Abstract

液体贮存桶及贮存桶的外桶制造方法
                                 技术领域
本发明是涉及一种液体贮存桶,特别是可燃性液体。例如燃料油,废油、润滑油、柴油。设有一只可灌入液体的长方六面体的或立方体的塑料内桶,内桶有4个侧壁,一个底板、一个顶板、顶板上装有一只灌油管接头,一只卸油管接头、一只排气管接头、一只安装油位显示器的管接头。此外,为了防止内桶漏油,还装有一只套在内桶外面的外桶,以及一个托盘式的底盘,借助于叉车或类似搬运工具,可用来堆放贮存桶和搬运贮存桶。

在德国专利DE10065077C1中已经描述过这类的燃料油贮存桶,它装有一只防止内桶漏油的外桶,外桶由一个金属板罩壳和二个底板拼焊而成。由于该外桶由金属板拼焊而制成,其加工制造费用是相当昂贵的。
                                 发明内容
本发明的任务是针对类似形式的贮存桶的外桶的结构设计,着眼于贮存桶的加工制造上的降低成本作进一步的开发研究。
这个任务按照本发明是这样加以解决的,提供了一种液体的贮存桶,特别是贮存可燃性液体,例如燃料油废油、润滑油、柴油的贮存桶,设有一只可灌入液体的正方六面体或立方体的塑料内桶,内桶有4个侧壁、一个底板、一个顶板,顶板上装有一只灌油管接头、一只卸油管接头、一只排气管接头、一只安装油位显示器管接头,此外,为了防止内桶漏油,还装有一只套在内桶外面的外桶,还有一个托盘式的底盘,借助于叉车或类似搬运工具,可用来旋转贮存桶和搬运贮存桶,其特征是:所述外桶是吹塑成型的塑料外桶,用来套在内桶的外面,外桶有4个侧壁,一个底板,一个可拆下的盖板,盖板上设有为内桶的灌入管接头,卸油管接头,排气管接头,油位显示器管接头而设置的相关通孔,有一个围绕外桶的开孔上缘向下延伸的盖板边缘,并设有配合外形的夹紧件,夹紧件通过相应的支撑将盖板固定在外桶的开孔上缘上面,还有一个由垂直的和水平的金属杆制成的格栅外套,外套是固定在金属底盘上面。
并且按照如下的外桶制造方法进行,其特征在于,外桶壳体在吹塑成型中,形成4个侧壁,一个底板,一个拱凸形桶顶,桶顶有一个降下来的、平坦的、水平或稍向外倾斜的边缘带,在框边缘上,有平行于外桶壳体的4个侧壁的边缘区,并有4个向内凹进的、狭窄的连接区,然后过渡到外桶壳体的4个侧壁上部向内收缩的边缘区,同时桶顶的框缘,相对4个侧壁的上部边缘区域向外伸出一个尺寸a,在外桶壳体冷却以后,通过切割连接区,封闭的外桶壳体可以拆分为外桶的盖板和外桶本体。
同时一些从属权利要求对本发明作了有益的切合实际的进一步改进。
按照本发明的贮存桶的外桶的塑料结构设计,配置了一个可拆下的塑料结构,配置了一个可拆下的塑料盖板,能够使制造方法简单,并且成本降低。

                              具体实施方式
液体,特别是可燃性液体,例如燃料油、废油、润滑油、柴油等的可贮存桶(1)的主要构件,为一个长方六面体形状的,吹塑成型的塑料内桶2,该内桶由4个侧壁3~6,一个底板7,一个拱凸形顶板8,顶板上装有一个灌油管接头9,一个卸油管接头10,一个排气管接头11,一个安装油位显示器的管接头12。此外,还有一个套在内桶2外面的,吹塑成型的塑料桶13,外桶还有4个侧壁14~17,一个底板18,一个可拆下来的拱凸形塑料盖板19,盖板上有为内桶2的灌油管接头9,卸油管接头10,排气管接头11,油位显示器管接头12而设置的相关通孔20。为了防止内桶的漏油,还配置格栅式外套21,格栅外套由一些垂直的和水平的金属杆22和23与一个托盘式金属底盘24所组成,该底盘可借助叉车或类似运输工具,将贮存桶1放置上去和搬运贮存桶1。
贮存桶1的底盘24配置底板25,底板上放置内桶2和外桶13。底盘24的底板25是连同格栅外套21的底框26一起固定在拐角支脚27和中间支脚28上,而这些支脚是安装在一个支脚框29上面。
按照内桶2的拱凸形顶板8而拱凸的长方体外桶13的盖板19,设有一个围绕在外桶的开孔上缘30而向下延伸的盖板边缘31,并在拐角区域32装有配合形状的钩形夹紧元件33,用来将盖板19固定在开孔上缘30上面,开孔上缘30在拐角区域34上具有相应的支撑35,用于与钩形夹紧元件33相配合。外桶13的盖板19设有环绕的平坦的边缘带36,当把几个贮存桶一个一个地堆叠起来时,该边缘带36用于放置堆叠在其上方的另一个贮存桶的底盘24的支脚框29。在盖板19的中央部分37,形成一个平坦的聚油盆38来收集从螺纹接头和管件中滴落下来的油。
盖板19通过两根贴靠在盖板上,用扁钢材料制成的锁紧箍39,固定在外桶13上。锁紧箍用螺丝连接在格栅外套21的顶框40的两根对着的框件41和42上。另外,盖板19还通过旋紧在内桶2的管接头9-12上的锁紧帽43进行固定。
在外桶13的盖板19上,模塑有沿着锁紧箍39的方向滑移棱边44,当起吊被堆叠的贮存桶1时,吊运工具的抓臂能滑移进去。
在内桶2的前壁3上,模塑成一条垂直的檀口45,檀口在内桶底部7将过渡入凹入的圆弧46之中,在凹入圆弧与外桶13之间,垂直檀口45与凹入圆弧46将形成一个凹沟47,凹沟是安装漏油探测器48或一根吸漏油软管,为了贮存桶1以后能安装漏油探测器48,在外桶13的盖板19的边缘带36中,在凹沟47上面,设有一根细小的定位杆49,以便在安装漏油探测器48或吸油软管时,布置插入孔50。
外桶壳体51包括4个侧壁14-17,底板18,拱凸形桶顶52及其降下来的、平坦的、水平或向外稍微倾斜的边缘带36,是由挤压的塑料胎管吹塑加工成型的。其中,在边框31上面的边缘带36,及4个平行于外桶壳体51的侧壁14-17的边缘区53;4个向内凹进的狭窄的连接区54,将过渡到外桶壳体13的4个侧壁14-17的4个上面向内缩入的边缘区55之中。顶部52的边框31是伸出在外桶壳体51的4个侧壁14-17的顶部边缘区55的外侧,伸出的尺寸用附图标记a来表示(图4)。在吹塑成型的外桶壳体51冷却以后,通过切割连接区54,封闭的外桶壳体51可以拆分为外桶13的盖板19和外桶本体。

