Definitions
- the invention relates to a false ceiling from side by side Ceiling panels with insulating panels arranged above them.
- a ceiling element which from a ceiling plate and a plate arranged above it consists of insulating material.
- the ceiling element includes one top cover of joints between two adjacent ceiling elements.
- the sheet of insulating material is stepped on the fold side, so that the joint to an adjacent ceiling element is stepped.
- the invention has for its object a ceiling to create the type mentioned, the one hand easy to assemble and can be produced at low cost and on the other hand offers good fire, sound and heat protection and can also be used anywhere.
- This object is achieved in that the Insulating plates made of an asbestos and mineral wool free, clean room conditions fulfilling material exist, and the between adjacent insulation panels by overlapping joints of these insulating plates are covered.
- the false ceiling is also in very clean Rooms, e.g. Operating theaters or highly sensitive IT rooms, can be used. At least in one direction of expansion the ceiling is automatically overlapped the insulating plates, which has a cost-effective effect.
- Insulating panels made of a blown mica Granules made with a binder by pressing together This results in a homogeneous structure of the insulating plates. The most different are when pressing together Forms can be realized, which makes an extremely cost-effective assembly is guaranteed.
- the insulating plates are usually pressed together in forms in which all possible form elements are integrated can be. So own an advantageous training the invention, the insulating plates on their long sides and / or broadsides overlap shaped elements and fastening shaped elements. Due to the overlap form elements the joints between the insulating plates are covered, and over the Fastening elements can be attached to the insulating plates fix the ceiling tiles.
- a covering of insulating materials between two neighboring ones Ceiling panels can be according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention obtained when the to Insulation plates attached overlap shaped elements a step fold with a protrusion in the upper step area and on the opposite side with a step fold corresponding recess formed in the upper step area are.
- the insulating plate thus has the shape of a Z, the exist in both the longitudinal and transverse directions can.
- the ceiling panels consist of a screen, the long sides and Broad sides are folded towards the ceiling, and the fold one parallel on two opposite sides aligned with the screen, above the screen arranged mounting bracket carries.
- the size of the ceiling tiles the aesthetic Appearance of the entire room can be adjusted are expedient the bevels of the broad or long sides, that do not have mounting brackets, provided with rags, which have cams that are held in the ceiling Engage mounting rails and the ceiling tile moveable and snap-in, holding the rag bearing bevels leave a space between the top of the folds and the underside of the on the other folds Leave the existing mounting bracket free. So can the insulating plate is inserted laterally into the ceiling plate and gets a defined position to the inside of the Ceiling tile. Furthermore, the ceiling tile can be over the make the cams located on the tabs pivotable, with which there is a window effect for each ceiling tile.
- Additional noise-reducing measures are easy to carry out, as a further advantage, an easy installation of the Insulating plate is present on the ceiling plate if after a further advantageous embodiment, the groove-shaped Slits in the insulation panels below the upper step area are embedded and the existing ones on the folds Take up the mounting bracket, the lower one Step area of the insulating plate between the top of the the ridges and the mounting bracket is inserted, and between the bottom of the insulating plate and a free space remains on the top of the screen.
- This air-filled space is an excellent one additional heat insulator.
- a ceiling panel is used to reduce noise, which is perforated in its screen.
- On the inside of the A screen is then used to attach a fleece which can also add aesthetic accents.
- the insulating plate does not wobble on the ceiling plate and the degree of freedom still available is also determined, is preferred in the free space between the top of the screen and the bottom of the insulating plate the height filling block inserted, the width between the takes up the bevel-bearing bends and by means of at least one reaching through the insulating plate Fixing pin is attached so that the front of the block on the fold bearing the rag to the system is coming.
- the height of the block is chosen so that the mounting bracket on the folds on one side of the groove-shaped Slit come to rest, there is an easy Clamping the insulation plate by possibly already on the additional adjustment pin can be dispensed with.
- the log serves as an additional insulating piece in the area of Mounting rail.
