Definitions

  • the invention relates to an electromechanical remote switch with two switching paths, each of which comprises at least one fixed contact and a cooperating with this movable contact, wherein the movable contacts of the two switching paths are arranged on a slide and movable from this relative to the fixed contacts, which remote switch nies a magnet system comprising an excitation coil and an armature movable therefrom, which is coupled to the slider, which slider is pressed by means of a return spring in the direction of a first switching position, wherein the slider in the region of the movable contacts two, separated by a slot arms and each arm carries at least one movable contact piece in each case a switching path.
  • DE-A1-37 07 491 a hinged armature relay is described.
  • the magnet system has an armature which acts on linearly displaceable actuating webs.
  • These actuating webs each carry movable switching contacts, which are designed in the form of contact plates and interact with fixed switching contacts.
  • the description of DE-A1-37 07 491 mentions several times that the two actuating webs are two mutually separately executed components, which are also mounted independently displaceable.
  • EP-A2-440 953 deals with a reclosing lock on a relay. It is shown here only the armature of the relay and the controlled by this, executed in the form of a linearly movable slide (contact) actuator. At the end remote from the armature of this actuating element, two contact springs are arranged, carrying the contact pieces. It is thus intended to arrange the movable contacts of two switching sections on a single, two switching sections common slide, this slide with a removable arm is formed but not indicated.
  • JP-A-59 025 135 a multi-pole relay is described, the armature acts via a rocker arm on a slider or can linearly move it.
  • This slide has a total of four openings, in which rectangular contact plates, the their two free ends each carry contact pieces, are introduced.
  • the contact plate is pressed by means of a likewise located within the opening helical compression spring against the front end side of the opening.
  • the lateral boundary surfaces of this opening run parallel to the displacement direction of the slider.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide an electromechanical remote switch of the type mentioned, which is characterized by particularly simple mountability. Furthermore, the specified remote switch is particularly easy to be converted from its basic embodiment comprising two simultaneously operated switching sections to a switchgear only having a remote switch.
  • the invention provides that at least a portion of the first arm is separated from the rest of the slide, festlegbarer component on the rest of the slide is formed and that the movable contacts of the two switching paths are arranged on a common slide.
  • the entire first arm is formed as separated from the rest of the slide, festlegbarer component on the rest of the slide.
  • a dovetail groove is incorporated, with which the first arm can be placed on a corresponding, integrally formed on the other slide guide.
  • the first arm can be particularly easily and reliably as well as without any auxiliary materials, such as. Adhesive, to be fixed on the remaining slide.
  • An inventive electromechanical remote switch includes as well as already known such switching devices at least one switching path.
  • Each switching path has at least one stationary contact 1 and at least one movable contact 2. These two contacts 1,2 cooperate insofar as they allow the opening and closing of a circuit connected to them.
  • the fixed contact 1 is fixed on a busbar 3, which opens with its end portion 3 'in a known per se, not shown in the accompanying drawing figures terminal.
  • the movable contact 2 is connected via a movable conductor cable 4 with a further bus bar 5, whose end portion 5 'opens into a second terminal, also not shown.
  • a running with a small thickness and thus elastic busbar 59 may be provided (see FIG.
  • the movable contacts 2 are each arranged on a slide 7 and movable from this relative to the fixed contact 1.
  • About said terminals is a circuit to be connected to the remote switch according to the invention, connectable to this.
  • the remote switch according to the invention is designed to be installed in a cabinet, including its housing in a conventional manner a lower shell 23 and an attachable to this upper shell (not shown in the accompanying drawings).
  • the remote switch according to the invention is as shown in the accompanying drawings, preferably two formed by a single slide 7 simultaneously operable switching paths comprising.
  • the housing In order to electrically isolate these two switching paths from one another, the housing further has an intermediate shell 21 which lies between the upper and lower shell 23.
  • the plate 6 is arranged on a slider 7 -in the manner described in more detail below, with which the slider 7 is also in operative connection with the two movable contacts 2 and can move them relative to the fixed contacts 1.
  • a magnet system 8 To drive the slider 7, a magnet system 8 is provided.
  • an operating knob 36 is disposed at its upper end, which protrudes through an opening of the lower shell 23.
  • the magnet system 8 comprises an exciter coil 9 and an armature 10 movable therefrom.
