Claims (10)
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem palettenartigen Untergestell für einen austauschbaren Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit vier Seitenwänden, einem unteren und einem oberen Boden, einem am oberen Boden angeformten, verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem am unteren Abschnitt einer Seitenwand angeformten Auslaufstutzen mit einer Entnahmearmatur sowie einem Gittermantel mit horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben aus Metall zur Aufnahme des Innenbehälters, wobei die Enden der vertikalen Gitterstäbe an einem unteren und einem oberen, umlaufenden Randprofil angeschweißt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flach gedrückten oberen Enden (17) der als Hohlprofile ausgebildeten, vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) des Gittermantels (13) zu einem Wellenprofil (32) mit mindestens zwei Schweißbuckelns (33,34) verformt sind, an das als Hohlprofil ausgebildete obere Randprofil (19) des Gittermantels (13) ein quer zu den vertikalen Gitterstäben (15) umlaufender Doppelsteg (37) angeformt ist, in den ein inneres und ein äußeres Wellenprofil (38,39) eingeformt sind, wobei die beiden Wellenprofile (38,39) ineinandergreifen, in das äußere Wellenprofil (39) Sicken (40) eingeformt sind und das innere Wellenprofil (38) mindestens zwei umlaufende Schweißbuckelränder (41,42) bildet, die oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) und der Doppelsteg (37) des oberen Randprofils (19) des Gittermantels (13) durch Buckelschweißen im Kreuzstoß miteinander verschweißt sind und daß das obere Randprofil (19) einen oberen, flachen, umlaufenden Rand (44) zum Abstützen der Eck- und Mittelfüße (23-30) des palettenartigen Untergestells (20) eines aufgestapelten Behälters (1') aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Wellenprofil (36) des Doppelsteges (35) des oberen Randprofils (19) des Gittermantels (13) drei umlaufende Schweißbuckelränder (39-41) bildet.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Randprofil (19) des Gittermantels (13) einen begrenzt federnd ausgebildeten Auflagesteg (45) aufweist, der vom dem Doppelsteg (37) schräg nach innen in das Randprofil (19) gerichtet ist, sich mit dem Innenrand (46) auf den oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) abstützt und der unter der Stapellast eines oder mehrerer aufgestapelter Behälter (1') über annähernd die ganze Breite (47) auf den oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) aufliegt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) in einer umlaufenden, nutartigen Einformung (48) des oberen Randprofils (19c) des Gittermantels (13) gehalten sind, die durch den Doppelsteg (37), den begrenzt federnden Auflagesteg (45) sowie einen an diesen angeformten, nach unten gerichteten Randwulst (49) gebildet wird.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Enden (17) der senkrechten Gitterstäbe (15) in einer umlaufenden, nutartigen Einformung (48) des oberen Randprofils (19d) des Gittermantels (13) gehalten sind und daß sich das Randprofil (19d) mit einem den Grund der Einformung (48) bildenden geraden Auflagesteg (50) auf den oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) abstützt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nutartige Einformung (48) des oberen Randprofils (19d) durch einen nach innen versetzten, an den Doppelsteg (37) anschließenden, geraden oder schrägen Wandabschnitt (51), den Auflagesteg (50) und einen an diesen angeformten, nach unten gerichteten Randwulst (49) gebildet wird.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Randprofil (19a,19b) des Gittermantels (13) als Vierkantprofil mit abgerundeten Kanten ausgebildet ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Randprofil (19) des Gittermantels (13) aus einem offenen Vierkantprofil (35) mit abgerundeten Kanten und einem an dieses angeformten Halbrohrprofil (36) besteht.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgeflachten, ein Wellenprofil (32) aufweisenden, oberen Enden (17) der vertikalen, als Rohre ausgebildeten Gitterstäbe (15) des Gittermantels (13) über bogenförmige Ausformungen (52), die unter der Stapellast eines oder mehrerer aufgestapelter Behälter (1') begrenzt elastische Sollbiegestellen bilden, mit den Rohrstücken (53) der Gitterstäbe (15) verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Ausformungen (52) der vertikalen Gitterstäbe (15) von einem Flachstabquerschnitt kontinuierlich in einen Rohrquerschnitt übergeht.
