgerüstet ist, dass er im Einsatz mit einer Fördervorrichtung verbunden werden kann, wobei diese Vorrichtung Mittel zur zeitweiligen Hakenverbindung zwischen dem Greifer (2) und einem Ballastblock (3) umfasst, sowie Mittel zum Zentrieren der gestapelten Ballastblöcke (3), jeweils einer mit Bezug auf die anderen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die vorgenannte zeitweilige Verbindung zwei gegenüberliegende Greifhaken (15, 16) umfassen, die um horizontale Achsen (10) schwenkbar an den Endbereichen einer Traverse (4) des Greifers (2) montiert sind, wobei jeder Greifhaken (15, 16) auf der einen Seite seiner Schwenkachse (10) eine Hakenspitze (17) hat, die vorgesehen ist, um mit einer Querachse (35) zusammenzuwirken, die in einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (33) eines Ballastblocks (3) sitzt, und auf der anderen Seite seiner Schwenkachse (10) ein hinteres Teil (18) hat, das an einer Schlinge (27, 28) befestigt ist, mit der der Greifer (2) während des Einsatzes am Hubseil aufgehängt ist, und wobei jedem Greifhaken (15, 16) ein Riegel (21, 22) zugeordnet ist, der von der Traverse (4) getragen wird und dazu dient, zeitweilig den entsprechenden Greifhaken (15, 16) in von der Querachse (35) gelöster Stellung zu halten.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (4) von zwei parallelen Stäben oder Profilen (5, 6) gebildet wird, die fest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei zwischen ihnen ein kleiner längs verlaufender Zwischenraum (7) angeordnet ist, so dass an den beiden Enden der Traverse (4) Gabeln gebildet werden, die die Gelenkverbindung der zwei Greifhaken (15, 16) aufnehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den zwei Stäben oder Profilen (5, 6) der Traverse (4) senkrechte Schutzplatten befestigt sind, die den Bereich der Bewegung des hinteren Teils (18) der Greifhaken (15, 16) absichern.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hintere Teil (18) jedes Greifhakens (15, 16) selbst ein Gegengewicht bildet oder ein Gegengewicht trägt.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schlinge (27, 28) mit der Längsachse des entsprechenden Greifhakens (15, 16) einen Winkel unter 180° bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Riegel (21, 22) des Greifers (2) ein Riegel ist, der um eine von der Traverse getragene horizontale Achse (11) schwenkbar montiert ist, wobei der Riegel (21, 22) eine abgewinkelte Form hat mit einem unteren Teil (23), das ein Gegengewicht bildet, und mit einem oberen Teil (24), das einen Verriegelungshaken bildet und mit einer Rampe (24) versehen ist, die die Aufgabe hat, mit einem Steuerfinger (19) zu kooperieren, der vom hinteren Teil des entsprechenden Greifhakens (15, 16) getragen wird.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der im wesentlichen aus Beton hergestellten Ballastblöcke (3) zwei im Beton eingegossene Metallteile (33) zum Greifen hat, die jeweils eine Aufnahme abgrenzen, die einen Greifhaken (15,16) teilweise aufnehmen kann, wobei jedes Metallteil (33) zum Greifen mit einer Querachse (35) versehen ist, die die von ihm abgegrenzte Aufnahme durchquert und vorgesehen ist, um mit der Hakenspitze (17) eines Greifhakens (15, 16) zusammenzuwirken, die in diese Aufnahme eingreift.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Traverse (4) zwei Positionierungswinkel (8, 9) befestigt sind, die vorgesehen sind, um jeweils mit den oberen Rändern der Aufnahmen zusammenzuwirken, die von den zwei Metallteilen (33) zum Greifen eines Ballastblocks (3) abgegrenzt werden.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Zentrieren der gestapelten Ballastblöcke (3), jeweils einer in Bezug auf die anderen, auf jedem Ballastblock (3) konische Zentrierstifte (37) umfassen, die über die Oberseite des Ballastblocks (3) hinausragen, und entsprechende Aufnahmen (38) mit aufgeweiteter Form, insbesondere konisch oder pyramidenförmig, die nach der Unterseite des Ballastblocks (3) hin offen sind.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der Aufnahmen (38) mit aufgeweiteter Form jedes Ballastblocks (3) die allgemeine Form einer Pyramide mit verlängerter rechteckiger Basis hat, die gemäß der Längsrichtung dieses Ballastblocks (3) verläuft.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach der Gesamtheit der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierstifte (37) und die entsprechenden Aufnahmen (38) zu Metallteilen (34) zum Zentrieren gehören, wobei sich jedes Metallteil (34) zum Zentrieren vertikal auf einer Seite eines Metallteils (33) zum Greifen erstreckt und an diesem (bei 36) befestigt ist, um einen einzigen Metall-Einsatz (31, 32) zu bilden, der im Beton des Ballastblocks (3) eingegossen ist.
  12. Vorrichtung zum Ballastieren eines Krans nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (4) an ihren Enden mit Ringen (12, 13) versehen ist, die vorgesehen sind, um ein Führungsseil (14) aufzunehmen, das während des Fördervorgangs eines unter der Traverse (4) eingehakten Ballastblocks (3) eingesetzt wird.