  • a magnetic core 11 is disposed in the interior of the excitation coil 9, which is in good magnetic good connection with a running approximately parallel to the coil longitudinal axis yoke 12.
  • the armature 10 designed as a flat plate is in the region of its first End mounted pivotally and thus designed as hinged armature (see Fig. 4,5). This storage is realized so that the armature 10 is placed with an edge of its end face on the yoke front side 61.
  • a resilient metal strip 62 is fixed, which projects beyond the yoke end face 61 and has a bent over in the direction of the armature 10 section 63, with which it engages over the armature 10. With this section 63 of the resilient sheet metal strip 62 acts simultaneously as an anchor spring.
  • the armature 10 projects into a slot-shaped recess 13 of the slide 7 and is thus coupled to the slide 7.
  • the slide 7 is slidably mounted in the direction of arrow symbolized displacement direction 14 in the housing of the Femschalters and movable in this direction of displacement 14 from the armature 10.
  • a special feature of this magnet system 8 are the anchor bearing plates 60, which are fixed to the side surfaces of the yoke 12. They are the end face 61 of the yoke 12 and formed in the region of this end face 61 portion of the armature 10 outstanding.
  • This anchor bearing plates 60 can always, especially when the armature 10 is in its position shown in Figure 4,5, lifted from the magnetic core 11, a relatively large magnetic flux flow. Thus, a relatively large magnetic force can always be exerted on the armature 10, which leads to a high functional reliability of the magnet system 8.
  • This return spring 20 is designed as a helical compression spring, which is supported with its first end on a part of the housing, preferably the intermediate shell 21, which separates the two switching sections from each other, and the other end abuts the slide 7.
  • zapfenfömige projections 22 are provided in the areas of slide 7 and housing, on which abut the ends of the return spring 20, on which the ends of the Return spring 20 are attached (see Fig.7 for the housing, ie, fixed to the intermediate shell 21 Anformung 22).
  • the at least one, interacting with the at least one fixed contact 1 contact 2 is monostable, because the return spring 20 presses the slide 7 and with him the at least one movable contact 2- in the direction of the first switching position ,
  • a gate 15 is incorporated into the surface of the slide 7. This is preferably as shown in the accompanying drawings, designed as heart-shaped, but may-as will be explained after the discussion of the operation of this approximately heart-shaped backdrop, also have other shape.
  • This mounting is realized by means of two cylindrical projections 18 on the rocker 17, which engage in indentations 19 which are incorporated in the housing.
  • one of these projections 18 can be seen, the second lies on the non-visible in Figure 5, opposite surface of the rocker 17.
  • the indentations 19 for receiving the cylindrical projections 18 have slightly larger dimensions than the projections 18, whereby the Rocker 17 also slightly normal to the direction of displacement 14 can be pivoted.
  • the indentations 19 are preferably not formed as fully cylindrical, mutually aligned and at a distance from the thickness of the rocker 17 holes, because the incorporation of the rocker 17 would be difficult in such holes.
  • the indentations 19 are incorporated into the lower shell 23 and have a slot-like shape.
  • these indentations have 19 semi-cylindrical bottoms, whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the projections 18th
  • two plates 24 are formed, in which the intermediate shell 21 facing end faces each incorporated such a recess 19 is.
  • the distance between these two plates 24 corresponds to the thickness of the rocker 17 in the region of their projections 18.
  • the rocker 17 is inserted into the space between the plates 24, wherein the projections 18 come to lie in the recesses 19.
  • the intermediate shell 21 To the intermediate shell 21 also spaced apart plates 24 'are integrally formed.
  • the plates 24, 24 'are arranged so that they run when placing the intermediate shell 21 on the lower shell 23 in alignment with each other and come to lie with their front sides to each other or only slightly spaced from each other.
  • the indentations 19 of the platelets 24 arranged in the lower shell 21 are thereby closed by the platelets 24 'of the intermediate shell 23 and the moldings 18 are enclosed in the indentations 19.
  • the heart-shaped gate 15 preferably has the asymmetrical shape shown in Figures 1 to 8. This comprises a running in the direction of displacement 14 of the slider 7 tip 24 and straight portions 25, 29 which are arranged adjacent to this tip 24 (see Fig.6).
  • the straight sections 25,29 are V-shaped to each other and separated by an approximately V-shaped system 27 from each other. Each of these straight sections 25, 28 is adjoined by a curvature 26, 28, which open into one another both curvatures 26, 28 in the region above the V-shaped system 27.
