- Procédé de réalisation d'une paroi moulée dans le sol, dans lequel :- au moins deux roues (12, 12') de fraisage montées rotatives directement sur un cadre (20) d'une fraise (10) pour parois moulées sont mises en rotation par un entraînement (15, 15'),- la fraise (10) pour parois moulées est descendue dans le sol avec le cadre (20), le matériau du sol situé au-dessous des roues (12, 12') de fraisage étant extrait et une fente fraisée (3) étant réalisée,- la fente fraisée (3) étant remplie avec un liquide durcissable, qui est introduit au niveau du cadre (20) dans la fente fraisée (3) entre les roues (12, 12') de fraisage,- le matériau du sol extrait étant transporté depuis les roues (12, 12') de fraisage de manière ciblée à travers un espace libre (6) en passant devant le cadre (20) jusqu'à une zone arrière (4) de la fente fraisée (3),- le matériau du sol extrait étant mélangé, dans la fente fraisée (3), au liquide durcissable, et- le matériau du sol extrait étant laissé au moins partiellement dans la fente fraisée (3) pour former la paroi moulée,
caractérisé- en ce que la fraise (10) pour parois moulées est guidée linéairement dans la fente fraisée (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de guidage linéaire comprenant une tige de guidage (33),- en ce que, pour former l'espace libre (6), les dimensions périphériques de la section transversale du cadre (20) sont choisies plus petites que les dimensions intérieures de la section transversale de la fente fraisée (3), et le cadre (20) est guidé sans contact avec la paroi de la fente fraisée (3). - Procédé de réalisation d'une paroi moulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roues (12, 12') de fraisage sont entraînées selon un mouvement de rotation alterné.
- Procédé de réalisation d'une paroi moulée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la réalisation de la fente fraisée (3), la fraise (10) pour parois moulées est déplacée au moins temporairement par un mouvement alterné ascendant/descendant.
- Fraise (10) pour parois moulées pour réaliser une fente fraisée, avec- un cadre (20),- au moins deux roues (12, 12') de fraisage montées rotatives directement sur le cadre (20),- un dispositif d'alimentation (41) placé sur le cadre (20) pour introduire un liquide dans la fente fraisée (3), le dispositif d'alimentation (41) débouchant entre les roues (12, 12') de fraisage,- un espace libre (6) étant prévu au niveau du cadre (20), à travers lequel le matériau du sol extrait peut être transporté depuis les roues (12, 12') de fraisage de manière ciblée en passant devant le cadre (20) jusqu'à une zone arrière (4) de la fente fraisée (3),
caractérisée- en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage linéaire est prévu, avec une tige de guidage (33) qui est placée à une extrémité supérieure du cadre (20), et- en ce que le cadre (20) est réalisé avec une section transversale dont les dimensions périphériques, pour former l'espace libre (6), sont plus petites que les dimensions intérieures de la section transversale de la fente fraisée (3), le cadre (20) pouvant être guidé sans contact avec la paroi de la fente fraisée (3). - Fraise pour parois moulées selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les roues (12, 12') de fraisage présentent un agencement de dents de fraise convenant pour un mouvement de rotation alterné.
- Dispositif de fraisage pour parois moulées (1) pour réaliser une paroi moulée, en particulier par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, avec- un engin porteur (30), et- une fraise (10) pour parois moulées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 5, qui est guidée au moyen du dispositif de guidage linéaire avec la tige de guidage (33) d'une manière mobile pour l'essentiel verticalement sur l'engin porteur (30).
- Dispositif de fraisage (1) pour parois moulées selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tige de guidage (33) est conformée en tige télescopique.
- Dispositif de fraisage (1) pour parois moulées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage linéaire comprend une douille de guidage (34) qui est placée sur l'engin porteur (30) et à travers laquelle est guidée la tige de guidage (33).
- Dispositif de fraisage (1) pour parois moulées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement, en particulier un mécanisme (37) à câble de traction, est prévu sur l'engin porteur (30) pour déplacer verticalement la tige de guidage (33).
