Definitions

  • the invention relates to a closure cap according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention has the object to form a generic closure with respect to the acquisition of a pre-allocation advantageous as treatment-accessible mounting unit.
  • a generic closure increased use value is achieved: This is due to the creation of a assembly unit, both in terms of the cohesion of the closure forming parts as well as in terms of a defined, variable Vorrast. This provides area clearance for measures to sterilize the closure.
  • the overflowing displacement of the overcap to the rest of the stroke leads to a defined form-fitting mounting of the cap on the bottle neck.
  • the seal member is in mechanically sufficient strength associated with its carrier, namely the cap, respectively caught on it. Again, the outer, free-presenting areas are best accessible for the mentioned treatment. This also applies to the underside of the overarching overcap.
  • the distance defining, reversible detent position has as it were a threshold, which releases the further assembly stroke of the overcap only when the intercepting undergrip of the cap has taken place on the bottleneck. It builds up an abutment. It lowers the wall, as already indicated, like a locking bar on the anchoring zone of the cap.
  • closure cap and the sealing member are made in two-component injection molding.
  • the adhesive power to be obtained therefrom or adjusted was found to be sufficient; In any case, the usual mechanical stresses, eg. In the context of the above-mentioned sterilization, transport, the passage of the filling paths, the migration in sorting lines, etc. are not sufficient to reach.
  • the assignment can also be such that a loosening is intentionally opened, for example, in order to separate in terms of type.
  • the closure cap is injection molded over the relatively soft, preformed sealing member. That leads to an effect of even independent significance: It comes namely because the seal member is due to shrinkage under elastic bias against the cap.
  • the closure cap associated with a closure cap blanket, has a latching configuration for reversible latching with the latching nose of the overcap.
  • the formation of the Rastausformung, associated with the cap cover creates with respect to the preassembled unit a maximum surface free space for sterilization. Specifically, the Rastausformung is arranged in a cross section below the cap cover, ie close to the ceiling.
  • the overcap has an overcap cover over the piercing area.
  • the accessibility of the piercing region required by use results from simple means in that a tear-off tab extending to the outer edge of the overcap blanket is formed in the overcap blanket by a weakening line.
  • the peripheral gripping approach here usually has a separation point, advantageously forming the access for the interior of the unit located in Vorrast.
  • two diametrically opposed, each up to a central region of the cap cover reaching tear-off tabs are formed.
  • a tear-open tab is assigned in each case to a piercing region which peripherally surrounds the closure cap blanket.
  • the piercing areas are as it were arranged island-like distributed in the ceiling field. It is further provided that the overcap is secured against rotation on the closure cap.
  • the rotational securing is achieved by vertical ribs formed on the inside of the cylinder wall of the overcap, which engage in corresponding vertical grooves of the closure cap.
  • the vertical grooves are the indicated specifications.
  • the relevant embodiment is characterized in that a vertical groove on the cap is mitge strict by the separation region between two circular segment-like Untergreifzept. Further, an advantageous embodiment is that the vertical groove continues up to the top of the cap cover, leaving a residue of the wall of the cap. The residue is due to a weak frustoconical transition of the wall of the cap to the cap cover.
  • an advantageous variant of the subject invention is finally that the sealing element ends at a radial distance to the inside of the annular wall of the closure cap.
  • a peripheral, circumferential annular gap can be easily taken into account in terms of manufacturing technology.
  • the local non-contact assignment to the inside is applicable if the described clamping voltage in this area should not be used and the minimization of the mutual adhesive surfaces is wanted.
  • the radial distance extending to the top of the closure cap can be used to pry out the sealing part for sorted separation.
  • the sealing part can be levered out of the shell like an oyster.
  • the illustrated, non-metallic closure V consists of a nestable Doppelkappe with a captured captive seal part. 1
  • the sealing member 1 is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPE) and is basically disc-shaped. Its edge 2 is thickening going against a bottleneck 3.
  • TPE thermoplastic rubber
  • a usable as an infusion or transfusion bottle 4 is made of glass.
