Claims (10)

  1. Sicherheitsmontageverfahren eines fahrbaren Gerüsts (1), das aus Leiterelementen (3), die vertikal aufgerichtet sind, und aus Plattformen (5) besteht, die horizontal zwischen den Reihen von Leiterelementen (3) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es, ausgehend vom Boden oder von zwei Leiterelementen (3) des Gerüsts (1), die vertikal aufgerichtet sind und quer durch diagonale Haltestangen (7) verbunden sind, die eine befestigte Gerüstplattform (5) tragen, die an einer bestimmten Höhe auf den Leiterelementen (3) angeordnet ist, die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Aufrichten von zwei Leiterelementen (3) auf dem Boden oder auf jedem der zwei befestigten Leiterelemente (3) einer gleichen Etage,
    - Montieren von oberen und unteren seitlichen Profilen (15) (Profilen und Unterprofilen) in der Horizontalen und in einer zweckmäßigen Höhe auf den zwei Leiterelementen (3) mittels eines Stabs (21) oder einer diagonalen Stange, die mit einem zweckmäßigen Handhabungshaken versehen ist, wobei die Profile (15) an jedem ihrer Enden mindestens einen Haken (17, 19) und mindestens ein Profil (15) umfassen, das an mindestens einem Ende einen Riegel (17a, 19a) umfasst, der geeignet ist, auf einer Leitersprosse (11) in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei der eine von den Endhaken (17) geeignet ist, bei der Montage derart auf der Eingriffssprosse (11) zu gleiten, dass das Profil (15), das durch seinen Haken (17) auf der Eingriffssprosse (11) positioniert ist, auf der Sprosse (11) gleiten kann, um die Zurücknahme des Profils und das Eingreifen des anderen Endhakens (19) auf einer Eingriffssprosse (11) des anderen Leiterelements (3) zu ermöglichen,
    - Verriegeln der Haken (17, 19) jeweils auf ihrer Eingriffssprosse (11) mittels des Riegels (17a, 19a) und
    - festes Befestigen der diagonalen Stangen (7) der zwei soeben aufgerichteten Leiterelemente (3) an diesen, um die Leiterelemente (3) starr in Position zu halten,
    - Montieren einer Gerüstplattform (5) auf den soeben aufgerichteten Leiterelementen (3) ausgehend vom Boden oder von der unteren befestigten Plattform (5) auf einer bestimmten Höhe und unter den Profilen (15) durch Anheben ihres Endteils, das mit länglichen Befestigungshaken (9) versehen ist, durch Ineingriffbringen ihrer länglichen Endhaken (9) auf einer Sprosse (11) eines Leiterelements (3) und durch Anheben des anderen Endteils der Plattform (5) zum Ineingriffbringen ihrer Haken (13) auf einer Sprosse (11) des anderen Leiterelements (3) mittels Längsauslenkung der länglichen Haken (9) und somit Anordnen der Plattform (5) in einer stabilen horizontalen Position,
    - Erreichen der soeben montierten Plattform (5) über eine Klappe (5a) der Plattform an einem ihrer Endteile, und
    - Montieren der Fußleisten (5b) der Plattform ausgehend von der erreichten Plattform (5), wobei der Bediener seitlich und über die Länge der Plattform (5) durch die montierten Profile (15) geschützt ist.
  2. Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderhaken (17) von jedem der Profile (15) mit einer Rampe (17b) versehen ist, die das Gleiten des Profils (15) auf der Eingriffssprosse (11) ermöglicht.
  3. Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderhaken (17') von jedem der Profile (15') ein längliches Profil aufweist, das die Auslenkung des Profils (15') auf der Eingriffssprosse (11) für den Durchgang seines der Eingriffssprosse (11) des anderen Leiterelements entgegengesetzten Endes für sein Einhängen an diesem letzteren ermöglicht.
  4. Montageverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (15') einer gleichen Ebene im Bereich ihrer Enden durch zwei Querstreben (23) miteinander verbunden sind, die eine flache Rahmenbaugruppe bilden, die das gleichzeitige Montieren der zwei Profile (15") durch eine Handhabung, die analog zu derjenigen eines einzelnen Profils ist, mittels eines Stabes oder einer angepassten diagonalen Stange ermöglichen.
  5. Demontageverfahren des Gerüsts (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umgekehrte Art und Weise durchgeführt wird.
  6. Profil (15) für die Durchführung des Montage- und Demontageverfahrens eines fahrbaren Gerüsts (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 beziehungsweise 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es an jedem seiner Enden einen Haken (17, 19) umfasst, und dadurch, dass es an mindestens einem seiner Enden einen gelenkigen Riegel (17a, 19a) umfasst,
    der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Eingriffssprosse (11) des Leiterelements in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei der vordere Endhaken (17) mit einer Rampe (17b) versehen ist, die das Gleiten des Profils (15) auf der Eingriffssprosse (11) ermöglicht, derart, dass das Profil (15), das über seinen Haken (17) auf einer Sprosse (11) positioniert ist, auf der Sprosse (11) gleiten kann, um die Zurücknahme des Profils und den Eingriff des anderen Endhakens (19) auf einer Sprosse (11) des anderen Leiterelements (3) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Profil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (17a, 19a) mit automatischem Eingriff ist, der durch den Handhabungshaken des Stabes (21) oder der diagonalen Handhabungsstange ausgelöst und rückgestellt wird.
  8. Baugruppe aus zwei Profilen (15") nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Profile (15") der gleichen Ebene im Bereich ihrer Enden durch zwei Querstreben (23) miteinander verbunden sind, die eine flache Rahmenbaugruppe bilden, die das Montieren der zwei Profile (15") gleichzeitig durch eine Handhabung, die analog zu derjenigen eines einzigen Profils ist, mittels eines Stabes oder einer angepassten diagonalen Stange ermöglicht.
  9. Gerüst, das mindestens ein oder zwei Profile nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 umfasst.
  10. Montage- oder Demontageverfahren eines Gerüsts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 beziehungsweise 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die diagonale Stange eine Klemme umfasst, die getrennt ist, um nur eine einzige Backe zu umfassen, wodurch somit eine Achse eingerichtet wird, die für das Aufhängen der Profile für ihre Montage an den Leiterelementen durch entsprechende Löcher auf den Haken und Riegeln der Profile dienen kann.
