Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit beim Schießbetrieb mit scharfem Schuß von in einem begrenzten und von einer Überwachungszentrale (14) aus überwachten Übungsgelände (10) unter Gefechtsbedingungen übender, mobiler Gefechtsteilnehmer (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei den Gefechtsteilnehmern (11) fortlaufend deren momentane Position bestimmt und an die Überwachungszentrale (14) gemeldet wird, daß in der Überwachungszentrale (14) mit den gemeldeten, momentanen Positionen und den daraus ableitbaren Bewegungsbereichen aller Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) für jeden schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) unter Berücksichtigung der Grenze (18) des Übungsgeländes (10) aktuelle, zulässige Schußsektoren (38) berechnet und individuell an den schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) übermittelt werden und daß bei jedem schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) die momentane Waffenstellung mit den ihm zugewiesenen Schußsektoren (38) verglichen und eine Schußauslösung für einen Schußsektor (38) nur dann zugelassen wird, wenn die momentane Waffenstellung (39) innerhalb dieses Schußsektors (38) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die berechneten Schußsektoren (38) durch an die Position der schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) angelegte Azimutwinkel (ϑ) definiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Azimutwinkel (ϑ) durch eine untere und obere, jeweils nordbezogene Winkelgrenze (ϑG1,ϑG2) festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Berechnung der zulässigen, aktuellen Schußsektoren (38) für jeden schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) ein anhand des Waffentyps des schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmers (11) und der Art der mit diesem Waffentyp zu verschießenden Munition als räumliche Ausdehnung im Übungsgelände (10) bestimmter Gefahrenbereich (33) berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anhand des Waffentyps des schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) und der mit diesem Waffentyp zu verschießenden Munition für jeden schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) ein Gefahrenbereich (33) als räumliche Ausdehnung im Übungsgelände (10) bestimmt wird und daß beim Vergleich der Waffenstellung (39) mit den vorgegebenen, aktuellen Schußsektoren (38) der Gefahrenbereich (33) in der Weise berücksichtigt wird, daß die Schußauslösung nur dann zugelassen wird, wenn bei der momentanen Waffenstellung (39) der Gefahrenbereich (33) innerhalb des zugelassenen Schußsektors (38) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Berechnung der zulässigen Schußsektoren (38) zusätzlich mögliche Fehlertoleranzen berücksichtigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß solche Fehlertoleranzen berücksichtigt werden, die bei der Positionsbestimmung und der Waffenstellungserfassung auftreten können.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Berechnung der zulässigen Schußsektoren (38) die Positionen von innerhalb des Übungsgeländes (10) vorhandenen, zu schützenden, stationären Objekten (13) einbezogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Positionen der Gefechtsteilnehmern (11) die Zeitpunkte ihrer Bestimmung sowie den berechneten Schußsektoren (38) die Zeitpunkte ihrer Berechnung und jeweils eine Gültigkeitsdauer zugeordnet werden und daß bei den schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmern (11) nur solche zugewiesenen Schußsektoren (38) zum Vergleich mit der momentanen Waffenstellung (39) zugelassen werden, deren zugeordnete Gültigkeitsdauer den Zeitpunkt der Bestimmung der momentanen Waffenstellung (39) einbezieht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den berechneten, zulässigen - Schußsektoren (38) mittels vorgegebener Kriterien ausgewählte Schußsektoren (38) von der Übermittlung an die schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) ausgeschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kriterien das Nichtvorhandensein von Zielen und/oder didaktische und/oder taktische Gründe vorgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Zulassung der Schußfreigabe eine optische und/oder akustische Anzeige ausgelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei jedem schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) eine Schußauslösung permanent blockiert und mit Zulassung der Schußauslösung die Blockierung der Schußauslösung deaktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meldung der Positionen der Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) und die Übermittlung der berechneten, zulässigen Schußsektoren (38) an die schießenden Gefechtsteilnehmer (11) mittels Datenfunk zwischen den Gefechtsteilnehmern (11) und der Überwachungszentrale (14) durchgeführt wird.