Claims (7)

1.一种贮存可燃性液体的贮存桶,设有一只可灌入液体的正方六面体或立方体的塑料内桶,内桶有4个侧壁、一个底板、一个顶板,顶板上装有一只灌油管接头、一只卸油管接头、一只排气管接头、一只安装油位显示器管接头,此外,为了防止内桶漏油,还装有一只套在内桶外面的外桶,还有一个托盘式的底盘,借助于搬运工具,可用来旋转贮存桶和搬运贮存桶,其特征是:所述外桶是吹塑成型的塑料外桶(13),用来套在内桶(2)的外面,外桶有4个侧壁(14-17),一个底板(18),一个可拆下的盖板(19),盖板上设有为内桶(2)的灌入管接头(9),卸油管接头(10),排气管接头(11),油位显示器管接头(12)而设置的相关通孔(20),有一个围绕外桶(13)的开孔上缘(30)向下延伸的盖板边缘(31),并设有配合外形的夹紧件(33),夹紧件(33)通过相应的支撑(35)将盖板(19)固定在外桶(13)的开孔上缘(30)上面,还有一个由垂直的和水平的金属杆(22、23)制成的格栅外套(21),外套是固定在金属底盘(24)上面。
2.如权利要求1所述的贮存桶,其特征在于,在内桶(2)的侧壁(3)中,塑造有一条垂直的檀2(45),使内桶(2)与外桶(13)之间形成一个凹沟(47),用于安装漏油探测器(48)或一个吸漏油的软管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的贮存桶,其特征在于:外桶(13)的向上拱凸的盖板(19)上有一条环绕的平坦的边缘带(36),用来旋转堆叠在上面的贮存桶(1)的底盘(24)的支脚框(29)。
4.如权利要求3所述的贮存桶,其特征在于:在外桶(13)的盖板(19)的中心区域(37),塑成一个平坦的聚油盆(38),用来收集从螺纹接头和管件中滴落的油。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的贮存桶,其特征在于:在外桶(13)拱凸项板(19)上贴靠有一根或几根扁钢材料制成的锁紧箍(39),锁紧箍固定在格栅外套(21)的顶框(40)的两根相对的框件(41、42)上,用螺丝来固定。
6.如权利要求5所述的贮存桶,其特征在于:在外桶(13)的盖板(19)上,模塑有沿着锁紧箍(39)的方向滑移的棱边(44),当起吊被堆叠的贮存桶(1)时,吊运工具抓臂能够滑移进去。
7.如权利要求1至6的其中之一所述的液体贮存桶的外桶制造方法,其特征在于:外桶壳体(51)在吹塑成型中,形成4个侧壁(14-17),一个底板(18),一个拱凸形桶顶(52)桶顶有一个降下来的、平坦的、水平或稍向外倾斜的边缘带(36),在框边缘(31)上,有平行于外桶壳体(51)的4个侧壁(14-17)的边缘区(53),并有4个向内凹进的、狭窄的连接区(54),然后过渡到外桶壳体(51)的4个侧壁(14-17)上部向内收缩的边缘区(55),同时桶顶(52)的框缘(31),相对4个侧壁(14-17)的上部边缘区域(55)向外伸出一个尺寸(a),在外桶壳体冷却以后,通过切割连接区(54),封闭的外桶壳体(51)可以拆分为外桶(13)的盖板(19)和外桶本体。
