Claims (4)

  1. Inkrementelles Formverfahren zum Bilden eines Produkts (1) mit einem ersten Formteil (10), das einen Querschnitt mit zweidimensionaler gekrümmter Ebene aufweist, und einem zweiten Formteil (20), das eine dreidimensionale, an einem Abschnitt des ersten Formteils (10) gebildete Gestalt aufweist, wobei in dem inkrementellen Formverfahren:
    ein Werkstück (240) mit einer dem ersten Formteil (10) entsprechenden gekrümmten Ebene vorbereitet wird; und
    das zweite Formteil (20) mit der dreidimensionalen Gestalt durch inkrementelles Formen des Abschnitts des Werkstücks gebildet wird, indem eine Formschablone (200) mit einer dem zweiten Formteil (20) entsprechenden Gestalt verwendet wird.
  2. Inkrementelles Formverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei
    während dem inkrementellen Formprozeß zum Bilden des zweiten Formteils (20) ein inkrementelles Formwerkzeug (260) längs eines Pfads bewegt wird, der parallel zu der gekrümmten Ebene des ersten Formteils (10) verläuft.
  3. Inkrementelles Formverfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei ein Umfang des Werkstücks (240) mit einem Werkstückhalter (230) und einer Werkstückklemme-(250) mit gekrümmten Flächen entsprechend der gekrümmten Ebene des Werkstücks (240) gehalten wird.
  4. Inkrementelles Formgerät zum Bilden eines Produkts (1) mit einem ersten Formteil, das einen Querschnitt mit einer zweidimensionalen gekrümmten Ebene aufweist, und einem zweiten Formteil (20), das eine dreidimensionale, an einem Abschnitt des ersten Formteils (10) gebildete Gestalt aufweist, wobei das Gerät aufweist:
    einen Tisch, an dem ein Werkstückhalter (230) und eine Werkstückklemme (250) zum umfangsweisen Halten eines Werkstücks (240) befestigt ist; und
    ein inkrementelles Formwerkzeug (260) mit einer Achse, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Tisch angeordnet ist,
    wobei das Gerät ferner eine Formschablone (200) mit einer dem zweiten Formteil (20) entsprechenden Gestalt aufweist, und
    wobei der Werkstückhalter (230) und die Werkstückklemme (240) gekrümmte Flächen aufweisen, die einer gekrümmten Fläche des Werkstücks (240) entsprechen.
