Claims (31)
- Unterdecke, Wand oder Bodenplatte für Brandschutzzwecke, bestehend aus einem einlagig oder vorzugsweise mehrlagig ausgebildeten Wand-, Boden- oder Deckenelement (1) aus einem feuer- und hitzebeständigen Brandschutzmaterial, insbesondere Gipskartonplatten, sowie einer das Element (1) haltenden Tragkonstruktion, wobei das Element (1) mit einer Öffnung zur Anordnung von Installationsteilen oder elektrotechnischen Bauteilen, insbesondere einer Einbauleuchte (2), versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Öffnung ein topfartiges Formteil (4) angeordnet ist, welches innenseitig und/oder außenseitig ein eine Dämmschicht bildendes Material (5) aufweist, welches unter der Einwirkung Hitze und/oder Feuer aufbläht und/oder eine Karbonsperrschicht bildet, wobei der Innenraum des Formteiles (4) von der Vorderseite des Elementes (1) zugänglich und zur Aufnahme von Installationsteilen der elektrotechnischen Bauteilen (2,3) bestimmt ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil (4) an die Rückseite des Elementes (1) angelegt und an diesem befestigt ist.

- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Dämmschicht bildende Material (5) in Form eines formhaltigen Körpers ausgebildet ist, der in oder auf das Formteil (4) eingebracht oder aufgebracht ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmschicht (5) aus einem formhaltigen Körper aus Karbonschaummaterial gebildet ist, so dass der Körper bei Hitze- und Flammeinwirkung eine harte hitzbeständige Karbonhaut bildet.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil (4) aus einem formhaltigen Körper aus dem die Dämmschicht bildenden Material, insbesondere aus Karbonschaummaterial gebildet ist, wobei das Formteil vorzugsweise durch eine formstabile Skelettstruktur aus Metall stabilisiert ist, insbesondere im Bereich eines mündungsseitig nach außen abragenden Flansches, der vorzugsweise einstückig mit der Skelettstruktur ausgebildet ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (1) mehrlagig ausgebildet ist und zwischen den Lagen und/oder hinter den Lagen eine Stabilisatorplatte angeordnet ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisatorplatte aus einer ein- oder mehrteiligen Blechtafel besteht.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zweilagig ausgebildetem Element (1) das hintere Element eine Öffnung für den Einsatz des Formteiles (4) aufweist, in die das Formteil (4) eingesetzt ist und in die Lochlaibung eintaucht, wobei die Mündung des Formteiles (4) hinter der vorderen Ebene des hinteren Elementes zurückliegt, dass am Formteil (4) mündungsnah federnde Befestigungsklammern (10) gehalten sind, die Einführhilfsschrägen (11) aufweisen und die sich an der Lochlaibung des hinteren Elementes federnd abstützen, wobei die Befestigungsklammern (10) eine Anschlagfläche (12) aufweisen, die in der Montagesolllage an der Vorderseite des hinteren Elements anliegen.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt zwischen Formteil (4) und Lochlaibung mit feuerbeständiger Dichtmasse (13) abgedichtet ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Mündung des Formteiles (4) eine Platte (14) aus atmungsaktivem, schalldämpfenden, schwer entflammbaren Werkstoff in Form einer Mischung aus Gips und Cellulosefasern eingesetzt ist, wobei das Formteil (4) innenseitig mit dem die Dämmschicht bildenden Material (5) belegt oder beschichtet ist, das Material (5) hinter der Mündung des Formteils (4) zurückliegt und die Platte (14) teilweise in die Mündung eingreift und an der Stirnfläche des Materials (5) anliegt, im Übrigen aber über die Mündung vorragt, so dass in der Montagesolllage die Vorderseite der Platte (14) mit der Vorderfläche des hinteren Elementes fluchtet.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnde Befestigungsklammer (10) eine Haltefläche (15) aufweist, die in Montagesolllage an der Vorderseite der Platte (14) anliegt.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der Spalt zwischen Platte (14) und Lochlaibung des hinteren Elementes mit feuerbeständiger Dichtmasse (13) abgedichtet ist.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsklammer (10) etwa parallel zur Lochungsachse der Öffnung des hinteren Elementes verlaufende Durchlassbereiche für die Dichtmasse (13) bildet.
- Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Element des zweilagigen Elementes (1) die Einbauöffnung samt gegebenenfalls in das Formteil (4) eingesetzter Platte (14) überdeckt, wobei in das vordere Element im Bereich der Mündung des Formteiles (4) eine Einbauöffnung einbringbar ist, gegebenenfalls auch in die dahinter liegende Platte (14), oder wobei das vordere Element und/oder die Platte (14) eine vorgeformte Einbauöffnung aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Unterdecke, einer Wand- oder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zweilagigem Element (1) zunächst das hintere Element an einer Unterkonstruktion befestigt wird, dann eine Einbauöffnung in das hintere Element eingebracht wird, danach das Formteil (4) gegebenenfalls samt Platte (14) und Befestigungsklammern (10) in die Einbauöffnung eingeschoben und positioniert wird, dann in den Spalt zwischen Formteil (4), Platte (14) und Lochlaibung des ersten Elementes feuerbeständige Dichtmasse (13) eingebracht wird, danach vorzugsweise auf die Dichtmasse (13) eine gegenüber der Vorderfläche des hinteren Elementes vorragende Schicht oder Raupe von zusätzlicher Dichtmasse aufgetragen wird, nachfolgend das vordere Element auf das hintere Element aufgebracht und befestigt wird, anschließend in das vordere Element und gegebenenfalls in die Platte (14) eine Montageöffnung eingebracht wird, die in den vom Formteil (4) umgebenen Hohlraum mündet.
- Formteil (4) für eine Unterdecke, Wandoder Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29, bestehend aus dem topfartigen Formteil (4) mit innenseitig auf dessen Wandung aufgebrachtem, die Dämmschicht bildenden Material (5), mit in die Mündung des Formteils (4) eintauchender und über die Mündung vorragender Platte (14) aus Zellstoff und mit Befestigungsklammern (10), die am Formteil (4) gehalten sind, die Platte (14) am Formteil (4) fixieren und als Befestigungsmittel zur ortsfesten Befestigung des Formteils (4) dienen.