  • the free end of the bottle neck 3 widens radially outward into a bead 5. It provides an undercut flank 6. This serves for an undercut under the actual closure cap 7 of the closure V.
  • the overcap covering it (7) bears the reference numeral 8.
  • the widened by the bead 5 end face 9 is designed rotationally symmetrical sloping roof-like.
  • the longer flank of the sloping roof slopes outwards.
  • the gable is rounded convex with connection to the mouth 10 of the neck 3 of a shorter, steeper sloping flank.
  • the mouth 10 facing the underside of the sealing part 1 is recessed planar.
  • the recess bears the reference numeral 11.
  • existing cap 7 is like the material-same overcap 8 pot-shaped shape.
  • the former sets this Sealing part 1 on the outside surrounding shell part, consisting of a substantially flat in the center cap cover 12.
  • The goes into an annular wall 13 on.
  • Ceiling 12 and ring wall 13 connect at an angle of more than 90 ° to each other; based on the corner as apex, this angle includes about 110 °.
  • the approach is denoted by a and the part by b. They are of equal leg length.
  • the annular wall 13 continues towards its free, lower end in Untergreifzept 14.
  • the circumferential direction of the cap 7 following, it is a wreath circular segment-like design, ausfedercopyer single tongues with excellent restoring force.
  • the curve also has a stabilizing effect.
  • the sub-gripping means is concretely an integrally formed, flaschenhals press exposed Rastwulst 15. These Rastwülste 15 snap anchoring under the undercut edge 6 of the bottle neck 3.
  • the edge courses of the parts 6 and 15 are coordinated. They extend approximately at an angle of about 40 ° outwards rising to a horizontal.
  • the individual gripping tongues 14 freely intersecting separation areas are realized as longitudinal slots 16 of the annular wall 13.
  • the slot bottom 16 of the longitudinal slots 16 terminates approximately at the same level as the exposed ridge of the end face 9 of the bottle neck 3.
  • the cap blanket 12 leaves pierceable areas.
  • the corresponding piercing region 17 lies in the center of the closure V, this in the form of a circular hole 18 whose radius point intersects the longitudinal center axis xx of the basically rotationally symmetrical closure V.
  • the central piercing area is embodied in the version shown in FIG. 9. Otherwise, the structure is identical to the basic version, starting with Fig.1.
  • the reference numbers are applied analogously, this partly without textile repetitions.

  • the sealing member 1 protrudes with a cavity-filling portion of rubber-like substance in the respective, the piercing region 17 circumscribing hole 18th
  • the hole 18 can also be locked by a corresponding filling projection from the bottom or inside of the ceiling 19 of the overcap 8 cavity-filling protrudes into the opening or the hole 18.
  • the sealing part 1 does not have the disk-like packing 20 arranged on its outside.
  • the sealing part 1 is caught on the closure cap 7, the sealing part 1 being exposed to the outside of the closure cap 7 in the circumference of the piercing region 17.
  • Exposed means or includes, leaving a practicable pierceability, so that a top remaining remaining cuticle functionally still under this term to understand.
  • Cap 7 and sealing part 1 are produced in a two-component injection molding process.
  • the prefabricated, relatively softer injection molded part seal 1 is introduced with shaping in the injection / mold and molded with the relatively harder, the cap 7 resulting material. It In this case comes to the mentioned catching of the parts 1, 7 together, wherein the adhesion of the masses to each other can be adjusted so that the seal member 1 without sticking to the self-supporting hard body, ie cap 7, can be solved.
  • This docking position is defined by a first, reversible detent position with an axial distance y between the inside of the top 19 of the overcap 8 and the top of the closure cap 12 having the piercing region or portions 17.
  • This first reversible detent position is shown in the drawing I indicated.
  • Such a compiled unit 1/7/8 is immune to common mechanical loads, ie this preassembled unit can be promoted, sort, but above all, if necessary, perform the usual sterilization process.
  • the parts 7 and 8 are not yet nested and also left on the left in the area of the cap blanket 12 openings 21 under tear-off tabs 22 the space at a distance y reach.