- the front of the block on the Screen facing away from the area of the rag load-bearing fold a receiving the mounting rail Notching on, two diametrically opposite Corners of the surfaces of the block on which the mounting bracket load-bearing fold come to the plant with a Rounded radius that is at least as large as that Half the clear width between the mounting brackets bearing folds, and the length of the block is not is larger than the clear width between the front edges the mounting bracket.
- the block can only after making all bends in the ceiling tile in these inserted and swiveled into the correct position become.
- the notch leaves enough space for the mounting rail, which are protected from direct heat is.
- the ceiling panels carrying the insulating panels on the wall side placed on a wall angle profile attached to a wall, and the insulating piece preventing the thermal bridge consists of a wall connection cover with a rectangular cross-section, the placed on the insulating plate and to the Wall is pushed. It is not another additional Fastener required.
- the wall outlet cover can be made in strips and on site to the required Length can be shortened. Depending on the quality class of the overall ceiling the thickness of the wall connection cover is selected and used.
- the wall angle profile can be easily attached to the Fasten the wall, which is usually done with a screw connection he follows.
- the wall connection profile attached to the wall a shadow gap on, through a shadow angle is formed, starting from that on the wall supported mounting flange carries a panel flange, on which the ceiling tile rests.
- a false ceiling can, preferably have height-adjustable, attached to the ceiling Bracket rails a mounting rail receiving bracket that the mounting rails on their pick up top, circular arches, and their down directed leg a receptacle for the cam-bearing Form bends of the ceiling tile, the ceiling tile around the cam the tab is pivotable and in position the swiveled ceiling plate are the joints above the Fastening rail covered with insulating pieces, of which one a cross-sectionally rectangular clamping profile cover which is arranged between the mounting rails, and the other insulating piece is a U-shaped in cross section, the Clamping profile cover embracing, enclosing the mounting rail Hanger cover is that the gap between closes the clamping profile covers. This is the gap above the fastening rails is completely closed.
- the clamping profile cover can be easily Cut to the distance between the mounting rails getting produced.
- the hanger cover is called a molding with the necessary overhang over the clamping profile cover manufactured.
- Bracket rail has a U-shaped profile, and in the Hanger cover adapted to the profile of the holding rails Through hole is embedded. So that's the hanger cover always aligned with the ceiling tiles, and that Clamp profile cover is always above the gap above the Mounting rails held.
- the Design ceiling variably, with the desired functions appropriate elements can be installed without the fire protection regulations neglected. become.
- the Clamp profile cover is in the recessed area adapted to geometric conditions.
- Insulating plates at least on the side facing the room with a closing the surface of the insulating plate Provide coating, the glued on the insulating plates Insulating pieces are uncoated. So everyone is surfaces of the insulating plates facing the room are sealed, and the surfaces of insulating panels not facing the room and insulating pieces are uncoated, which is the advantage has that it does not warp when exposed to heat, whereby there is no thermal bridge. In addition, the insulation pieces can be manufactured even more cost-effectively.
- a room 1 consists of the floor 2 side walls 3 and a ceiling arranged above 4. Through an intermediate wall 5, in which a door 6 is embedded, the room 1 of separated from another room.
- the false ceiling 7 extends to the walls 3 and the partitions 5 and thus closes the area 11 between the false ceiling 7 and the ceiling 4 hermetically.
- the false ceiling 7 is made of side by side Ceiling panels 8 arranged above Insulating plates 9 formed, which are made of an asbestos and mineral wool-free, clean room material consist.
- the existing joints 12 between adjacent Insulating plates 9 are either by overlapping them Insulating plates 9 or by further, on the insulating plates 9 overlying insulating pieces 13 covered. All insulation pieces 13 and the insulating plates 9 consist of an inflated Mica with a suitable binder. You will be through Pressed together and can be machined. Any demoldable design of the insulating plates 9 as well as the insulating pieces 13 is conceivable. The production is done by pressing the mica together with the Binder.