  • the heart-shaped gate 15 and arranged on the rocker 17 pin 16 form a locking device, which works as follows:
  • the slide 7 is moved down (direction reference to the position shown in Figure 3 of the remote switch). During this movement, the pin 16 first passes through the extending in the direction of displacement 14 tip 24 and subsequently the right-hand straight portion 25 of the link 15. The adjoining this straight portion 25 curvature 26 leads the pin 16 on the approximately V-shaped system 27th where it is shown schematically in Fig.6 with a continuous line. During this passage of the pin 16 through the gate 15, the rocker 17 is slightly first in a clockwise direction (until the pin 16 has reached the curvature 25) and then pivoted counterclockwise.
  • the return spring 20 can push the slider 7 upwards.
  • the approximately V-shaped system 27 is displaced in the direction of the pin 16 until it rests on the system 27 (see dash-dotted registered position of the pin 16).
  • the slider 7 can thus no longer return to the position shown in Figure 3, but is held in the position shown in Figure 8, in which the movable contacts 2 of the visible in Figure 3.8 switching path still on the fixed contacts. 1 abut and this switching path is thus closed.
  • This second switching position is thus a stable (stable) switching position even when no voltage of the excitation coil 9.
  • a movement of the slide 7 back into the switching position shown in Figure 3 can be done by another, applied to the exciter coil 9 voltage pulse:
  • the slider 7 is moved by such another voltage pulse back down, causing the pin 16 in the curvature 28 of left wing of the heart-shaped gate 15 is moved (see dotted representation of the pin 16 in Figure 6).
  • the return spring 20 can move the slider 7 upwards, wherein the pin 16 passes over the left straight portion 29 back into the top 24 of the link 15.
  • the slider 7 is now again movable into the switching position shown in Figure 3, in which the visible in Figure 3 switching path is open.
  • the remote switch according to the invention can also be operated manually deviating from the previous versions, including the slide 7 -as already explained above- with a protruding through an opening of the lower shell 23 actuator button 36 is provided.
  • the locking mechanism formed from pin 16 and gate 15 works in manual slide operation but completely similar.
  • the pin 16 always takes the just discussed, counterclockwise path through the gate 15, the following two measures are provided: First, there is a spring 30, which biases the rocker 17 in the direction of the left wing of the gate 15.
  • wing of the link 15 is to be understood in each case as the entirety of a straight section 25 or 29 and the bend 26 or 28 adjoining it.
  • the bias of the rocker 17 in the direction of the left gate wing is to be understood by way of example, it would be completely equivalent to bias the rocker 17 in the direction of the right gate wing, of course, the scenery 15 would have to be performed mirrored about their axis extending in the direction of displacement 14 axis ,
  • This spring 30 is formed in the preferred embodiment of the accompanying drawings as a helical compression spring, which is supported at one end on the inner wall of the lower shell 23 and the other end on the rocker 17.
  • peg-shaped projections 37 can be provided both on the rocker 17 and on the lower shell 23, to which the ends of the spring 30 are attached.
  • rocker 17 press in the direction of the left wing of the link 15 It would be possible to do without this spring 30 if its function (rocker 17 press in the direction of the left wing of the link 15) is otherwise achieved. This can be done, for example, that the rocker 17 is arranged inclined slightly inclined in the direction of the left gate wing, whereby the provided with the pin 16 end of the rocker 17 is urged by gravity in the direction of the left gate wing.
  • the bottom of this straight section 29 is provided with a ramp 31 which starts in the area adjoining the curve 28 and rises in the direction of the tip 24 ,
  • the ramp 31 terminates with an edge 33 which is aligned with the lying in the region of the straight portion 25 edge 32 of the V-shaped system 27.
  • the foot-side end of the pin 16 slides on leaving the tip 24 along this edge 33 and thus can not enter the left straight section 29, but must run along the edge 32 of the V-shaped system 27 in the right straight section 25.
  • FIG. 9 An alternative, also conceivable constructive embodiment of the heart-shaped gate 15 is to form them completely symmetrical, ie with identical left and right wings (see Fig.9).
  • the pin 16 comes here after leaving the tip 24 with the cutting edge 34 of the V-shaped projection 27 into contact and will then be randomly directed into the right 25 or the left straight portion 29.
