- Scharnier, vorzugsweise für Möbel, mit einem beweglichen Scharnierteil (3) und einem aus einem festen Anschlagteil bestehenden Scharnierteil (2), die durch mindestens eine Gelenkachse (7) miteinander verbunden sind, und
mit einer an einem der Scharnierteile gehalterten Dämpfungseinrichtung (16), deren translatorisch oder drehbar bewegbares Dämpfungsglied mindestens im Schließbereich des Scharniers über Getriebemittel von dem anderen Scharnierteil beaufschlagt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verstellung des beweglichen Dämpfungsgliedes in Abhängigkeit von der Verschwenkung des beweglichen Scharnierteils (3) bezogen auf die mindestens eine Gelenkachse (7) mindestens drei bewegliche Getriebeglieder (20, 22, 27) vorgesehen sind, von denen eins das Dämpfungsglied (19) selbst ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung ein Rotationsdämpfer (16) ist, deren Dämpfungsglied (19) ein Ritzel (20) trägt.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mittleres der Getriebeglieder (22) auf einer Achse (6) an einem der Scharnierteile (2) drehbar gelagert ist und aus zwei konzentrisch zu der Achse (6) angeordneten Eingriffsstücken (33, 23; 21, 23) mit größerem und kleinerem Hebelarm bezüglich der Achse (6) besteht, wobei das Eingriffsstück (23) mit größerem Hebelarm mit einem dämpferseitigen Getriebeglied (20) in Eingriff bringbar ist und das Eingriffsstück (33, 21) mit kleinem Hebelarm mit einem scharnierteilseitigen Getriebeglied (27) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere auf einer Achse eines Scharnierteils gelagerte Getriebeglied (22) aus zwei konzentrisch zu der Achse gekrümmten Zahnsegmenten (21, 23) mit größerem und kleinerem Radius besteht, von denen das Zahnsegment (23) mit größerem Radius mit dem Ritzel (20) des Rotationsdämpfers (16) und das Zahnsegment (21) mit kleinerem Radius mit einem Zahnsegment (27) kämmt, dessen Schwenkbewegung von einem der Scharnierteile abgeleitet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsstück (23) mit größerem Hebelarm ein konzentrisch zur Achse (6) gekrümmtes Zahnprofil (23) aufweist, das mit dem Ritzel (20) des Rotationsdämpfers in Eingriff steht, und das Eingriffsstück (33) mit kleinerem Hebelarm eine gabelförmige Eingriffsausnehmung (33) oder Eingriffsvorsprung aufweist, die bzw. der mit einem Eingriffsvorsprung bzw. einer Eingriffsausnehmung des scharnierteilseitigen Getriebeglieds (27) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Doppellenkerscharnier (1) das mittlere Getriebeglied (22) auf einer festen Achse des festen Scharnierteils (2) gelagert ist und das Eingriffsstück (21) mit kleinerem Hebelarm mit einem Eingriffssegment (27) des scharnierteilseitigen Getriebeglieds kämmt, das mit einem der Lenker (5) verbunden ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Getriebeglied (22) auf der festen Gelenkachse (6) eines der Lenker (4) gelagert ist und das Eingriffsstück (21, 33) mit kleinerem Hebelarm mit einem Eingriffssegment (27) kämmt, das mit dem anderen Lenker (5) verbunden ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Getriebeglied (22) mit zwei Zahnsegmenten symmetrisch zu einer Durchmesserebene (24) ist, die durch die Mitte der beiden Zahnsegmente (21, 23) verläuft.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer die Dämpfungskraft überwindenden Schließvorrichtung (11, 12) versehen ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein scharnierteilseitiges Getriebeglied (27; 37; 45) drehbar um eine Achse (7; 60) an dem Scharnierteil (2), an dem die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) befestigt ist, gelagert ist und ein mit einem Eingriffstück (21; 33) des mittleren Getriebeglieds (22) kämmendes Eingriffsstück (37; 48) aufweist, wobei das Eingriffsstück (27; 37; 48) des scharnierteilseitigen Getriebeglieds einen größeren Hebelarm zu dessen Achse (7; 60) als das Eingriffsstück des mittleren Getriebeglieds (22) zu dessen Achse (6; 61) hat.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein starr mit einem Lenker (5), der die beiden Scharnierteile (2, 3) verbindet, verbundenes scharnierteilseitiges Getriebeglied (27, 37) vorgesehen ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein separates scharnierteilseitiges Getriebeglied (51) vorgesehen ist, das um eine Achse (60) an dem Scharnierteil (2), an dem die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) befestigt ist, drehbar gelagert ist und einerseits mit dem mittleren Getriebeglied (22) und andererseits mit dem jeweils anderen Scharnierteil (3) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Scharnier nach dem Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das scharnierteilseitige Getriebeglied (51) einen Eingriffsvorsprung aufweist, der bei geöffneter Stellung des Scharniers in den Schwenkweg des Scharnierteils (3) hineinragt und beim Schließen des Scharniers von dem Scharnierteil (3) betätigt wird.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorspannvorrichtung, insbesondere eine Feder (58) zur Vorspannung der Dämpfungseinrichtung in eine der geöffneten Stellung des Scharniers entsprechende Stellung vorgesehen ist, vorzugsweise das mittlere und /oder das scharnierteilseitige Getriebeglied (22, 45) beaufschlagt.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) und/oder die Getriebeglieder (22, 45) an einem als Scharniertopf ausgebildeten Scharnierteil befestigt sind und von einem Flansch des Scharniertopfs abgedeckt sind.
- Scharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) und/oder die Getriebeglieder (20, 22, 27) zu der mindestens einen Gelenkachse (7) der Scharnierteile (2, 3) parallele Bewegungsachse besitzen.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) und/oder die Getriebeglieder (20, 22, 45) zu der zumindest einen Gelenkachse (7) der Scharnierteile (2, 3) senkrechte Bewegungsachsen (60, 61) besitzen.
- Scharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung (16) mehrere Dämpfungsglieder aufweist, die von einem gemeinsamen Eingriffsstück (23) eines Getriebeglieds (22) betätigt werden.
