                                技术领域
本发明是涉及到支撑在拐角支脚与中间支脚及一个支脚框上面的液体运输贮存桶的底盘的底板的加固板。
                                背景技术
一种装有塑料内桶的托盘式液体运输贮存桶。该桶具有一个灌液管接头、一个卸液管接头及一个排液桶底，该桶底在中心线上设有一条从桶后壁至前壁的卸液管接头的倾斜排液槽。该桶通过其排液桶底而被设置在与桶底形状相配合的底盘底板上。还有一个固定在底盘上的金属外罩，外罩是用金属板或金属格栅杆制成的，同时，在跨桥式加固板两端头形成两个中间支脚，它们是成型为一体的。在底盘底板下面，以托梁的形式，横跨排油槽的加固板中心腹板，通过斜向外方的连接腹板而过渡到中间支脚上，中间支脚用来托住底盘底板的外边缘，该加固板以及中间支脚是成型制成的一个零件。
按照EP0673846B1文件所示的底盘加固板的几何形状，在底盘最后装配之前的运输与存放当中，其中主要是对托盘式液体运输贮存桶的底盘，要求节省叠放加固板的地方，是不可能的。
                                发明内容
本发明的任务是，对类似形式的加同板，着眼于良好的叠放可能性，作进一步的开发研究。
按照本发明，这个任务是这样加以解决的，一种托盘式液体运输贮存桶的底盘的底板加固板，该底盘包括焊接在支脚框上的拐角支脚和中间支脚以及支承在这些支脚上的底板，用于支承托盘式液体贮存桶的内桶，桶通过排油桶底被放置在与桶底形状相配合的底盘底板上，所述底板加固板包括位于底盘底板之下并横跨所述排液槽的中间腹板，以及通过设于中间腹板两端的向外下方倾斜的连接腹板而过渡到面向侧面的中间支脚，该中间支脚支承所述底板的外缘，加固板与其中间支脚是作成一个一体成型件，其特征在于，加固板设置有堆叠辅助装置，以便在运输与贮存中能将许多加固板叠放在一起。
一些从属权利要求对本发明作了有益的、切合实际的进一步改进。
几何形状的构成，以及在制成成型件的加固板的支脚的内侧，按照本发明做上支撑桩头，就可能在运输与存放当中，节省大量的加固板的叠放空间。在最后装配托盘式底盘时，摞在一起的加固板板叠就可能简便地拆散开来，尤其是对托盘式液体运输贮存桶的底盘的最后装配。

                               具体实施方式
如图1所示，一次性使用与多次使用的液体运输贮存桶1，其主要构件有一只可互换的长方六面体的塑料内桶2，在内桶桶顶5上装有一只用盖子4关闭的灌液管接头3，在桶底7区域有一只连接卸液阀门与冲洗阀门8的卸液管接头6。此外，有一只用水平与垂直的十字交叉的金属格栅杆10、11制成的外罩9，还有一只符合欧洲标准的长度与宽度尺寸的托盘式底盘12。
内桶2具有一个排液桶底7，在桶底中心线上有一条从桶后壁13到桶前壁14的卸液管接头6的、向下倾斜的排液槽15。内桶通过其排液桶底7被设置在与排液桶底形状相配合的底盘12的底板16上。
图2中的底盘12有盆式底板16，底盘可借助叉车、吊架及类似工具进行搬动。盆式底板16是被支撑在4个拐角支脚17、18、19、20，一个后面中间支脚21，一个伸出底板外面的前面中间支脚22，和两个侧面中间支脚23、24上，前面中间支脚是设置在桶的卸液阀及冲洗阀8下面。两个侧面中间支脚是由底板16的跨桥式加固板25的外端头所构成。底盘12的拐角支脚及中间支脚17-20和21、23、24是焊接在一个支脚框26上。
在底盘12的底板16下面，以托梁的形式横跨排液槽15的加固板的中间腹板25a，通过向外侧倾斜的连接腹板25b、25c而过渡到中间支脚23、24上。中间支脚支撑着底盘的底板16的外边缘27，加固板25的中间支脚23，24是向外侧倾斜，与垂直线成α角，在中间支脚23，24的内侧面28上做有支撑桩头29，作为叠放在其上面的另一个加固板25的中间支脚23、24的支撑点，如图5和图6所示。
在底盘12的装配状态中，拐角支脚17-20，后面中间支脚21，加固板25的侧面中间支脚23、24，都向外凸出于支脚框26，使得液体运输贮存桶1在堆叠时，叠放在上面的桶的拐角支脚与中间支脚能够平放在叠放在下面的桶的格栅外罩9的顶框30上，如图3所示。
底盘12的底板16，连同构成格栅的液体运输贮存桶的外罩9，是用螺丝固定在拐角支脚与中间支脚的上面。
加固板25及其侧面中间支脚23、24，是作成成型零件并以冲压件加工制造的。

Claims (2)

1.一种托盘式液体运输贮存桶的底盘的底板加固板，该底盘包括焊接在支脚框上的拐角支脚和中间支脚以及支承在这些支脚上的底板，用于支承托盘式液体贮存桶的内桶，该内桶具有一灌液管接头、一卸液管接头和一个排液桶底，在该桶底中央从桶后壁至前壁设有向下倾斜且前端连接所述卸液管接头的一排液槽，油桶通过排油桶底被放置在与桶底形状相配合的底盘底板上，并有一个固定在底盘上的金属外罩，所述外罩是用金属板或格栅杆制成；所述底板加固板包括位于底盘底板之下并横跨所述排液槽的中间腹板，以及通过设于中间腹板两端的向外下方倾斜的连接腹板而过渡到面向侧面的中间支脚，该中间支脚支承所述底板的外缘，加固板与其中间支脚是作成一个一体成型件，其特征在于，加固板设置有堆叠辅助装置，以便在运输与贮存中能将许多加固板叠放在一起，其中加固板的中间支脚(23，24)，稍微向外侧倾斜，与垂直线交成α角，并在中间支脚(23，24)的内侧(28)上，至少设置一个支撑桩头(29)，以作为另一个叠放在上面的加固板(25)的中间支脚(23，24)的支撑点。
2.如权利要求1所述的加固板，其特征在于，支撑桩头(29)的是凸出在中间支脚(23，24)的内侧表面上的。