  • the pin 16 After the pin 16 has been deflected by the curvature 26 or 28, it comes to rest after the decay of the voltage applied to the excitation coil 9 voltage pulse in the position shown in phantom below the cutting edge 35. With a further displacement of the slider 7, the pin 16 comes into contact with this cutting edge 35 and again becomes dependent on chance in the right 26 or directed into the left bend 28. In both cases, the pin 16 ultimately returns to the top 24 again.

This is to be understood that when the first switching path has normally open function (switching path is open in the first switching position shown in FIGS. 1-3 and closed in the second switching position shown in FIG. 8), the second switching path is constructed with an opening function is, so that it is closed in the first switching position (Fig.1-3), in the second switching position (Fig.8), however, is open.
  • both switching paths can be designed as normally open or both as normally closed, or one or both switching paths can be designed as changeover contacts.
  • Magnetic system 8 and slide 7 are provided in common for both switching paths, ie, the movable contacts 2 of the two switching paths are arranged on a single, common slide 7 and movable from this relative to the fixed contacts 1.
  • the slider 7 in the region of the movable contacts 2, two, separated by a slot 40 arms 41,42.
  • the movable contacts 2 of the Femschalters are arranged, each arm 41,42 carries the only movable contact piece 2 or the two movable contact pieces 2 each have a switching path.
  • the wall 45 of the intermediate shell 21 is in the region of the slot 40.
  • Each of the two arms 41,42 thus protrudes into its associated switching path and is in the region of the movable contact 2 of the other switching path through the wall 45th the intermediate shell 21 separated.
  • a peculiarity of the measures provided for in a remote switch according to the invention slide 7 is that the entire first arm 41 designed as a separate member from the rest of the slide 7, but on the remaining slide 7 can be fixed. This fixability can in principle be realized arbitrarily, for example, the arm 41 could be glued to the remaining slide 7.
  • a releasable, positive fixing of the arm 41 is provided on the slide 7:
  • a dovetail groove 43 is incorporated in the first arm 41 while a dovetail groove 43 is incorporated.
  • a guide 44 is formed, which coincides in its cross-sectional shape with that of the groove 43 and is slightly smaller than this. The arm 41 can be placed on this guide 44 and thus positively fixed on the remaining slide 7.
  • groove 43 and guide 44 can be chosen arbitrarily and be, for example, the hammer shape shown in the drawings.
  • groove 43 and guide 44 could have trapezoidal cross-section, wherein the longer of the mutually parallel side edges of this trapezium in the region of the bottom of the groove 43 and the corresponding surface of the Anformung 44 must lie to a positive connection of the arm 41 and the rest To reach slide 7.
  • FIG. 6 Another aspect of the invention lies in the structural design of the holder of the movable contacts 2 on the slider 7. As is apparent from Fig.6, the slider 7 for holding the movable contacts 2 a switching path to a cage 50 on. Since the remote switch shown in the drawings comprises two switching paths whose movable contacts 2 are arranged on two arms 41, 42 as described above, each of these arms 41, 42 is equipped with such a cage 50.

  • a compression spring 55 is arranged, which presses the plate 6 against one of the top surfaces 53,54.
  • the plate 6 Against which of the two top surfaces 53,54 the plate 6 is pressed, is dependent on which switching function (normally open or normally closed) to meet the relevant switching path. If the switching path as illustrated in FIG. 3 is designed as a make contact, with the fixed contacts 1 being arranged below the lower cover surface 54, the plate 6 is pressed against the lower cover surface 54. At a leading to close this switching path movement of the slide 7, the movable contacts 2 come to the fixed contacts 1 to the plant. Because of this concern, the plate 6 can not be further displaced with further progressive displacement of the slide 7, but it is the compression spring 55 is compressed. The contact pressure with which the movable contacts 2 are pressed against the stationary contacts 1 is increased by the compression of the compression spring 55.

  • the compression spring 55 may be formed, for example, as a leaf spring.
  • projections 56 are arranged, on which the ends of the compression spring 55 are attached.
  • These projections 56 preferably have a dome-shaped shape, but could also be designed as cylindrical pins.
  • the inner surfaces 57,58 of the cage side walls 51,52 parallel to each other and at an acute angle ⁇ inclined to the direction of displacement 14 of the slider 7.
