Claims (14)
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit einer motorischen Antriebseinheit mit einem Antriebsmotor (2) sowie mit einem Spindelgetriebe (3) zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (2) und einer Treibstangenanordnung (21) des Treibstangenbeschlages (16), über welches der Antriebsmotor (2) mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) antriebsverbindbar ist und welches eine mittels des Antriebsmotors (2) um ihre Achse in wenigstens einer Drehrichtung (5) drehbare Getriebespindel (4) sowie eine auf der Getriebespindel (4) aufsitzende und mittels der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) längs dieser bewegbare Spindelmutter (8) umfasst, wobei zwischen der Spindelmutter (8) und der Treibstangenanordnung (21) eine Kupplung (26) mit wenigstens einem mit der Spindelmutter (8) antriebsverbundenen spindelmutterseitigen Kupplungsteil (27, 28) sowie mit wenigstens einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) bewegungsverbundenen treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) vorgesehen ist und die Kupplungsteile (27, 28, 29, 30) einerseits wenigstens einen Kupplungsvorsprung (48, 49) und andererseits wenigstens eine Kupplungsaufnahme (36, 37) aufweisen und ineinander einrückbar sind und wobei die Spindelmutter (8) bei ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) gemeinschaftlich mit diesen von der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) mit einer Vorschubbewegung (9) längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindelmutter (8) auf der Getriebespindel (4) von dieser in wenigstens einer Drehrichtung (5) mitnehmbar aufsitzt, dass wenigstens ein Kupplungsvorsprung (48, 49) und wenigstens eine Kupplungsaufnahme (36, 37) unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in einer Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) ineinander einrückbar sind und dass die Spindelmutter (8) bei ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) gegen Drehen in Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) gehemmt, vorzugsweise blockiert und von der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) gemeinschaftlich mit den ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) mit einer Vorschubbewegung (9) längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einem der ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) eine quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) verlaufende Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) zugeordnet ist, dass die Treibstangenanordnung (21) manuell bewegbar ist und dass bei manueller Bewegung der Treibstangenanordnung (21) die Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) und eine dem anderen Kupplungsteil (27, 29; 28, 30) zugeordnete Gegenfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) in Richtung der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) relativ zueinander bewegbar und dadurch die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Relativbewegung quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) auseinander ausrückbar sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) sich an Stützflächen (38, 42; 40, 44) in Vorschubrichtung (9) wirksam aneinander abstützen und an der entlang der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) den Stützflächen (38, 42; 40, 44) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit wenigstens einer quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) verlaufenden Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) einander gegenüberliegen und dass bei manueller Bewegung der Treibstangenanordnung (21) die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) ausgehend von dem ineinander eingerückten Zustand in Richtung der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) relativ zueinander bewegbar und unter Relativbewegung in Richtung der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) entlang der Entkupplungssteuerfläche (39, 43; 41, 45) quer zu der Achse (10) der Vorschubbewegung (9) auseinander ausrückbar sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ineinander einrückbaren Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) in einem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand in Vorschubrichtung (9) gegeneinander versetzt sind, wobei ein spindelmutterseitiges Kupplungsteil (27, 28) in Vorschubrichtung (9) hinter einem zugeordneten treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) angeordnet ist, dass wenigstens einem der Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) eine quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (9) verlaufende Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) zugeordnet ist, dass das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) ausgehend von dem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand unter Drehen der Getriebespindel (4) mit der Spindelmutter (8) in Vorschubrichtung (9) bewegbar ist und die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Relativbewegung in Vorschubrichtung (9) quer dazu mittels der Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) relativ zueinander auslenkbar und bei fortgesetzter