Claims (6)
- Scharnier, vorzugsweise für Möbel, mit einem Scharnierarm (1) oder einem korpusfesten Scharnierteil und mit einem gelenkig mit diesem verbundenen verschwenkbaren Scharnierteil (6), dessen Bewegung in die Schließstellung zumindest über einen Teil des Schließweges durch einen Rotationsdämpfer gedämpft ist, wobei der Rotationsdämpfer ein Achsdämpfer (13, 28) ist, dessen Achse (18) eine Gelenkachse des Scharniers bildet, wobei das Scharnier ein Doppellenkerscharnier ist, bei dem die Achse (18) des Achsdämpfers (13, 28) den Gelenkbolzen eines der vier Gelenke bildet und bei dem das Ende des auf diesem gelagerten Lenkers (3,4) fest mit dem Zylinder (14) verbunden ist und wobei die den Zylinder (14) überragenden Achszapfen (15,16,32,35) des Achsdämpfers (13, 28) in einem Scharnierteil (16), gehaltert sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der festen Gelenkbolzen durch die Achse (18) des Achsdämpfers (13) gebildet und die Achse dadurch zwischen den Schenkeln (17, 23) eines U-förmigen Scharnierarms (1) festgelegt ist, daß ein Ende (15) der den Zylinder (14) überragenden Achse (18) einen unrunden oder mehreckigen, z.B. viereckigen Querschnitt, aufweist und in eine komplementäre Ausnehmung des einen Schenkels (17) des Scharnierarms greift und daß das andere Ende eine kreisförmige Scheibe (16), deren Durchmesser mindestens so groß ist wie der Durchmesser des Zylinders (14), trägt, die in einer komplementären Bohrung (22) des anderen Schenkels (23) gehaltert ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der verschwenkbaren Gelenkbolzen durch die Achse (18) des Achsdämpfers (28) gebildet und ein Achszapfen der Achse (18) in einer Wand (29) des verschwenkbaren Scharnierteils (6) gehaltert ist, daß der Zylinder undrehbar mit einem äußeren Ende der Lenker verbunden und der andere Achszapfen mit einem radialen Fortsatz (32) mit einer Bohrung (33) versehen ist, in die der verschwenkbare Bolzen (34) des anderen Lenkers greift.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (29) des verschwenkbaren Scharnierteils (6), die der den Achszapfen (34) halternden Wand (30) gegenüber liegt, mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, in der ein zylinderscheibenförmiger Abschnitt (34) gehaltert ist, der mit der Achse (18) undrehbar verbunden, mit dem Fortsatz (32) einstückig ausgebildet und dessen Durchmesser mindestens so groß ist wie der Durchmesser des Zylinders (14).
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch die Bohrungen oder Ausnehmungen beider Schenkel des U-förmigen Scharnierarms geschobene Achszapfen (15, 34) der Achse (18) des Achsdämpfers (13,28) mit einem Nietkopf (24, 35) ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (14) zu seiner Befestigung zwischen den Schenkeln oder Lappen eines U-förmigen Lenkers mit mindestens einer Abflachung (20) und die Lappen mit einer entsprechend komplementären Ausnehmung versehen sind.
