所述铰链盒体1的内部设有用于伸缩臂组件5收纳和展开时进行缓冲的阻尼器6,阻尼器6与连接转动块4转动相连。
所述连接转动块4与铰链盒体1的转动点设置在连接转动块4的中心位置,所述连接转动块4靠近伸缩臂组件5一侧的面板上预留有用于伸缩臂组件5转动固定的臂轴孔,臂轴孔与连接转动块4中心位置相对一侧开设有阻尼器轴孔,所述阻尼器6的伸缩端通过阻尼器轴孔与连接转动块4转动相连,所述阻尼器6安装在铰链盒体1的内部。
本发明的工作原理:设置的阻尼器6在翻动过程中可以实现缓冲铰链弹簧2的弹力施加速度,保持伸缩臂组件5整体缓慢打开或者关闭,大大提高了门板固定架52翻动整体的平滑性。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。 

Claims (5)

  1. 一种翻门铰链机构,包括铰链盒体(1),所述铰链盒体(1)的侧壁设有用于与翻门门体背板相连的伸缩臂组件(5),其特征在于,所述伸缩臂组件(5)设有用于带动门体背板向上翻转过直角范围的两段式转动臂机构,所述铰链盒体(1)内转动固定着连接转动块(4)和弹簧受力块(3),所述伸缩臂组件(5)通过连接转动块(4)转动固定在铰链盒体(1)的侧壁上,所述弹簧受力块(3)与连接转动块(4)间设有限制连接转动块(4)转动的卡扣机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻门铰链机构,其特征在于,所述弹簧受力块(3)远离连接转动块(4)的滑动相接一侧安装有用于对弹簧受力块(3)转动施加压力的铰链弹簧(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的翻门铰链机构,其特征在于,所述两段式转动臂机构包括长臂架(50)、短臂架(51)和门板固定架(52),长臂架(50)和短臂架(51)间隔转动固定在连接转动块(4)的一侧面板上,所述长臂架(50)和所述短臂架(51)的外侧端间隔固定在门板固定架(52)的一端,门板固定架(52)向对于长臂架(50)和短臂架(51)转动相接处的面板用于与翻门门体背板固定相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的翻门铰链机构,其特征在于,所述铰链盒体(1)的内部设有用于伸缩臂组件(5)收纳和展开时进行缓冲的阻尼器(6),阻尼器(6)与连接转动块(4)转动相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的翻门铰链机构,其特征在于,所述卡扣机构包括滑动槽(30)和转动弧边滑动弧边(40),所述转动弧边滑动弧边(40)设置在连接转动块(4)与弹簧受力块(3)相接的侧壁位置,所述滑动槽(30)开设在与连接转动块(4)相接的侧壁上,所述滑动槽(30)为环形开口槽,连接转动块(4)通过转动弧边滑动弧边(40)整体卡设在滑动槽(30)内,滑动槽(30)内套设有用于方便连接转动块(4)滑动的轴承环。