Relativbewegung in Vorschubrichtung (9) unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in Mitnahmedrehrichtung ineinander einrückbar sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) an der dem anderen Kupplungsteil (27, 29; 28, 30) in dem Ausgangs-Betriebszustand zugewandten Seite zumindest eine quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (9) verlaufende Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) aufweist und dass das in Vorschubrichtung (9) bewegte spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) auf das treibstangenseitige Kupplungsteil (29, 30) aufläuft und die Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter fortgesetzter Relativbewegung in Vorschubrichtung (9) quer dazu mittels wenigstens einer Kupplungssteuerfläche (34, 35) relativ zueinander auslenkbar sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) bei der von dem Ausgangs- Betriebszustand ausgehenden Bewegung in Vorschubrichtung (9) über die Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in einer Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) beaufschlagt und bei Einnahme einer definierten Drehstellung mittels einer Blockiereinrichtung gegen Mitnahme in Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) blockiert ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Blockiereinrichtung für das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) wenigstens ein in Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) wirksamer Anschlag (11, 46, 47) für das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) und/oder für die Spindelmutter (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlag (11) für das spindelmutterseitige Kupplungsteil (27, 28) und/oder für die Spindelmutter (8) an einem Antriebsgehäuse der motorischen die Spindelmutter (8) an einem Antriebsgehäuse der motorischen Antriebseinheit ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebespindel (4) mittels des Antriebsmotors (2) in beiden Drehrichtungen (5) um ihre Achse drehbar und die Spindelmutter (8) mittels der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) in beiden Richtungen mit einer Vorschubbewegung (9) längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist und auf der Getriebespindel (4) von dieser in beiden Drehrichtungen (5) mitnehmbar aufsitzt, dass für jede Vorschubrichtung (9) zwischen der Spindelmutter (8) und der Treibstangenanordnung (21) eine Kupplung (26) mit wenigstens einem mit der Spindelmutter (8) antriebsverbundenen spindelmutterseitigen Kupplungsteil (27, 28) sowie wenigstens einem mit der Treibstangenanordnung (21) bewegungsverbundenen treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteil (29, 30) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kupplungsteile (27, 28, 29, 30) einerseits wenigstens einen Kupplungsvorsprung (48, 49) und andererseits wenigstens eine Kupplungsaufnahme (36, 37) aufweisen, wobei für jede Vorschubrichtung (9) wenigstens ein Kupplungsvorsprung (48, 49) und wenigstens eine Kupplungsaufnahme (36, 37) unter Beaufschlagung der Spindelmutter (8) durch die Getriebespindel (4) in der betreffenden Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) ineinander einrückbar sind und wobei die Spindelmutter (8) bei ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) gegen Drehen in die betreffende Mitnahmedrehrichtung (5) gehemmt, vorzugsweise blockiert und von der drehenden Getriebespindel (4) gemeinschaftlich mit den betreffenden ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteilen (27, 29; 28, 30) mit einer Vorschubbewegung (9) längs der Getriebespindel (4) bewegbar ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Ansprüch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Vorschubrichtung (9) die kennzeichnenden Merkmale wenigstens eines der Ansprüche 2 bis 8 vorgesehen sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Ansprüch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spindelmutterseitigen Kupplungsteile (27, 28) und/oder die treibstangenseitigen Kupplungsteile (29, 30) für beide Vorschubrichtungen (9) jeweils einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebssteuerung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer die Getriebespindel (4) nach Erreichen einer in wenigstens einer Vorschubrichtung (9) gelegenen Endstellung der Spindelmutter (8) in ihrer Drehrichtung (5) umsteuerbar ist, wobei die Drehbewegung der umgesteuerten Getriebespindel (4) endet, sobald die bei der vorausgegangenen Vorschubbewegung (9) der Spindelmutter (8) ineinander eingerückten Kupplungsteile (27, 29; 28, 30) unter Mitnahme der Spindelmutter (8) durch die umgesteuerte Getriebespindel (4) auseinander ausgerückt sind.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach Ansprüch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebespindel (4) nach jedem Erreichen einer Endstellung der Spindelmutter (8) mittels der Antriebssteuerung in ihrer Drehrichtung (5) umsteuerbar ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag mit motorischer Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antriebsmotor (2) ein Motor vorgesehen ist, dessen Drehzahl im Wesentlichen lastunabhängig ist.
