Abstract

Das Versteifungsblech (25) für den auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen sowie einem Fußrahmen abgestützten Boden eines palettenartigen Untergestells für Palettenbehälter ist mit einer Stapelhilfe (29) zum Aufeinanderstapeln mehrerer Bleche für Transport- und Lagerzwecke ausgestattet. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Versteifungsblech für den auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen sowie einem Fußrahmen abgestützten Boden eines palettenartigen Untergestells, insbesondere für Palettenbehälter mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, der einen Einfüll- und einen Entleerstutzen sowie einen Ablaufboden mit einer mittigen, von der Behälterrückwand zu dem Entleerstutzen in der Behältervorderwand abfallenden Ablaufrinne aufweist und der mit dem Ablaufboden auf dem diesem angepaßten Boden des Untergestells steht, sowie mit einem an dem Untergestell befestigten Außenmantel aus Metall, der als Blech- oder Gittermantel ausgebildet ist, wobei an die beiden Enden des brückenartigen Versteifungsbleches zwei Mittelfüße einteilig angeformt sind, der unter dem Boden des Untergestells nach Art eines Unterzuges quer zur Ablaufrinne des Innenbehälters befestigte Mittelsteg des Versteifungsblechs über schräg nach außen gerichtete Verbindungsstege in die Mittelfüße zum Abstützen des äußeren Randes des Untergestellbodens übergeht und das Versteifungsblech mit den Mittelfüßen als Profilteil ausgebildet ist.
Aufgrund der geometrischen Formgebung ist ein platzsparendes Stapeln von aus der EP 0 673 846 B1 bekannten Versteifungsblechen dieser Art für den Transport und zur Zwischenlagerung vor der Endmontage von Untergestellen, die bevorzugt für Palettenbehälter bestimmt sind, nicht möglich.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das gattungsgemäße versteifungsblech im Hinblick auf eine gute Stapelbarkeit weiterzuentwickeln.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein Versteifungsblech mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
Die Unteransprüche beinhalten vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
Die geometrische Formgebung und die auf der Innenseite der Füße des erfindungsgemäßen als Profilteil ausgebildeten Versteifungsbleches angeformten Abstütznoppen ermöglichen ein platzsparendes Stapeln einer Anzahl von versteifungsblechen für den Transport und zur Zwischenlagerung und ein einfaches Auseinandernehmen eines Blechstapels für die Endmontage von palettenartigen Untergestellen insbesondere für Palettenbehälter.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

Der als Ein- und Mehrwegbehälter verwendete Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 für Flüssigkeiten nach Fig. 1 weist als Hauptbauteile einen austauschbaren, quaderförmigen Innenbehälter 2 aus Kunststoff auf, der mit einem mit einem Deckel 4 verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen 3 im oberen Boden 5 und einem Entleerstutzen 6 im Bereich des unteren Bodens 7 zum Anschluß eines Entnahme- und Spülhahns 8 ausgestattet ist, ferner einen Außenmantel 9 aus sich kreuzenden waagrechten und senkrechten Gitterstäben 10, 11 aus Metall sowie ein palettenartiges Untergestell 12 mit euronormgerechten Längen- und Breitenabmessungen.
Der Innenbehälter 2 besitzt einen Ablaufboden 7 mit einer mittigen, von der Behälterrückwand 13 zu dem Entleerstutzen 6 in der Behältervorderwand 14 abfallenden Ablaufrinne 15 und steht mit dem Ablaufboden 7 auf dem diesem angepaßten Boden 16 des Untergestells 12.
Der wannenartige Boden 16 des zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät und dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichteten Untergestells 12 nach Fig. 2 ruht auf vier Eckfüßen 17-20, einem hinteren Mittelfuß 21, einem vorderen aus dem Boden ausgeformten Mittelfuß 22, der unterhalb des Entnahme- und Spülhahns 8 des Transportbehälters 1 angeordnet ist, sowie zwei seitlichen Mittelfüßen 23, 24, die durch die äußeren Enden eines brückenartigen Versteifungsbleches 25 für den Boden 16 gebildet werden.
Eck- und Mittelfüße 17-24 des Untergestells 12 sind an einen Fußrahmen 26 angeschweißt.
Der unter dem Boden 16 des Untergestells 12 nach Art eines Unterzuges quer zur Ablaufrinne 15 des Innenbehälters 2 befestigte Mittelsteg 25a des Versteifungsbleches 25 geht über schräg nach außen gerichtete Verbindungsstege 25b, 25c in die Mittelfüße 23, 24 über, die den äußeren Rand 27 des Untergestellbodens 16 abstützen. Die Mittelfüße 23, 24 des Versteifungsbleches 25 sind unter einem Winkel α zur Senkrechten leicht nach außen geneigt, und auf der Innenseite 28 der Mittelfüße 23, 24 ist ein Abstütznoppen 29 als Auflage für einen Mittelfuß 23, 24 eines aufgestapelten Versteifungsbleches 25 angeformt (Fign. 5 und 6).
Im montierten Zustand des Untergestells 12 stehen die Eckfüße 17-20, der hintere Mittelfuß 21 sowie die seitlichen Mittelfüße 23,24 des Versteifungsblechs 25 so weit über den Fußrahmen 26 nach außen vor, daß beim Stapeln der Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 die Eck- und Mittelfüße 17-20; 21-24 des Untergestells 12 des aufgestapelten Behälters 1 auf dem oberen Rahmen 30 des Gittermantels 9 des untergestapelten Behälters 1 aufliegen (Fig. 3).
Der Boden 16 des Untergestells 12 ist zusammen mit dem als Gittermantel ausgebildeten Außenmantel 9 des Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 auf den Eck- und Mittelfüßen 17-20; 21-24 festgeschraubt.
Das Versteifungsblech 25 mit den Mittelfüßen 23, 24 ist als Profilteil ausgebildet und als Press- Ziehteil hergestellt.

Claims (3)

  1. Versteifungsblech für den auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen sowie einem Fußrahmen abgestützten Boden eines palettenartigen Untergestells, insbesondere für Palettenbehälter mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, der einen Einfüll- und einen Entleerstutzen sowie einen Ablaufboden mit einer mittigen, von der Behälterrückwand zu dem Entleerstutzen in der Behältervorderwand abfallenden Ablaufrinne aufweist und der mit dem Ablaufboden auf dem diesem angepaßten Boden des Untergestells steht, sowie mit einem an dem Untergestell befestigten Außenmantel aus Metall, der als Blech- oder Gittermantel ausgebildet ist, wobei an die beiden Enden des brückenartigen Versteifungsbleches zwei Mittelfüße einteilig angeformt sind, der unter dem Boden des Untergestells nach Art eines Unterzuges quer zur Ablaufrinne des Innenbehälters befestigte Mittelsteg des Versteifungsblechs über schräg nach außen gerichtete Verbindungsstege in die Mittelfüße zum Abstützen des äußeren Randes des Untergestellbodens übergeht und das Versteifungsblech mit den Mittelfüßen als Profilteil ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungsblech (25) mit einer Stapelhilfe zum Aufeinanderstapeln mehrerer Bleche für Transport- und Lagerzwecke ausgestattet ist.
  2. Versteifungsblech nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelfüße (23,24) desselben unter einem Winkel (α) zur Senkrechten leicht nach außen geneigt sind und auf der Innenseite (28) der Mittelfüße (23,24) mindestens ein Abstütznoppen (29) als Auflage für einen Mittelfuß (23,24) eines aufgestapelten Versteifungsbleches (25) angeordnet ist.
  3. Versteifungsblech nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstütznoppen (29) aus den Mittelfüßen (23,24) ausgeformt sind.
