Claims (12)
- Trockenpartie (14) zum Trocknen einer laufenden Materialbahn (16), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit mehreren in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) aufeinander folgenden Trockengruppen (10, 12), von denen zumindest eine zweireihig ist, wobei die Materialbahn (16) zumindest in einem jeweiligen Übergangsbereich (I) von einer einreihigen Trockengruppe (10) zu einer unmittelbar darauf folgenden zweireihigen Trockengruppe (12) und/oder in einem jeweiligen Übergangsbereich (II) zwischen zwei unmittelbar aufeinander folgenden zweireihigen Trockengruppen (12) jeweils durchgehend abgestützt ist.
- Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (16) in einem jeweiligen Übergangsbereich (I, II) durch ein der nachfolgenden zweireihigen Trockengruppe (12, 30) zugeordnetes Trockensieb (18) direkt vom letzten Trockenzylinder (20) der vorangehenden Trockengruppe (10, 12) übernommen wird. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (16) von einem oberen Trockensieb (18) der nachfolgenden zweireihigen Trockengruppe (12) übernommen wird. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (16) in sämtlichen jeweils zwischen zwei Trockengruppen (10, 12) vorgesehenen Übergangsbereichen jeweils durchgehend abgestützt ist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Unterstützung der Bahnübername in einem jeweiligen Übergangsbereich (I, II) ein Saugkasten (22) vorgesehen ist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (16) in einem jeweiligen Übergangsbereich (I, II) um eine Saugwalze (24), insbesondere eine Saugfilzleitwalze und/oder Trockensiebsaugwalze geführt ist. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (16) zusammen mit dem oberen Trockensieb (18) der nachfolgenden zweireihigen Trockengruppe (12) um die Saugwalze (24) geführt ist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vakuum in der Saugwalze (24) über den Saugkasten (22) erzeugt ist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Kombination mit einer abwärts gerichteten Bahnabnahme vom Trockenzylinder (20, 30) der vorangehenden Trockengruppe (10, 12) eine Saugwalze (24) im Bereich der unteren Umleitung des Trockensiebes (18) und ein Saugkasten (22) zur Stabilisierung der Bahnführung zwischen den Trockenzylindern (20, 30; 30) und der Saugwalze (24) vorgesehen sind. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Saugwalze (24) und dem Saugkasten in dem Bereich, in dem der Überführstreifen beim Überführvorgang läuft, Überführrandzonen vorgesehen sind. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überführzonen z.B. am führerseitigen Maschinenrand vorgesehen sind. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das die Überführzonen unabhängig von der restlichen Zone mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar sind.
