Claims (19)
- Lärmschutzwand zur Abschirmung von Verkehrswegen oder sonstigen Lärmquellen mit mehreren im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, vorzugsweise durch H-förmige Profile gebildeten vertikalen Pfosten (10) und mehreren aus Wandteilen kastenförmig zusammengefügten und mit ihren Stirnenden in einander zugewandte Aufnahmenuten (18) benachbarter Pfosten (10) eingreifenden Lärmschutzkassetten (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lärmschutzkassetten (12) über federelastisch verformbare Abstandshalter (22) stirnseitig gegenüber dem Nutgrund (26) der Aufnahmenuten (18) abgestützt sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandshalter (22) vorzugsweise als bogenförmige Blattfedern durch Federelemente gebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandshalter (22) über eine Formschluss- oder Rastverbindung (28) an den Lärmschutzkassetten (12) gehalten sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandshalter (22) zugleich als elektrisch leitende Verbindungselemente zur Erdung der Lärmschutzkassetten (12) über die Pfosten (10) ausgebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfosten (10) zugleich als Erdungsleiter elektrisch leitend ausgebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfosten (10) eine im Bereich der Aufnahmenut verlaufende Erdungsschiene aufweisen.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lärmschutzkassetten (12) paarweise durch die Abstandshalter (22) verbunden sind.
- Lärmschutzwand zur Abschirmung von Verkehrswegen oder sonstigen Lärmquellen mit mehreren im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, vorzugsweise durch H-förmige Profile gebildeten vertikalen Pfosten (10) und mehreren aus Wandteilen kastenförmig zusammengefügten und mit ihren Stirnenden in einander zugewandte Aufnahmenuten (18) benachbarter Pfosten (10) eingreifenden langgestreckten Lärmschutzkassetten (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandteile über eine Füge- oder Stoffschlussverbindung (80) frei von außenseitig an den Lärmschutzkassetten (12) abstehenden Verbindungsmitteln fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandteile durch Durchsetzfügepunkte (80) punktförmig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei hintergreifende Tiefziehbereiche in aneinanderliegenden Wandteilen eine Fügeverbindung bilden.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Längsrichtung der Lärmschutzkassetten (12) sich erstreckenden Wandteile (32,34,36) in einem Mittelabschnitt über Durchsetzfügepunkte (80) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandteile im Bereich von an einem Ober- und/oder Untergurt der Lärmschutzkassetten (12) abstehenden Profilelementen (60,64) punktförmig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stirnseitigen Wandteile (38) Durchbrüche für den Werkzeugeingriff zur Herstellung von Durchsetzfügepunkten (80) aufweisen.
- Lärmschutzwand zur Abschirmung von Verkehrswegen oder sonstigen Lärmquellen mit mehreren im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, vorzugsweise durch H-förmige Profile gebildeten vertikalen Pfosten (10) und mehreren aus Wandteilen kastenförmig zusammengefügten und mit ihren Stirnenden in einander zugewandte Aufnahmenuten (18) benachbarter Pfosten (10) eingreifenden, übereinander liegenden Lärmschutzkassetten (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Obergurt (32) und Untergurt (34) der Lärmschutzkassetten (12) als gesonderte Wandteile durch Strangpressprofile gebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strangpressprofile (32,34) eine Nut- und Federverbindung (46) für übereinanderliegende Lärmschutzkassetten (12) aufweisen.
- Lärmschutzwand nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut- und Federverbindung (46) gezahnte oder geraute Profilflächen (52) zur Kraftschlusserhöhung aufweist.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Ober- und Untergurten paarweise abstehende Profilwinkel (60,64) zur Halterung von seitlichen Wandteilen (36) der Lärmschutzkassetten (12) ausgebildet sind, wobei die nach oben abstehenden Profilwinkel (60) der Obergurte (32) im seitlichen Abstand vom Gurtrand angeordnet sind und die nach unten abstehenden Profilwinkel (64) der Untergurte (34) zugleich den Gurtrand bilden.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen seitlichen Wandteile (36) Längssicken (84) zur Versteifung aufweisen, wobei die oberen Sickenränder als Tropfnasen ausgebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der oberen Lärmschutzkassette (12) ein Abdeckprofil (14) vorzugsweise über eine Steckverbindung gehalten ist, wobei das Abdeckprofil (14) eine ebene oder nach oben gewölbte oder dachförmige Abdeckfläche (68) aufweist und gegebenenfalls die Pfosten (10) zumindest partiell überdeckt.
- Lärmschutzwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen benachbarten Pfosten (10) eine vorzugsweise als Stahlseil oder Stahlband ausgebildete Zugsicherung (30) gespannt ist, wobei die Zugsicherung (30) vorzugsweise in einer zwischen dem Abdeckprofil (14) und der oberen Lärmschutzkassette (12) verlaufenden Profilkammer sichtseitig verdeckt angeordnet ist.
