Claims (11)
- Strickwerkzeug (1), insbesondere für schnelllaufende Maschinen,
mit einem Schaft (2), der in einen Führungskanal (4) einer Strickmaschine einsetzbar und in dem Führungskanal (4) geführt ist und der eine variierende Dicke aufweist, wobei der Schaft (2) in Bereichen (22, 23, 24) verminderter Dicke jeweils wenigstens einen von zwei Schenkeln (29, 31) umgebenen Schlitz (25) aufweist und wobei die Schenkel aufeinander zu gebogen sind. - Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (2) Flanken (27, 28) aufweist, an denen konkav gewölbte Einbuchtungen festgelegt sind, die die Bereiche (22, 23, 24) mit verminderter Dicke bilden.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (25) in einer Mittelebene (26) des Schafts (2) angeordnet ist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (29, 31) auf die Mittelebene (26) hin gebogen sind.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Schenkeln (29, 31) ein Abstand vorhanden ist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (29, 31) einander berühren.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (29, 31) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (29, 31) durch eine Schweißstelle (37) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (25) den Schaft (2) auf gesamter Höhe durchsetzt.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (25) in Teilschlitze (25a, 25b) unterteilt ist und dass zwischen den Teilschlitzen (25a, 25b) ein Steg (35) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strickwerkzeugs, bei dem ein zunächst geradflankiger Bereich mit wenigstens einer Vertiefung versehen wird, indem im wesentlichen parallel zu der vertiefenden Flanke eine Ausnehmung in dem Strickwerkzeug ausgebildet wird, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Flanke erstreckt, und bei dem die Flanke dann in die Ausnehmung hinein eingedrückt wird.
